Maureen Murray: I've been surprised how much plastic has worked its way into bathroom hardware, even from higher-end brands. I'm glad Rejuvenation is around to still sell quality, solid brass plumbing fixtures. Just hold one of their pieces in your hand and other major brand in the other. Staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you, Caitlin, for helping us make some great decisions.

Robert Laing: After trying our luck at a couple of large area hardware stores for our clients, we had a great experience at Lamps Plus. As local Real Estate Advisors, we are often asked about home decor, including lighting options. Lighting Consultant John Anderson assisted us and provided not only great service, but great advice that saved us a lot of time and money. Lamps Plus stood out for its excellent service and wide array of options and price points.
Don Chumley II: The store was very clean and well organized. The 2 consultants we encountered were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Ultimately John helped my wife and I settle on our purchase, setup the shipping, and finalize the transaction. Though our items had to be shipped that particular visit to the store, we had our lamps by the weekend.
Robert Schuppert-McDonald: Nice store and staff. My only complaint was with the online items. The ones I wanted to see were not displayed at the store. The woman that helped me was able to show a different light to buy instead. Not really interested in buying something I can't see lit up in person

Sue Preston: My husband and I ordered a luxury solar system light for our foyer. It had to be custom made for our needs. They kept us informed of everything throughout the entire process. It did take a little while, but we were not in a big hurry. We had 1 line that was broken and 1 line that was too long. They immediately replaced both for us. They did a great job! This has to be the best customer service I have ever received doing business with a company directly through the internet. I would definitely get another light from them in the future!

It took a lot of effort and time to install due to high ceiling of foyer. We were so glad to have this spiral crystal chandelier. I appreciate the frequent email notifications about promotions and deals, and the wide range of products makes it easy to find what I need. I prefer using self-checkout at the end, which is quick and convenient, usually taking no more than 3 minutes. While the rewards program is moderate, overall, I highly recommend this store to my friends.

Nick Hardwick: This Target somehow got better ever since the ones in the U District and Ballard closed. Sure some items are behind locked doors, but the store is well staffed and well stocked so you're not waiting for long. Plus it's now full of actual security who can keep the insides safe from the out, so I feel even more safe going than before. If this is how big retail stores are headed in this area, can't say I'm disappointed with the results here.

Victor Lysyy: It is great to have such a specialized electronic supply store in the area.Yes, you can definitely find cheaper items on Amazon, but if you factor in the level of support you get, the vast availability of products and the simple fact that you can physically feel and touch the item you're interested in, this store has an immense value.

I have a business in Bellevue and know all about expenses and over heads. The key of the success is happy customers. We try our best in our business model to satisfy customers even if they are wrong and never argue with customers. We explain all facets and if customer is still not convinced, then we sacrifice our profit and satisfy the customer.Each business has their own business model and I cannot dictate you how to run your business. I love to support local businesses to stay in business but sometimes it’s hard.Thanks for your time to explain your situation but you lost one customer which is maybe not important for you as I mentioned at store.I will change my rate to 4 star, wish could give you 5 stars.Good luck and have a great day.

If you were the kid who took apart all the electronics to see how they worked—this is your candy store. There are a bunch of fun looking kits you can get to foster your kid’s interest in STEM.The staff members are super super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was amazed at the variety of bits and bobs and gadgets and gizmos and those guys know where everything is and how it all works.There’s even a whole aisle with all sorts of old electronics that will remind you of tinkering with all sorts of neat stuff you found in your grandfather’s garage.
