Urvashi Chaudhuri: Your online booking shows 11am slot on Saturday and I book it. I get the email confirmation saying my booking has been accepted. When I arrive, I am told we open at 12. Please correct the error on the booking page so that more customers don't have to wait like I had to.Update: they took corrective measures to not show the 11am slot anymore so thank you. This has become my go to salon for threading and waxing and it's always easy to get the appointment. The lady does a good job at waxing and threading. The rates are reasonable too.Just one suggestion, maybe use a cloth to spread on the waxing table instead of paper rolls because paper starts sticking to the body and clothes. A few reusable cloth sheets for the day can help make the experience better.

I doubt you could go wrong with anyone here, but Maya is my go to and she’s awesome! This salon runs great specials for $ off some services at their different locations, so if your schedule is flexible, you can get some awesome deals. They send text confirmations, you can schedule through website although I schedule through the mind/body app. Both work great. Owner is great, present and talented with the interior decor and retail offerings.

Hailey: Very friendly staff. Went for a bikini wax and lash lift. The bed in the waxing room wasn't clean, it had lots of hair and a few stains on it. Overall wax was good and efficient, she was good about communicating and being gentle. Slightly crooked but I also said it didn't need to be perfect so that one's probably on me.Overall the lash lift was good. I'm glad I have had a lash lift before because she didn't communicate at all about what she was doing. I also didn't get any aftercare instructions, so again, good thing I had had one before. Lift looks good though.
