Carlos Camacho: Great service, quick to respond and very professional. I don’t know how it compares price-wise to other services but for us it has been worth every penny.Recently we had an emergency and had to cancel last minute and they were super understanding, rescheduled and waived the fee due to being an unexpected situation. Definitely will stick with them!As for the cleaning itself, I am impressed how clean my house is, I don’t think I’ve ever been able to have it as clean as they leave it once they are done. Just a random detail, they clean my espresso machine without me asking and it just makes my day to have a clean machine in the mornings.

L P: David and the cleaners at Maid in the NW are wonderful, exceptional, thorough and kind as well as responsive. Have had one of his professional cleaners coming for almost two years, and my home is always singing when he leaves. David is very contentious in matching you with the right fit. Definitely don’t hesitate to hire them. Most recently, he and his team turned a very bad situation into a positive one in less than 24 hours of contacting them. He answered my call and even came by to assess my situation within an hour on New Year’s Day. A contractor had failed to put up any sheets or covering, and his flooring machinery malfunctioned-did not catch the saw dust. Every inch of my home except bedrooms and laundry room had sawdust all over it. All of my baby’s stuff was unusable. Two of my alarms broke from all the saw dust and had to be disconnected to stop them from going off every 15 mins. Will be replacing. This situation had me in tears. David and his team came in and did a deep clean of everything. After they left today, I felt restored. I really can’t express my gratitude enough. Before I found them a couple of years ago, I had a hard time finding reliable and thorough cleaners. Maid in the NW is the way to go.

Judy was the cleaner and Dave Wilson was the principal that coordinated everything. Judy was detailed, thorough, and went beyond my definition of cleanliness. Dave answered all of my questions and asked just as many, which is rare in the Seattle modern business culture. He was transparent, honest, kind, patient, and directly communicative about what can be accomplished in a hard-stop of a four hour deep cleaning; which were my parameters. There is an old-school vibe about Maids in the Northwest where the most important thing is to do a job well done. The system is simple: you call, Dave asks what you want, he tells you the price, they schedule a time, they email you a checklist, cleaner arrives with you there or not, and done. The hospitial gave me his number and I called and after some current problems with my home he came! He is one of the nicest and efficient people that you can ask for. Him and his partner cleaned my living room and both made laugh and I was so comfortable in their presence it was a pure joy. Jonathan Wrobel: I have been using MINW for move-in/move-out cleans for years now and they do an incredible job. They are very thorough and can really turn a place around, taking something that leaves you thinking you'll have to replace it and getting it looking like new. For example, they can get a shower, that looks like there aren't strong enough chemicals in the world to clean it, looking new using only natural cleaning products.Additionally, they were very responsive in handling a recent larger-than-expected cleaning, where the unit was left in worse shape than anticipated and that exceeded the allocated cleaning time. Running out of time on the first cleaning round, the owner jumped in on very short notice to clean in the rest of the way a couple days later and put in a tremendous amount of detailed cleaning. Lots of confidence when I schedule with MINW.
