Yan Xiao: Cheri is really amazing. She showed me the apartment. I signed the lease with her. She inspected the home for me and she found the smallest detail and then she fixed it for me.I drove 18 hours consecutively to Kiara across states, and Cheri really made my move-in day easy and warm. I felt like seeing an angel after a long exhausting trip.Also other people in the team, Sara, Michaela are also really nice. The concierge people Hong, Scott, Denisse are also really nice.
Sergio Mattei: I toured so many buildings. The tours were boring, the agents apathetic.The Kiara raised the bar. Cheri was the absolute kindest and the front-desk staff as well. The care for tenants they displayed put this building in my top contenders for leasing. I went with another choice, but I left with the best impression.Never change, y'all!

K G: My husband and I moved into Kiara about a month ago and couldn't be happier with our decision. Our leasing agent, Cheri, was wonderful to work with and made the whole process of picking an apartment and moving in a breeze. She was both kind and patient with all of our questions and showed us multiple apartments over several weeks - Cheri really is the best! We love the apartment - it's very quiet, the public spaces are kept immaculate, and everyone on the concierge staff is friendly and helpful.

E.L. jorgensen: are all well kept and clean.Mail/Packages = mail is secure. A lot of places in the same area have problems with package theft, NOT Kiara! Not only do we have on-site mail services, but Amazon lockers and a concierge that can accept packages and store them securely, until you're home and can pick them up.Trash = I may be nit-picky here, but the trash chutes are broken, or down, more than they are up and running. They are down so frequently, that the trash room on my floor fills up quickly. It is very common for 3-8 bags of trash to be left in the trash room when the chute is down. Kiara asks you to take it downstairs, directly to the dumpster, but most residents do NOT do this and it just piles up.Utilities = you have to sign up for your own electricity. But water, sewage, and trash are all billed by Kiara. Now, Kiara says they "check the meter" and based on meter readings and number of occupants per household determine your payment. HOWEVER, I was traveling a lot for work one month

The place itself is fantastic - awesome views and lots of natural light in the units. Plus, the rooftop is the coolest spot around! The staff here is top-notch too - always there to help out. Definitely recommend Kiara for a great place to live with great people!

The maintenance staff are prompt and always have a great attitude. Most of our issues get resolved within a day. There's a few flaws here and there, but by far the best apartment we've rented at to date.
xSsuio: The leasing agent is really great. She answered my questions patiently and keep updating useful information to me. It is a wonderful experience to visit the Kiara apartment.
Luke Lappala: The Kiara is a great building with amazing views and really nice units with lots of natural light and windows. We worked with Michaela Campbell as our sales associate and she was great! Always very responsive and flexible while helping us navigate the different options and price ranges.
Brad Carman: will be at the very top of my list. The community is gorgeous; Cheri's "sales tactics" weren't even sales tactics - We had an organic conversation, she went so far as to even ask if I had any pets and what their names were! I can't emphasize enough how exceptional of a tour this was compared to others in the Seattle market. While Cheri did ask if I'd like to apply day-of, and follow up with me, appropriately so, several times after my tour - I did eventually fill her in on my decision to remain in Ballard. No other leasing professional reached out me after the day-of tour; this speaks volumes to Cheri's commitment to excellence, impressive skillsets and passion - For placing the right people in the right home - not simply a "salesperson" feel. I work in sales myself, and have found this strategy to be more effective than any other. Cheri is in it for the long game; if I decide to move 2 years from now, I'm going back to Kiara and I'm asking for Cheri!

Ander Gillies: . She took time to show us the apartment multiple times and always with a smile and really went out of her way to try to make this home work for us. There are many, but I would say she is the main “amenity” at this building because her level of customer service is rare in this industry. It’s also a very well maintained and beautiful building.

Amenities include a luxury roof top deck, large entertainment / event room, guest suite, game room, movie theater and a state of the art fitness center. Parking in the gated garage, private security and a knowledgeable, awesome concierge team make 2200 a great place to live.

Ashley & Collin Monda: Beautiful building with thoughtfully designed units. The HOA Board genuinely cares about quality of life at Marselle, and dues are competitive for SLU. Many improvements have been made over the past year, and management communication is excellent. Many units have amazing Space Needle views! Location is walkable to everything; it's in the middle of the tech hub. Really glad we bought here!

Phil Martinicchio: April 2024 Stratus ReviewMy wife and I have lived in a 1BB at the Stratus for nearly five years. We decided to rent a larger unit and moved to a 2BB at the Stratus. We like it here. The location and walkability are major factors why we live at the Stratus. However, the main reason we live here is the Stratus itself. It is safe, clean, well maintained and well managed. The staff is excellent. Terri and Larissa handle the front desk in a friendly, efficient manner. Leasing professionals Danni, along with Kristie, did a wonderful job showing us perspective units and ultimately getting us settled-in. Maintenance requests are professionally, quickly and efficiently handled by Sebastian along with Jerry and Jimmy. The Property Manager Geoff has been here longer than we have and does an outstanding job of keeping the Stratus running smoothly. Whenever there is a personal or building emergency, Geoff solves the problem. The Stratus is a beautiful building that provides many tenant activities. Ask about the community garden, cookouts, pizza nights, wine nights and the holiday party just to name a few.Three useful items:Need a mover? Speak to Leland of Washington Movers. Washington Movers provides excellent service at an affordable price.Need custom paint work? Speak to JR of Maxin Remodeling. Again, excellent workmanship at an affordable price.Need Internet? Speak to Chris of Astound/Wave. Chris provided a seamless Internet transition to our new unit.Be Well,Liz & Phil

The amenities are good too, with two different rooftop decks, a decent gym, and a good pickup system for delivered packages.The location is also excellent

Sara B: The Residences is a great place to live. It is within walking distance to The Junction and a variety of grocery stores. It is also very close to Alki Point, which is a beautiful place to walk and enjoy the sunsets. Kyle, one of the property managers is also fantastic. He certainly has the tenants best interest at heart. Apart from the fabulous West Seattle location, he is what makes living at The Residences enjoyable.
Caralina Casperson: a sight-unseen resident. I moved here in May and have had a great experience since. The property manager, Kyle, is very responsible, friendly, and all-around a very reliable person in the office. I would agree as to the turnover on maintenance staff

She is not the assigned Manager but went ABOVE AND BEYOND in ensuring I felt taken care of and was finally able to schedule something. She was at the building on time for my showing and even gave a courtesy call to make sure we were meeting. She took the time to show me multiple units and get to know what we are in the market for. I’ve been in Property management myself and can truly say she is EXCEPTIONAL at what she does. Thank you again Mona for your time.

Melanie Howard: I am a site unseen resident! Moving from AZ to West Seattle, there was a lot of anxiety behind finding the right apartment when we knew we couldn't see it first. Out of the 30+ apartment buildings I reached out to during my search, Claire Wildgen from Residences at 3295 Apartments was the only one who was actively interested in helping me. It just always felt like she was kind and caring, from the very get-go.When my significant other and I finally traversed to Washington to see the apartment, the building was beautiful, the units modern, clean, and stunning, and prices well below what we were expecting when we came to Washington. But I will say, that it was Claire's responsiveness and warm, vibrant energy, that really made be feel welcomed and excited to choose this place as my home.And I will always have an appreciation for how easy it is to request repairs or light bulbs, and how the staff is always looking out for the residents.
s w: When looking to rent here I really recommend talking to Claire at the management office, she really cares about her residents. She actually was a manager at the first place I rented in west Seattle about 8 years ago and was great there as well. So it was a happy suprise to see her when I came to the Residence apt.

Haobo Zhang: Nice apartment to stay! With excellent view and amenities like a hot tub, the living experience is really worth the price. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the concierge staff Alem helps us a lot.
Alina Hallaq: Really enjoyed my stay at McKanzie apartment complex. Everything starting with architecture, interior and overall atmosphere is top-notch! And of course iconic Seattle view to Olympic Peninsula and Space Needle - truly breathtaking! Wonderful concierge guest service and specifically I would like to highlight Concierge Manager Irina. Excellent customer service, always ready to help, friendly, welcoming and attentive. Irina is high-level professional. She is always going above and beyond in her work - and you can tell how much she cares! Whether it was providing local recommendations, assisting with reservations, or addressing any concerns, Irina’s proactive approach made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommend McKenzie Apartments.
Lindsey Martinson: I really enjoy staying here. The common areas are beautiful and spacious. In the mornings I often go up to the top floor, grab coffee, get some work done, and take in the views even before my workday starts. The management of the building is truly exceptional. They communicate about everything and provide top-notch service. I needed tools to put together furniture, and they had some to borrow. They also have events each month, which I really appreciate because they allow people to casually mingle. Last month there was a Mother's Day card-making event with the most gorgeous charcuterie boards and mimosas. It was a good time and an easy way to get to know some new people. I really appreciated Reese, who hosted the event. We got to talking and he was able to introduce me to some new things to do throughout Seattle and just generally feel welcome.
Kenneth Maurice Martinson: I’m posting this review after my first month living at McKenzie Apartments, and I must say, I'm as in awe of this place now as I was on day one. The biggest reason is the consistent, exceptional service—it's unmatched in apartment living and feels more akin to a luxury hotel, complete with 24-hour service, spas, gym, etc. Two staff members, Reese and Herman, have consistently gone out of their way to make me feel truly welcome and at home. Whether it's help with logistics, entertainment, or anything in between, they have exceeded expectations. I highly recommend the staff and the apartment living experience here.

Stan Pro: We moved to McKenzie Apartments last summer and absolutely love it here! The amenities are fantastic, and they host some really cool events that we enjoy. What truly sets this place apart, though, is our concierge manager, Irina. She’s wonderful—always providing personalized service, finding solutions, and going out of her way to assist us with any request. It’s a joy to live here, thanks to Irina and her team!

patricia peterson: I have lived at the McKenzie for 3 years and recently hosted a large party on the 40th floor screening room. I could not have pulled the event off without the help of concierge, Reese!! Huge shoutout to him for going above and beyond the call of duty!! He made sure the room was ready and worked diligently with us on the sound system so we could play our own music. He checked in frequently throughout the party to make sure everything was going as planned. Additionally, he helped us disassemble, get things to our cars and wind things down.On another note, Reese has taken over the event planning for the building and the events have gone from zero to 60 in terms of something to everyone!! Keep up the fun events and good work, Reese!!

Adam: I moved to mResidences a year and a half ago and the experience has been great! The mResidence team is awesome and they are always on top of things. They are proactive with keeping residents up-to-date and quick to get to a maintenance issue if one comes up.The residents here have all been very nice, there's a good community. The building has a parking garage, community room, gym, and a rooftop which is nice to grill at over the spring/summer.Overall I have had a pleasant experience at mResidences!
Hiroki Boyle: Moved in here a few years back and I’ve been lucky to call this place home. Benjamin the manager runs a tight ship here and all maintenance requests are usually handled within 24 hours. Everyone I’ve come across in the apartment have been really friendly and the shared spaces and workout area are great! Haven’t had any noisy neighbors either which is a plus! Location is nice easy access to 99 and I-5
