Doug Stuart: I needed to fix up an approx 90 year old floor lamp. The lamp shade didn't screw on correctly and the 'socket' seemed worn out as it was 'flickery'. Within 15 minutes I was out the door with all new internals and custom length cord for about $20. Very happy with the service and the fact they were able to help me get such an old lamp working again
gavin gregory: Hansen is the type of store everybody hopes will last forever, but we all fear won't because their type is going extinct. They're fantastic at sourcing any type of light bulb and they are so inexpensive, helpful, and knowledgeable: it's the anti-Home Depot. Everybody please shop at Hansen, and other mom'n'pops , so we can rely on them when the other stores fail us.

brian jones: Lighten Up Seattle did a bang up job restoring my 8 arm Spanish chandelier that I had picked up in really poor shape. The finish was spotty and oxidized from a previous owner trying to clean it, and honestly I didn't know if it could actually be properly restored or not. The sockets were in poor shape and falling apart, the candle covers were yellowed and burnt, and the wiring was a rotten mess. Mr. Preg at Lighten Up TRANSFORMED my chandelier from a hot smelly mess to the lustrous beauty it is now. Not only was the restoration done with an attention to detail and a passion for the craft, it was completed on time and under the estimated cost. I would definitely recommend them to others and I will be sure to visit again.

Sue Preston: My husband and I ordered a luxury solar system light for our foyer. It had to be custom made for our needs. They kept us informed of everything throughout the entire process. It did take a little while, but we were not in a big hurry. We had 1 line that was broken and 1 line that was too long. They immediately replaced both for us. They did a great job! This has to be the best customer service I have ever received doing business with a company directly through the internet. I would definitely get another light from them in the future!

It took a lot of effort and time to install due to high ceiling of foyer. We were so glad to have this spiral crystal chandelier. Kia Vang: Could not recommend this place enough. This was my first dress shopping experience & believe me when I say I am SO picky... Ireally didn't think I'd go home with a dress. Erika was my stylist and was a dream to work with from start to finish. She truly kept in mind my style and most importantly, my wedding date and budget. She made sure to only pulled dresses that she knew would arrive on time and stayed within my budget. I never felt pressured or felt like she was trying to upsell me at all.A&Bé had a great selection of different dress styles to choose from and a curated collection from both affordable and luxury designers. I would highly recommend this shop to any bride in Seattle!
Caitriona Mc Caughley: A huge, massive thank you to Hannah for making the experience so fun and enjoyable for me and my bridal party! We had a great time and she made us feel very at ease. Definitely 5 star service!Our appointment was 2PM Saturday and the shop was really busy, I'd recommend going at an off peak time so there is some time and space to look at some options before you try on.
Christy: I AM STILL SMILING EAR TO EAR thinking about my experience at a&bé bridal shop! The fact that my pre-appointment conversation with my stylist, Makayla, was already 10/10 — I had a feeling this would my final stop in wedding dress shopping.Before the appointment, Makayla first called me to ask for my vision, designers I particularly liked, and styles of dresses I wanted to try on. She really listened to what I wrote in my survey as well as what I spoke about verbally. She actually reviewed my Pinterest board and that already blew me away. We bonded instantly!Then the day of - my friend and I arrived at the store and were greeted as if we already knew everyone! Everyone was super welcoming and treated us like friends. Then we got into my appointment and Makayla took me through several dress choices.The entire process, she was so attentive, supportive, and really provided lots of great insight as a bridal stylist and helped me navigate lots of emotions and concerns about my wedding dress. She even encouraged me to walk up and down the store in several dresses and put on music to set the mood.By the end, we were all tearing up and I said YES TO MY DRESS!!She was so thoughtful and offered sparkling apple juice since my friend who came with me was pregnant so we could all cheers!Sorry I wrote a novel, but please consider an appointment here at LEAST! I highly recommend it. Thanks yall!!!! 3
Nicole Pierski: This shop had the most inclusive and supporting intake process pre-appointment that I've seen, and I had a phenomenal appointment with Erika K. She was really attentive to what I was hoping for. I didn't end up finding my dress there, but I wish I had because she was the most supportive stylist I had throughout the whole of my wedding dress shopping experience!
Christine Leibbrand: I had such a great time with my stylist Erika! She was so friendly and knowledgeable and did an amazing job helping me pick out dresses. I never felt pressured and felt like I was in great hands. The dress selection was also amazing, each one was incredibly gorgeous. This was definitely a highlight of my wedding planning experience.

She's really sweet, knowledgeable, and made me feel really comfortable the whole time, and was very kind to my bridal party 3I was very thankful for her guidance and advice during my appointment on how to navigate in choosing my favorite dresses. It came down to 2 different dresses which looked completely different and had features I loved on both styles. I wasn't able to make a decision that day, and Siobhan even encouraged me to look around more at other shops to make sure I really did love the dresses at a&be and informed me of the second appointment option to come back and have another session to try on the dresses at a later date. By the second appointment, I said yes to the dress!All in all, I feel that every bride should start their first appointment here at a&be bridal. Whether you find your dress here or not, the environment and the people are welcoming and fun, .. and I srsly had a great time trying on all the dresses.
Danielle Fried: , and they were great at helping me find pieces of each gown that I liked or didn't like as much to try to narrow it down while also making sure that each one had elements of what I was pretty sure I liked. Finally, I found a picture of my dress online and saw that it was in the Seattle store
Jaqulyn Kem: This was the first bridal shop I went to in my wedding dress search. I was a little nervous but I had a wonderful experience. Mandie was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole appointment. She really set the standard for all of my other appointments. She cared about my opinions and wanted me to have fun. I really trusted her! The whole team was amazing and the shop was beautiful. I got to try on a lot of gorgeous dresses. OH and it was my birthday so I had such a fun time. Unfortunately, I didn't find 'THE' dress there but I would definitely recommend the shop to other brides.

Makayla understood exactly what I was looking for and made the experience so fun. We laughed, we cried, we popped champagne and said yes to the dress. What a wonderful experience. I HIGHLY recommend! Every single person working there was so kind, so fun, and made us all feel beyond welcome.

I was having to make a second appointment to reassure myself on the dress that I had chose, and they were so willing to accommodate my needs. Leaving me feeling confident in my decision. Sarah Shimer: I had a lovely experience at a&be! There was definitely a wide variety of dresses to choose from.But I wanted to give high praise to stylist Sarah Best! She was so fun and supportive through the search for my wedding dress! She took all my preferences into consideration and did a great job picking gowns within my preferences, but also pushing me slighty out of my comfort zone to try a couple of dresses I would have chosen for myself. I ended up finding my perfect dress and had the best time doing it! Sarah made me laugh and feel so confident through the entire experience. I hope to never have to wedding dress shop for myself again, but 10/10 would come here again!

She was very kind and made sure i was comfortable with whatever we were doing, she has a really cool system where we try on what i was looking for, and then something that is pretty opposite just to make sure we’re really trying on everything and getting the whole experience. 10/10 would recommend❤️❤️

Robert Laing: After trying our luck at a couple of large area hardware stores for our clients, we had a great experience at Lamps Plus. As local Real Estate Advisors, we are often asked about home decor, including lighting options. Lighting Consultant John Anderson assisted us and provided not only great service, but great advice that saved us a lot of time and money. Lamps Plus stood out for its excellent service and wide array of options and price points.
Don Chumley II: The store was very clean and well organized. The 2 consultants we encountered were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Ultimately John helped my wife and I settle on our purchase, setup the shipping, and finalize the transaction. Though our items had to be shipped that particular visit to the store, we had our lamps by the weekend.
Robert Schuppert-McDonald: Nice store and staff. My only complaint was with the online items. The ones I wanted to see were not displayed at the store. The woman that helped me was able to show a different light to buy instead. Not really interested in buying something I can't see lit up in person

She informed me it was still under warranty and would order the replacement. She kept me informed in the process, the fixture arrived quickly and safely and I am very happy I bought this from Lamps Plus! Outstanding!
