Urvashi Chaudhuri: Your online booking shows 11am slot on Saturday and I book it. I get the email confirmation saying my booking has been accepted. When I arrive, I am told we open at 12. Please correct the error on the booking page so that more customers don't have to wait like I had to.Update: they took corrective measures to not show the 11am slot anymore so thank you. This has become my go to salon for threading and waxing and it's always easy to get the appointment. The lady does a good job at waxing and threading. The rates are reasonable too.Just one suggestion, maybe use a cloth to spread on the waxing table instead of paper rolls because paper starts sticking to the body and clothes. A few reusable cloth sheets for the day can help make the experience better.

I always get compliments on her work all week long even from strangers. She’s always been friendly and a great conversationalist. I love that they offer a pre-pay bulk sets of eyebrow services at a lower price because my brows are high maintenance. Parking can be a little tricky but it’s all free, there’s a parking lot in the back and a good amount of street parking in front if available. I’ve witnessed some customers get parking tickets from the back lot but you can just bring them in and have them taken care of with ease.
