As local Real Estate Advisors, we are often asked about home decor, including lighting options. Lighting Consultant John Anderson assisted us and provided not only great service, but great advice that saved us a lot of time and money. Lamps Plus stood out for its excellent service and wide array of options and price points.
Don Chumley II: The store was very clean and well organized. The 2 consultants we encountered were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Ultimately John helped my wife and I settle on our purchase, setup the shipping, and finalize the transaction. Though our items had to be shipped that particular visit to the store, we had our lamps by the weekend.

Marcus Monaghan: This is the only retail store left in the area that treats people right. I’m there 15-20 times per month and customer service is always good. They are pleasant and willing to accept returns and honor price matches without any trouble.
Rathish Kumar Rajendran: One of my go-to stores is Target. It's always tidy and well-organized, and the staff is helpful if I can't find a product on the shelves. I appreciate the frequent email notifications about promotions and deals, and the wide range of products makes it easy to find what I need. I prefer using self-checkout at the end, which is quick and convenient, usually taking no more than 3 minutes. While the rewards program is moderate, overall, I highly recommend this store to my friends.

Nick Hardwick: This Target somehow got better ever since the ones in the U District and Ballard closed. Sure some items are behind locked doors, but the store is well staffed and well stocked so you're not waiting for long. Plus it's now full of actual security who can keep the insides safe from the out, so I feel even more safe going than before. If this is how big retail stores are headed in this area, can't say I'm disappointed with the results here.

Victoria H: I absolutely love Sur La Table! I have been in Seattle for 7 years, but just recently discovered this awesome store! They have a few locations throughout the Seattle and Greater Seattle area.I absolutely love the vibe of the store. It is somewhat small, but it is very neat, clean, and tidy. The store has a very homey feel to it.The staff are very nice and provide great customer service. They answered all of my questions. We wound up purchasing a gravy boat, pasta server, ceramic knife, rainbow colored whisk, and stainless steel tongs. They are all great quality, and well made.Be warned, their prices are NOT cheap, but what you are paying for is quality over quantity. Also, it is Seattle, so things are more expensive, but Sur La Table is not your basic, but premium level of kitchenware and cookware, so you get what you pay for.I highly recommend Sur La Table for great kitchenware and cookware products!
Phil Waites: Met Nivek at the store, we were looking at cookware while on vacation. We were not buyers that day and I’m sure he knew that. However, he gave us a first class education on cookware, heat transfer, metals and layers of metals and surfaces. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. If you get by the store ask for him, he’s great!

Jenny: I gave 4 stars because the customer service is magnificent and they gave us a free espresso. However, they lost a star because they were out of stock of the All-Clad pans we were gonna buy. Which ended up working in our favor because while we were debating on whether or not we were gonna order in-store for delivery through Sur La Table, we saw their competitor had the same exact set for $130 cheaper with free shipping. Had Sur La Table had these pans in stock, we would have given them over $600 no questions. With prices being $130 cheaper elsewhere, of course we are gonna go that route.

Sharon Scifres: Recently bought the Italian floral blue dishes from the Seattle store where Charles was very informative and helpful. I ordered the 4 piece set while they were on sale and a few days later decided I wanted to add an additional 4 piece set. Charles extended the sale price to include the other set. When they were delivered 5 out of 8 bowls were broken and again Charles immediately apologized and had new bowls sent to us. The dishes are so lovely and the excellent customer service just adds to my enjoyment.
Will Weigle: I came in with the vague idea that I wanted a table top salt dish for black lava salt. Sebastian walked me all over the store showing me different options refining the search each time I gave him feedback on what he was showing me. He eventually lead me to a Le Cruset mini cocotte which I never would have thought of, and it was on sale as a bonus. It was my first visit to any Sur La Table store, I will for sure be back. It was so nice finding a sale person who wasn't pushing me to buy something but really seemed to care about me finding what I wanted.
David Hamilton: Very friendly and helpful service. Especially, Charles...but really the whole crew were helpful when I came in midday on a weekend.Got two items for a gift. They had some sale items but, in the end, their brand items looked and felt like quality.

Elizabeth Avery: What a fun concept for a store! Worth checking out, especially if you love purple lol. We actually came here just to use their luggage storage service for a few hours which was fantastic, we were able to leave our giant suitcases here for $10 while exploring the market and surrounding area. We interacted with several different staff on check in and checkout and all of them were extremely friendly! They even saved me a massive Uber bill by giving me directions to the airport using public transit for a tiny fraction of the cost. Whether you need to store luggage or just want to visit a cool shopping spot, I recommend this place!

I used to carry them on my lanyard and/or along with my badge, but it was all getting a lil too heavy.I had a couple employees try to help me although I’m sure my own ambivalence or lack of having any real idea of what kind I wanted discouraged them from going on a treasure hunt with me - not to knock them, they definitely tried to be helpful and were all very nice and professional, it’s me that is the problem, my friends.Well, the stars finally decided to align and I swear they could’ve been wearing a cape - Elijah comes out of the most electric blue and holy moly, the determination of this human. .. I told them I was being cheap and black was the ideal and of course, most coveted of the colors for such an accessory, but this did not hinder their endurance. After a couple of misses, Elijah finds me the most perfect multi-wear waist pack. It had one solid strap which is adjustable in any way imaginable and oh, so minimal and sleek. It was so perfect, I could cry. I didn’t, but I could have.So, to my super hero Elijah, thank you so much for dealing with my indecisive, ADHD brain and helping me walk a way with the Nike Sportswear Rebel Crosdbory in black, of course. I hope you win the lottery!Special shout out to Madelyn for not butchering my name and being a very solid coworker, they reminded me that reviews raving about superb customer service is still a thing! Thanks, y’all! 🏼

Very friendly staff and helpful with whatever you're needs are, however I am a little bit upset about finding my same shoes online that I bought for 149.98 in store for 89.99 on Twitter, I called Nike about this and they said they couldn't do anything about it because it hasn't gone down in price in the store yet... So I think I am going to buy the shoes off the Twitter add and return my shoes to Nike.
