Erica Cheng: I visited KODA during their open house event and was pleasantly surprised by the building's design and facilities. If you're lucky to be in a West facing unit or on the roof, you'll get a great city/water combo view. I liked that the lobby staff was friendly and helpful, and residents seem to really enjoy their living situation. Certainly a good spot to be as the area continues to develop.

Matthew Smith: Nice building, I have a friend that lives here and they enjoy it. The apartments look extremely well kept with maintenance, however without living here I do not know the small inconveniences people renting have come across. Looks like a nice place and if my budget for apartments was higher I would absolutely be looking into this place.

Newsha Makooi: I lived here for about a year in 2017. I love the location, the building and all of its amenities. This is by far one of the best locations and properties in the area in my opinion because it is close to all the action and happenings in Cap Hill, and easy walk to downtown Seattle, and it is a quiet building to live in. The rooftop views are incredible. The rooftop Jacuzzi is A+!
C Z: This condo locates at a perfect place around downtown Seattle. Within 5 min walk, there is QFC, wholefoods, barbershop, UPS, dentistry, churches, coffee shop, pizza place, chipotle, and many different restaurants. Within 5 min drive, you can get to the highway, yet you don't feel the noisiness from the highway itself. It is also built at a high altitude, so the 360 degree roof top view is absolutely unbeatable. Even a typical low floor unit is at a way higher altitude compare to the some of the condo units in downtown.Also to Karan who only gave this place two stars:Based on your comment history on google, it looks like you are pretty much a "hater". If you have never lived in Luma, then your "two star" review is useless. If you say people are "snobbish" in this building, then I for sure know you have never lived here. As a resident who lives in this building for a while I don't even know where is your so called "picture" was taken from any place in this building. I don't want to judge anyone based on a commentary on a public website, but it does show that you are a complete liar.

Jeff Wilcox: The Vine is one of the great downtown Seattle condos. The rooftop terrace is nice, the neighborhood is lively yet Western Avenue is pretty quiet. More recent improvements including WiFi on the roof and garages, new conference room, lobby refresh, and electric vehicle charging station keep the building modern and fun.
Joel Osborn: It is a condominium. The staff is very nice . Nice location. Very quiet since the closure of the viaduct.
