Made Sewing Studio: what do users think?

Ly Huynh: with lots of space and tools. The adult bootcamp is great! Beth is a wonderful clear and patient instructor there, I have a hard time learning and highly recommend this workshop.

Ian Richardson: Took the Beginners Sewing Class at Made last night and it was amazing! Beth was a fantastic teacher and such fun. Will definitely be returning for future classes!

Cody Duncan: If you like to sew, it'd be difficult to find a better equipped studio.Course Instructor for the Adult Sewing Bootcamp was fantastic!Highly recommended for learning to sew.

Michael Sterkowicz: Made is the bomb! Great camps for kids!

Beth Carman: Their lack of communication during the pandemic was frustrating. Eventually, they made right by their policies and practices, but it was a frustrating and confusing process.

Katie McKeown: I took the beginner machine basics / pillow class. I learned so much and am finally not scared of my sewing machine! Great class and teacher—will definitely be back.

Melissa Snyder: This place is awesome! Carisa is super helpful and knowledgeable. I've worked on several projects here and it is great to have a place to sew that has everything you could possibly need.

Diane Stern: Great place to take classes or go in to just use sewing equipment for your own project. Carisa, the owner, is an excellent teacher and heaps of fun.

Drygoods Design: what do users think?

Emily Minnette: An amazing shop! The fabric, patterns, and art supplies are one of a kind. The staff is so helpful and warm. A perfect place to buy a present or find something you can’t find anywhere else.

Charlotte Alexander: Wow!!! It is mostly apparel fabrics and an amazing selection.

Rueben Otero: They've got a ton of great fabrics both for apparel and quilting. The apparel could use a bit more variety, but the staff is sweet and helpful and they enjoy my dog in the business. Not a must that i should be able to bring my dog, but it's nice to take a stroll down and pop in.

Brittany Kadansky: Always kind and helpful. I love the curation of goods and the ability to ask silly questions and get answers from a real person!

A F (Pochemu2): Drygoods also carries yarns, notions, indie company patterns and they have classes one can take. The prices are not cheap. And nothing is mediocre quality.Drygoods caters to a creater who is dedicated to a different kind of fashion lifestyle-- conscientious, creative and dedicated.

Catherine Billor (Priester): In store shopping by appointment only. Can also shop their online store.

Stephanie Seufert: I visited Drygoods during my travels before border closures and really enjoyed my time there! They had a lovely variety of contemporary fabrics and cloth perfect for clothing and quilting alike! I also picked up some fantastic sashiko thread for visible mending! Can’t wait to return when my travels resume!

Anna P: Amazing little shop with tons of trinkets and do-dads for crafters! I've taken a few of their classes now and I love it. They're a bit pricey at first glance, but you get a lot of individualized attention and you get to use some of the best sewing machines out there. I love their fabric selection and everyone who works there is so nice! I make the trek to Pioneer Square just for Drygoods Design.

Guy Spainhower: Cute place and I like that they have work shops

Dennis Li: Great place for beginners. Classes are great, instructors are super helpful, and the studio has all of tools for you to work on any project at a really reasonable hourly rate.

Shelly Mills: They were so kind and helpful and nice.

Atari Betamax: I'm not a big crafter so when I'm interested in something it's usually my first exposure. Having helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff goes a long way. I decided push needle might be a fun way to express myself and a friend recommended Drygoods Design. My friend was spot on. I left with the materials I needed and the info to get started. The store was clean and we'll laid out. It was my first time shopping for these supplies so I'm not sure how there prices are compared to other shops. I knew I could find everything online for less but I love to shop local when I can and I want to talk to a human about the craft. I totally recommend this place. They're downtown, for me that was a huge plus.

Kreator Kiki: Lots of good products here. Fabrics and trims high quality, but really pricey. Maybe everythings a bit overpriced, but clean atmosphere and kind people.

Vahishta Vafadari: Great place for sewing classes, as well as materials. The people who work there are very helpful when it comes to getting started or picking a project. The store itself is adorable, and even has cards and things that would make great gifts. Plan to go back there often. Wonderful store for anyone who loves hand crafts or just wants to learn more

Andrea: We took one of the intro sewing classes here and it was super fun and informative! Sewing is actually a lot more technical than I thought it'd be. This place had a fair bit of foot traffic on Saturday when we went. The staff are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Maya Jones: Amazing little shop with lots of unique items. They have a nice selection of lovely fabrics and notions. A huge studio on site for the many classes offered as well! Highly recommend!

Stitches: what do users think?

Anna Dean: Wonderful selections of buttons and accents, all the basic supplies fo sewing and great fabrics!! Staff is super friendly and helpful, love this place!!!

Rueben Otero: Excellent local fabric and fiber shop

J N: I'm old ....love stitches. Your Pets *won't* go out for exercise??? Leave them at home and walk to stitches on Pike and buy purple fabric! You have to!

p ptemn6: Bought theses 3 fabrics 100% cotton under $13 a yard.Friendly staff.Fab location.Get out and walk to Stitches ...you'll find them on Pike...in stitches!

Teo Zimmerman: Friendly, knowledgeable staff, who helped me figure out exactly what I needed for my project!

Davison Carvalho (Dave): Incredible store. Great variety of products, excellent customer service and overall friendliness. I'll come back for sure.

Richard W: One of my favorite local businesses. Great selection. Great staff.

Sharon Finden: Fantastic store and knowledgeable staff, in the heart of the hill! Classes too!

Rose ro: Cute little store! Not too pricey, especially for in the city. They had lots of different "stitch" related craft stuff. I saw a great fabric selection. The yarn section is smaller than I would like, but honestly very reasonable for the amount of stuff in the store. I just always want more yarn 😭. Customer service was great and they even wount the hanks I got into cakes for me! 10/10

Alina Boychenko: its a lovely store, and I would much rather support them than a chain but as an avid embroiderer that strictly uses pearled cotton the selection is slim 😔

Laura (Factofmyth): Great selection of fabric for such a small space. Blessed to have this in the neighborhood.

Laura Felice: Really nice little shop! It's a small place, but they have a lot of selection for the size and everything they sell seems to be carefully chosen and good quality. Really friendly and helpful staff. It's great to have a fabric store in a location that is so accessible without a car!

Quality Sewing & Vacuum: what do users think?

Kris Blanch: Friendly, helpful service. Good experience purchasing a new sewing machine.

Nancy Cole: Excellent ordering assistance, but I ended up returning the product because it wasn’t what I expected.

Lori Dey: The Kirkland store is always helpful!

Bonnie McLeod: I love this place. I purchased my Meile vacuum here at least 12 years ago and love it. They keep it working in top shape with their tune up program. They don't just sell they service with a smile.

J. Parker: I have visited recently to solve a puzzle with my sewing machine. The store manager spent the time and energy to answer my question and also provided information on how to work smarter with a quilting guide. I ordered it! Many thanks!

Sue Sato: Always friendly. Always helpful. Neat and clean. Have fantastic products.

Connie Winter: Small shop with a wide selection of inventory. Helpful staff.

Griffin: I was in the market for a cordless vacuum and I am so glad that I decided to purchase it from here. Cecilia was VERY knowledgeable regarding all of the product line. She was super friendly and even showed me a quilt she was working on which was nice to see. I highly recommend this place for your vacuum and sewing needs!

linda: great place to look for sewing needs and vacuums. staff is always friendly and knowledgable. The classes have been fun as well.

R Ethel: Bought a vacuum. Rachel was super helpful, knowledgeable and I didn't feel pressured. They have quite a few brands; high quality ones; standard ones and even a commercial type vacuum. I highly recommend this retail store. Remember to shop local.

Alice Pham: Had great customer service at this Quality Sewing & Vacuum in Kirkland. We came in looking for a new vacuum for our new home. Rachel and her team were very friendly and helpful. They answered a lot of questions we had about vacuums. They let us try out the vacuums and did demonstrations for us. They were not pushy about selling any extra things we didn't need, but made recommendations when we asked about it. We ended up paying extra for the TLC service here because it seemed like a great deal with a friendly and reliable team. I recommend coming in person for your sewing and vacuum needs!

Lady P: I was looking for two specific items for my sewing room--the correct oil for my Bernina and the manufacturer's book of information about their sewing feet. While the store did have the book available, they didn't have the oil in stock in the store. The sales staff said that they could get the oil for me in the next couple of days and that they'd contact me when it was available. They were as good as their word and I had the oil two days later. I was very happy to be able to obtain both the items I wanted.

Tamaraz Artz (Tamaraz Artz): Hello I've been taking 3 of my Vacuums into this Wonderful, Excellent Customer Service, for the last 12 Years!!! Their Honest 2 yrs ago I took our vacuum in I thought it might need to be fixed? They contacted me within the hr informed me 'No yr vacuum just needed to be Cleaned"! My Mother has taken Several Classes on Sewing she had so much Fun!!! Their Honest, Sincere, Forthright, Excellent Customer Service! Thank You Quality Sewing & Vacuum you will be seeing Me & My Family in the Near Future!!!SincerelyA very Dedicated ClientTamarazArtz 🌻

Luiz Emilia: Great customer service, friendly and attentive staff. Veronica always attentive, willing to help and guide so that the customer is satisfied.

Shea Hughes-Gorman: Fast and efficient vacuum servicing!

Jeni Beck: Great customer service! Celia was so helpful and knowledgeable. I brought in a Miele and Dyson. So happy with results!

Patty McAleer: I took my vacuum cleaner in for repairs. This was a great vacuum, a Bissell vacuum purchased 8 years ago. But, it was pretty much done now I took it into the Kirkland location for repair.. It apparently needed 5 more parts to bring it back to its original condition. My total bill was quite small considering how much work needed to be done on it. You have no idea my total joy when I used this vacuum for the first time after the vacuum had been repaired. Not only did it work as well as it did when I first purchased this vacuum, but now this vacuum was so great - I am speechless!! There are no words to describe my vacuum since the repairs. It is so much better than it ever was even when brand new!! I had all of these deep lines in my carpet, and I could feel the difference in the power of my vacuum - it was just the greatest joy!!!! I highly recommend that you use their services. They are outstanding!!

Theresa Roberts: My new plush carpet and Dyson were fighting...the vacuum would not budge despite adjusting the height of the brush. After looking online for quite a bit to find a vacuum that could handle plush carpet, I gave up in frustration. Then I remembered I had a Quality Sewing & Vacuum just down the street. The staff there was helpful and took their time with me as I explored all the vacuums they offer. Ultimately I chose a Sebo D4 Airbelt Canister vacuum. Pricey, but makes vacuuming the plush rug, LVP floors, and area rugs a breeze. Thank you all at QS&V Kirkland!!

Quality Sewing & Vacuum Creative Center: what do users think?

Nadeen Ward: They had the foot that I wanted.

Martha C: I can say that most companies, including from other retail or industry sectors, could learn important lessons from this company. They are supremely CUSTOMER oriented, they know how to help and treat their customers, and their employees are ALWAYS cheerful, helpful and knoweledgeable. KUDOS to the owners, who evidently have put a lot of HARD work and SMART thinking into their business.I bought my Baby lock Vesta from them in Sept/2023, and have purchased many sewing accessories at their store online, at the Expo in Puyallup and their Tacoma store. It is a pleasure to take their classes, and the Sew & Stitchery Expos they help organize are a MUST: fun, educative, incredible people. KUDOS to ALL of them

Rebecca Walker: A quality company as always. Been a customer for over 20 years and they never disappoint!

Celeste Cassa: Got the product I needed in a timely manner. I recommend them.

Took it home and it now works great!! Thank you for providing this service. I’ll be back… keep up the great work!

Alice Cook: If you need anything for your sewing machine this is the place to go.I took my very old Kenmore sewing machine in to get looked at because it was making a noise. They were up front with me that because of the age of the machine parts are no longer available but they will do their best. When I went to pick up my machines it looked awesome! They had cleaned the outside body of the years of grim, added a new needle and thread, along with spool pads on the thread spindles. The inside was clean and oiled and a small gadget was replaced.Because there was no large repairs needed I only had to pay for that gadget that was replaced! I was not charged labor even though they had put in the time to make it run the best it has in years.Along with the great care they took on my machine, the store has tons of needed items for sewing and lovely fabric. There were so much there I will be going back to pick up my sewing supplies.

Jacqueline Choe: , also the bags and filters they give you as part of their program is great. Really like this store...my carpet is so clean now

Ben Flint: Absolutely top notch service. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I felt like I was being talked to, not sold to.

Lorraine Kramer: Quality Sewing has friendly and knowledgeable salespeople, and an extensive selection of machines, notions, fabrics, and other sewing needs. Their educational classes are great, and Sew Fun is always enjoyable.

Wyldwood Creative: what do users think?

Alanna Williams: I took a sewing 101 class here and had the best time. I had no experience seeing prior to taking the class, and the instructor was kind and encouraging. I loved leaving with a finished product! This is an inclusive and welcoming space, which I appreciate.

Selena Bracelen: I’ve taken a few classes here and am always so impressed!! The instructors are so talented, kind, and patient. The owner is absolutely wonderful. Fabric selection is high quality and lovely. I love supporting small business like this!!

K R: I’ve taken the beginner sewing and quilting class at Wyldwood and they gave me the knowledge and confidence I needed to make my first quilt & more! Always love coming here for fabrics and notions too.

Emily Hendricks: Great experiences shopping in store, online and taking one of the classes. Would highly recommend!

Gina Jadelis: I love following this little shop on Tik Tok and instagram. Not only does Tawnee, the owner, share about small business ownership and makes it very personable for her customers, but she is very professional and responsive. I ordered fabric from her and received it within 3 days. One day I hope that I could visit the store in person, but I will be happy to continue supporting this store online!

C: . Modest collection of quilting and garment fabrics. Also stock paint by # kits and needle felting kits. Nice staff.

Starfevre: Attempted socializing with pizza and puzzles. Probably would have enjoyed myself more without the migraine.

Julia Chiang: Amazing local gem owned by an amazing human! Great workshops, high quality fabrics and kits 3

Cezanne Lane: . The fabric selection and kits are so gorgeous and always inspire me to start yet another project. Love having this place local.

Rachel Tyler: I messaged the store on Instagram about a quilt kit and she sent it in the mail the same day! The quilt kits are easy to do and with good instructions!

Karen Secrest: This cute craft and fabric store has a small footprint, but I always find what I need! They have a fantastic assortment of notions, tools, embroidery floss, craft kits, pins, and stickers. There's something for everyone whether you're experienced at sewing or a novice crafter. I love popping in for a quick pick-me-up or a unique gift.

Melanie Weber: I recently received a Treat Yourself Calendar and was blown away by the variety of fun and useful items from local makers and big companies like Ruby Star Society.

Chris Batten: I purchased Wyldwood Creative's countdown calendar and was thoroughly impressed with the gifts that came! Each day was a new surprise. A nice bonus was that some of the gifts were not sewing related and came from other local, independent retailers. The calendar was a bit expensive, but after seeing the quality of the gifts I would happily purchase it again.

Sarah Como: I'll be back to take more classes!

Amanda B: I first went to Wyldwood to take the “my first quilt” class and I was incredibly impressed by the class and the variety of products in the shop. My quilt is beloved and was a joy to make. The maker materials are great and the local products are fabulous. All my gifts are coming from Wyldwood. I have since taken multiple classes and every instructor is knowledgeable, kind and facilitates a great environment. Would absolutely recommend.

Her shop in Renton, the Seattle area, is awesome for shopping for fabric, crafts, and all of your sewing needs. Tawnee and her staff are super helpful if you have questions about anything while shopping in there.

Gary Foster: Plenty to choose from! Fun visit with Gary.

Nozomi J: Really nice store and the person running it was very kind and gave me tips.

Jim Guan: Amazing place

Ellie Miller: I went in to check out the store and see if I could find some fabric for a quilt. I’m going to make. The customer service was beyond. Awesome! Debra helped me put together some fabrics that will make an awesome quilt. It was really a pleasure to work with her. I’ll be back!

Shreya Sriram: They have a pretty nice fabric collection! I really loved all the fabric I got here - planning to make shirts and tote bags out of them!

Karla Hutson: Hard to find but worth it! Super fantastic customer service. I was looking for a specific type of skirt pattern, as I was searching through all the vintage patterns the store clerk was helping to find what I was looking for. They had some beautiful wedding lace and appliques. I'll have to go back with a bigger budget to get some of these finer pieces.

Misty DeChant: Stash. Oh stash! I found these vintage gems for a quilter here. Lori Holt Calico line from 2016! Thank you very much Gary! You just made a customer for life!

Hannah Tobin: Amazing treasure in Pike Place! The in store selection is great and the online stock is incredible! I intend to go here for all of my fabric needs.

Seven Thirty Sheva: Fell in love upon first visit to get some thread for hand-sewing.Very warm and kind atmosphere. A cozy and beautiful collection of all sorts of fabric and supplies. Wonderful vintage patterns! This store is clearly run with love. Highly recommended for finding what you need and also letting the magic treasures find you! Thank you so much, Deborah and Gary!

Persis Wynter: Lovely little shop. Hidden treasures. Take your time to look! And a lovely owner and staff.

Adam Tailoring & Alterations: what do users think?

Hal Friday: helpful, communicative, timely, skilled

Kitten Freeman: No photos of the dress unfortunately, but I just got my dress which I'm using for a Goth themed wedding, altered in some areas where it was a little loose. I have a body with very meticulous curves, and this dress was ordered online. I knew it was a risk, but I didn't know where else to go and I loved the dress I found on the website. It fits PERFECTLY now and I'm so excited they were able to fix it up so well! Very fair pricing and I recommend them to anyone needing quality alteration.

Huyennga Cao: Everyone at Adam Tailoring is really nice.. I went there with my daughter to purchase more of our Vietnamese traditional dresses - aka Áo dài to wear. They have a lot of great selection of Áo dài from cute, casual ones to very elegant, dressy looking ones for special occasion. These Vietnamese dresses can be worn by anyone, in my opinion.I bought 3 and my daughter bought like 4 - 5 of them. If the dress is too long, they will do alteration for you.I highly recommend Adam Tailoring & Alteration.Attached photos here are the ones I bought..

Anna Nguyen: Really helpful and patient people, and extremely fair pricing. Absolutely would recommend

Esmé Campbell: I’m never going anywhere else. It’s affordable and they are so sweet!

Katelyn Ann Bautista: Adam Tailoring is a great place to get your alterations! Family owned and very talented! Affordable too! I was impressed with how she hemmed and tapered my pants. Will definitely come back again!

Cindy B: This place is solid. Probably the most affordable place to get a pair of jeans hemmed in town. I took a full length wool coat in recently and the lead seamstress put in a new lining for me and it turned out beautifully. I’ve never been disappointed in their work and the turn around time is relatively quick.

Duc Button: Everyone was helpful and friendly. We bought 2 ao dai for our granddaughters. The prices were reasonable.

Dianna Rist:

Thuy Dan:

Adele Botha:

Drew Jungkuntz:

Yosuke Kanii:

Bernina of Renton: what do users think?

James Panello: This is the best place to have your sewing machine repaired by far the staff are great and they know there Business. They did a great job on my phaff 1245 great company

Lynn Lyscio-Evans: The best service for my Bernina machines. They have quality in all their equipment, threads and customer service.

George and Margaret McGill: Friendly people, fun projects, beautiful machines, great service, love my Bernina

Jacob Laitila: Well stocked, with good customer service and helpful staff

Charles Hooper: but the point here is they took care of it for me promptly , no hassles! Additionally they set this machine up for ME! I need a slow machine with tons of power! They added a speed reducer

Vitaly Greck: My visit was to buy an internment use tool for the occasional parachute gear repair. On the first glance, the price tag on some of the equipment was steep. But I was very pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and extremely customer oriented attitude, how things are handled. The owner did not want to leave the me unhappy with the future purchase and make a quick sale. He rather asked what type of thread, what material used etc., and explained my options.Although I did not buy anything today - I will absolutely refer anyone who needs the equipment - go there. This business is not going to drain your wallet. They are making sure that you get what you _need_.Thank you very much for the great advice! Very astonishing to see that level of commitment to quality and satisfaction these days ...

j. diamond: Unbelievable level of craftsmanship- my industrial lock stitch machine hasn’t run this smoothly in too long. Rare to find such a quality local business. Good service equals longer wait times, and its worth it.

Audrey Peters: Top of the line care and service with competitive pricing. I could not be happier with my new machine. I hear so many tales of woe from people that order their machines online. If you did make the mistake of buying online the service here department can work magic. Highly recommended!

Katherine Whitehead: They were very knowledgeable and helped me with all my needs.

Rev.Mitch Walsh: They provided great customer service listening to what I wanted and providing options to fulfill it. Even providing a couple 1on 1 training sessions and loading it in my vehicle. To make things easier they have financing available for a promo of 0 interest is paid off within the promo period. making it a win, win. They even fully set up the table and machine I purchased and showed express setup details. I was able to get add on such as presser feet and pro wound bobbins that are also a huge time saver. also add-on upgrade for the machine to allow specific needle sync settings that are a huge time saver. at checkout it was delivered out and put in my vehicle. the staff there was knowledgeable and friendly providing other necessities for the machine so I wouldn't be suppressed when I got home that they weren't included which is standard for industrial machines. Money well spent I would buy from them again, and use their services going forward.... Oh, and can't forget that they even offered a trade in on the old machine.

Maggie Makowsky: when we come in to pick up accessories, and always has a smile for us. Patty's classes are informative and so helpful! They are worth the drive to get there if you're not super close.

Marcela Cecil: Friendly, helpful staff and an amazing shop for everything Bernini.

Ellen Bruning: My 93 year old mother has been sewing masks and donates them for food banks to give to children. She probably sews about 100 masks each month. As you might image, she has run through 3 singers, one baby love and is now using a Bernette which was recommended by the staff at Sewing Machine Service Company. She absolutely loves her new machine. We've had to take the machine in twice for service - one time it was because of a bent needle and Kyle patiently explained how to check the needle. The staff is wonderful and the service exemplary. We drive down from Ballard to Renton because we love this place!

Deborah Katz: If you treasure your Bernina, you'll be happy to have it taken care of here. I left my very old machine and newer serger for routine service. They both got white glove treatment. Excellent selection of threads, new machines and accessories. Happy to know they are there when so many shops have closed

Sew Generously Bespoke | Seattle Tailors & Custom Suits: what do users think?

Taylor Ekle: Bu adamlar harika!

John Bartlett: The experience of having two suits made to measure at Sew Generously was fantastic, from start to finish. Levi was thorough, helpful, and efficient in the selection of fabrics and the suit designs. David did masterful work in the tailoring and final adjustments. The suits came out perfectly and ahead of schedule. Many thanks!

Chen Ye: It’s my first made-to-measure experience and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. Levi and David have been great and the entire process is very smooth and transparent. I definitely recommend Sew Generously to anyone looking for suites before special events!

Samuel Mermall: I had a consultation with Levi and it was a wonderful experience. Every detail was meticulously accounted for, and I felt Levi did a great job in drawing out from me what my dream suit should be. While I ended up not moving forward due to budget constraints, I loved the store, the people, and the process. If you are in the market for a custom suit or tuxedo, look no further than Sew Generously Bespoke.

Seth Pham: You will have the pleasure of finding the most passionate and caring duo here at Sew Generously Bespoke. Levi and David were with me every step of the way, answering all my questions and taking in all my concerns. This is not a team satisfied with "fine" or "looks good" - they will go all the way to fit a suit for you - a suit that I can only describe as "you". I walked out of that final fitting looking gorgeous and feeling amazing! Coming from someone who is always in-between sizes and just wants to be comfortable, I am blown away at all the comfort provided by their hand-crafted suit.I am so excited to wear this for my wedding! I did include some photos from my very outdated phone, and I want to stress there is a ton of detail and amazing work lost here. I hope to do the suit and their passion justice with better photos on the wedding day. Also, most importantly, they have a big seal of approval from my fiancé! She is even having me wear it around the house so she can stare from across the room hahaha.I really do want to thank Levi and David for spending hours and days with me building and molding this suit. I came here to buy a single beautiful and lasting suit to remember, but I am seriously tempted just to come back and do it all again. Even if you are on the fence, I really do encourage you to at least schedule a time and meet with the amazing people here at Sew Generously Bespoke. They love their job and truly just want to see you in the suit you are dreaming of.

Justin Yee: I recently had a suit made by the Sew Generously team and could not be happier with the final product, smooth process, and overall experience. I worked with Aiden and Levi for the ideas and fitting and David for the alterations. If you’re looking for a made to measure or bespoke item, look no further. In my opinion, THIS is what an exemplary business looks like.

Jonathan Radford: ... I had a hat that got torn and needed to be repaired. I looked up a seamstress close to me... we were on our way to the Stadiums from the Pike Place Market, so I chose to stop here and ask for help.I stepped in, and they were quick to ask how to help me. They said they don't do what I was asking, but...

Eric Pidkameny: , and I didn't know where to start. Levi and the team guided me through every step of the process, from deciding what I wanted to convey with my look, all the way to the tiniest details on the buttons and lining. Along the way, I got a crash course in the history of suit fabrics and a deeper appreciation for how well-tailored clothing can really let your personality shine through.Multiple fittings with their team on a very flexible schedule ensured that my initial vision matched the final product, and it felt great to work with people who were sincerely invested in me looking and feeling my very best. The suit came out phenomenal, and I can't wait to show it off to all my friends and family! I'll be recommending them to everyone I know, and hope to come back soon myself. Thanks again!

Jonathan Tamimi: Exceptional service and craftsmanship. Coming out of COVID I was in need of a wardrobe refresh. I'm glad I found Sew Generously.Levi took his time getting to know me and my style, and we selected some incredible fabrics for a 3-piece gray suit, two jackets, and a couple of fun shirts. Levi patiently walked me through every detail and potential customization--buttons, lapels, pockets, linings--and we put a plan together.David and his team then went to work. They made sure the fit was perfect and no detail was too small for them to change. Want the buttons on your cuff moved a quarter inch? They'll happily do it.The thing I like the best though is that my new clothes look good when I wear them and move--not just when I'm posing like a mannequin. I have more than a few coats from other tailors that look great when I'm not moving but, for example, the lapel will crease when I raise my arms or try to move. The Sew Generously folks knew how to minimize these issues while still providing a great fit.I'd give 'em six stars if I could.

David Emerson: The team at Sew Generously Bespoke is extremely detail oriented, responsive and full of great ideas for finding the right clothes for my style. Their prices are reasonable for a bespoke experience. They are my go to bespoke clothing company in Seattle.

Eltsa Custom Sewing: what do users think?

Allison Stein: 5 stars is not enough. I came to Eltsa Custom Sewing a month before my wedding after another tailor had worked on my wedding dress and had really made it look not so good. I came in panicked and they immediately validated some of my concerns and formed a plan to fix everything. They were clear, fast, kind, and my dress looks so good now. I'm giving them 5 stars before I've even picked up my dress because of the immense relief at how my dress is looking now. I felt listened to, I understand what changes we were making and why, they even fixed things I didn't even realize needed to be fixed.I WISH I had just gone here from the beginning, but I'm unbelievably grateful for what they're doing for me now.

Kristina Krause: Love their approach, really appreciate their expertise and problem solving. Great and easy location too.

Abbie Pendergast: I can’t say enough good things about Eltsa custom sewing. They did an amazing job on my wedding dress for a fair price. I needed a fair amount of work done and they have no trouble at all. They really know what they’re doing. I’d recommend them to any bride!

Alicia Anderson: The ladies at Eltsa took great care of me in getting my wedding dress ready. Throughout my appointments I had the utmost confidence that they knew exactly what they were doing and on the day my dress fit perfectly and I felt great.

Paige W: They did an amazing job with my wedding dress! They were so easy to work with, and made sure there was enough time for all alterations

Kiran Ramsey: My boyfriend got his suit pants tailored here and she went above and beyond and did it so fast for when we needed it. Thank you!!!

Rachel DeNoble: I worked with Eltsa Custom Sewing to alter my wedding dress and it really was CUSTOM! Little did I know when I bought my dream off-the-shoulder lace gown, it would need to be reconstructed to defy gravity and stay up in place. I worked with the wonderful ladies at Eltsa to sew in a corset and it ended up fitting like a glove. They are clearly experts in their craft and offered several suggestions that I wouldn't have thought of myself — including reworking the lace pattern on the bodice to accentuate and cover the right areas. They are the best — I've already referred my friend and will continue recommending to anyone who needs expert alterations 💖

Allison Lu: I had my wedding dress altered here and I am so happy with my experience! All the ladies were so knowledgable and had a great eye for how to alter my dress to fit my body perfectly, and I felt like an absolute princess on my wedding day! Every fitting, I felt confident that my dress was going to be perfect in the end and it was. My dress has a lot of layers of tulle, 3d floral appliqués, and sleeves, but they handled it all beautifully! I am so grateful for everyone at Eltsa’s for their hard work! If you need a wedding dress altered, I highly recommend coming here!

Lucy “HawtLava” Colbert: These ladies had my wedding dress altered and ready in short order and on short notice. They even delivered it when it was done! They are incredibly sweet and fantastic at what they do. I highly recommend if you need that perfect garment altered just right.

Hannah Lessing: As a plus size bride, alterations can be their own challenge, but I found Eltsa to have wonderful service, speedy timelines, and very affordable. I did both my wedding dress and second look, which was two pieces stitched together, and they did a fantastic job in both making me feel like a princess on my day. They were honest in their opinions when I asked for them, while also balancing what I wanted. It was a very easy experience to work with them!

Amy Buxbaum: Highly highly recommend Eltsa for wedding dress alterations. Such wonderful customer service, attention to detail, and incredible results. Truly can’t say enough good things! I also had my rehearsal dinner dress and a bridesmaid dress tailored perfectly here.

Madeline Hopper: I am so happy I used Eltsa Custom Sewing and worked with Margarita for my wedding dress alterations! She has an eye for details with the dress and caught some alterations needs that I never would've thought of because of the stretchy material of my dress. She immediately recognized that it needed a structured belt on the inside to bring in the waist but also to keep the material from stretching out over time. But it was adjustable so that as the night went on, I was able to loosen the inner belt to free me up for eating, drinking, and DANCING! As we worked on the dress and I tried on different shoes and jewelry and hair styles unofficially with the dress, I found that her opinion and insights were also extremely valuable, which was just a bonus! I appreciate her direct approach and she is clearly an expert in her craft! THANK YOU! We'll be back for future high priority dress needs in the future!

Seema Badrbigi: and I was looking for someone to custom make a pocket or hidden hole so I can hide this device under my dress. Since it’s a mermaid fitted style dress I can really attach it to my bra or underwear without it being seen. And without a doubt the workers here already had a plan on how to hide the pumper without it being visible. They created a secret pocket on some spandex underneath my dress and they made sure it was easily accessible and also comfortable.I would recommend this spot for anyone who needs any alteration work. They can also help mens tux and other items. Thanks again ladies for making my dress perfect

Michele O: My wedding dress was a custom made dress to fit my measurements. Unfortunately when I received the dress there were some minor changes that needed to be done in a short amount of time. I was worried about getting the alterations done before my big day, but Eltsa saved the day! She was a pleasure to work with and knew what suggestions needed to be made to make the dress fit just right. I respect her hustle during wedding season, and I can not recommend her enough! Fast turnaround and easy communication made a stressful situation turn out more than just OK. Thank you Eltsa!

Dani B: I had such a great experience with Eltsa! I needed my bridesmaid dress altered and they were super friendly and accommodating. My dress turned out exactly how I wanted it and it was a super quick turnaround time. I definitely recommend going here if you need alterations!

Emily Laskowski: I had a great experience with Eltsa Custom Sewing! The alterations for my wedding dress were beautifully and quickly done, and were also very reasonably priced.

Rachel Hardebeck: and being given several options of changes we could make to make the dress fit better. I was given an estimate before work was done and the final cost came out to be very reasonable, and on the low end of the quote. I have and will continue to recommend Eltsa Custom Sewing to others!

Andrea Ryder: Could not be happier with how my wedding dress alterations turned out! Not only did they do quality work, but My seamstress helped find some clever solutions too, like adding a slim clip on the back so my spanx didn’t pop up out of the back of my dress. She was so kind and helpful every step of the way, definitely recommend!

Alexandria Bodas: . She was also enjoyable to chat with. They estimated a 2 week turnover but ended up calling me a week later to let me know it was ready and everything looks and fits great. I would definitely come back for other alterations.
