We appreciated the meeting and how Jason was prepared and actually looked at our preferences. I also appreciated being able to talk with him on video chat before booking. I had experience with some companies that didn't even want to have a phone call.They have a system where you add what songs you want or you can make a playlist on Spotify. Our wedding went off without a hitch. Ronnie was professional and kept the jams coming. He played for 4 hours and kept everyone on the dance floor. I think they are pretty affordable for the Seattle area as well, given they amount of time we requested.I would definitely hire them for your next wedding or event!

Read the rest of the long review if you’d like, but honestly if you’ve stumbled across InJoy Entertainment, just go ahead and set up a zoom meeting with them. You don’t need to meet with anyone else.From the very first call with Jason, we felt like we were talking to an old friend. This was the first wedding vendor we secured and it set the tone for the rest of our planning. Jason is a true professional, and by the end of the call I was excited to start wedding planning. And FYI - their prices are SO reasonable - we paid for our wedding ourselves with a VERY small budget and no wiggle room. Our experience with InJoy Entertainment was worth double what we paid.The reception was our biggest priority - I have been to weddings where the dance floor was empty most of the time, or weddings where people left early because the dancing tapered off, and that was my biggest concern. I wanted to have a short ceremony, and then a party that would last until the very end of the night and have enough guests around for a big send off. Ronnie was the DJ that Jason assigned to our wedding and both him and Jason totally understood this goal. Ronnie BLEW US AWAY. He played all the songs we wanted and then some, knew when it was appropriate to switch from chill family friendly songs to full on party music, remembered all the small specific details I wanted, pulled off a surprise last song perfectly, was an amazing MC, and just SUCH a nice guy. Our guests kept asking how we found him! Jason will for sure set you up with the right person for your event.The planning meetings leading up to the wedding were so reassuring and organized. Jason also gave me really great advice about switching out one of our ceremony songs and he was so right about the difference it would make. We also didn’t realize until right before the wedding that our indoor/outdoor venue only had ONE outdoor outlet and no power source anywhere near the ceremony stage.Jason figured out how they were going to make this work via a FaceTime call while we were at the venue, and the day of the wedding Ronnie had everything set up no problem when I arrived and it all went off without a hitch. I was so impressed with how they made a sub-optimal venue work out perfectly.Jason will make you feel like your wedding day is just as important to him as it is to you. You’re lucky you found him!

Kelly Evans: - the website was wonderful and if the song wasn't there, Jason had us provide a link and figured out a way to make it so we didn't have to adjust our song or stress about figuring it out. He also worked with my dad to add some special touches to the father of the bride speech.Aside from DJing, he also helped facilitate the photobooth, which was a great touch. We got to pick from different backgrounds and different layout options. Our guests loved the addition and their little take home memory.Overall, extremely professional and very easy to work with!

The portal we used was easy and intuitive and made the music planning a breeze.During the wedding Jason and his crew spent hours setting up the venue to make sure everything fell into place. And what an amazing job he did. The music kept everyone dancing the entire night, the photobooth was professional and incredibly fun, and the lighting set the mood for the dinner and dance. Kayla Clark: Hiring Bridget with Perfectly Posh Events was one of the best decisions we made with vendors. Having a day-of coordinator made the weeks leading up to the wedding and the day-of run so much smoother than if we had tried to orchestrate it ourselves. It also removed SO much stress from my family and myself. Bridget is very sweet, professional, focused and a joy to work with. The three biggest things for me with having a day-of coordinator like Bridget were- 1. Having someone to look over what you are doing and make sure your plans, timeline, vendors, etc are all in line in the months before the wedding. 2. Communicating with the vendors regarding times they will be arriving, confirming what they may need, payments, etc. in the weeks leading up to the wedding. 3. DAY OF! Oh my goodness, Bridget and her assistant took all the boxes of décor we had and set-up our venue so beautifully, this was huge for me as it allowed my family, friends, husband and myself to just enjoy the day. They also packed everything away so nicely after the wedding. During the wedding she had everything running smoothly and if I needed anything she was always right there. One of the things I loved most about Bridget is how calm she is!! She mentioned when we initially met that this was a piece of positive feedback she received often from couples and that was why I hired her- I wanted someone that wasn’t going to seem anxious or stress me out. Thank you, Bridget!!

On-time the day of, very professional, never got in the way, and created something we will be able to cherish! The turnaround time for the package was SO fast. If you're looking for a videographer, he's your guy!

Allison Fine: Pyramid did an amazing job with our wedding from start to finish. Our main point of contact, Pedro, was very professional, communicative, and easy to work with at every step of the planning process. He helped to keep us on top of deadlines as our special day got closer. Pyramid was flexible with special dietary requests. Pedro worked closely with us to cultivate a menu that felt meaningful for our occasion, and he and Chef Catherine coordinated the making of Jewish latkes and Danish abelskivers for our wedding appetizers. During our event, the servers were polite and attentive, making sure each of our guests had a wonderful time and had what they needed. And, the food was delicious, as were our fall themed signature cocktails! We would highly recommend Pedro and his team for any wedding or special event in need of catering services. As an aside, I run a nonprofit and have also used Pyramid for two different events, and they've been wonderful to work with there as well.

Jacob Francis: .The Pyramid team was also so very accomodating to our venue, given it was an outdoor venue nearly 2 hours away. Of course we were happy to pay the fair travel fee, but most other caterers flat out refuse to drive even an hour. They brought their own portable kitchen equipment since there were no good options on site. They made it extremely easy for us to enjoy our day while helping to make it even more memorable for us and our guests!

Juan Valera: Pyramid made our wedding amazing; they were super straightforward to work with and very communicative, we didn't feel out of the loop even once. They were consistently helpful, even as we changed our minds about food, drinks, and guest count multiple times.

Alex Peterson: Pyramid Catering was great to work with, very professional, and the food was amazing and fairly priced! They even created a special vegan menu with new main course options just for us because we asked about vegan options. They were very communicative and attentive to our questions during the booking process, and the staff for our wedding itself were very friendly and clearly interested in making the day as special as possible. We settled on Pyramid after taking price and elegance into the highest consideration, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high quality, classy wedding catering at the best prices in the Seattle area! My only "complaint" was that Pyramid Catering seems to be very busy during the summer months and it was somewhat tricky getting in contact with them to confirm the final menu for the 2 months before our August wedding until the wedding was only a few weeks away. This made the timeline of getting our guests' orders pretty tight and more rushed than I would have hoped. However, I imagine this is the nature of in-demand catering companies during peak season. Overall, we were very happy with our decision to chose Pyramid.

The chefs, Pedro the manager is the kindest most caring guy who wants your day to be JUST right. The staff that worked the event. ALL awesome people. The tastings was top notch. You do pay but it was SO worth it. It was a whole spread and the food was amazing. We had plenty to take home! You get a chance to review colors, silverware and everything at that tasting. Something no other place offered until we signed with them. So this was a huge green flag for us! The day of - incredible. The staff was AMAZING. All of them. I took time to go to the back of the venue after the evening to thank them all at once. They deserve it so much. And the food. Get out of here. People are still calling to ask us how they can get more of that Lobster sauce. We wanted fun food. So we had a mac n cheese bar and a potato bar and everyone has said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. We want to have a party every year just so we can have the food! Thank you for making our day SO special. It was incredible and we are so thankful for you.

Sarah Askander: Pyramid catering catered my wedding and I couldn’t recommend them more! Pedro is the manager and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was on site attending and helping with my event that day as well. The food, service and price was amazing! Ben the owner was also very responsive and nice to work with as well. They even recommended we bring containers so we could take the extra food at the end of the night, which I absolutely loved because I hate wasting food and then we got to have so much leftovers that people enjoyed all week. If you’re debating on booking them, don’t hesitate!

Christy Siuda: They catered our wedding this past October and were AMAZING. the catering team walked over driftwood and in sand to bring my husband and I appetizers while we were taking photos. They even stayed and helped fold chairs and clean which they did not have to do. We had a vegetarian buffet and even the meat eaters loved it! Highly recommend!
