Winthrop Chan: Went here on a whim and ended up finding a fantastic chandelier. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help me replace the broken glass pieces and swap it out with new 2700k LED bulbs. They were WAY friendlier than the any of the regular sales staff that you see at the Bellevue retail location.
Theresa Tibbs: Great selection of lighting and fair pricing! Helped quickly, ordered quickly, but took an extra 10 days to get product. Only drawback of this transaction.
Eugene Lin: and see that it worked as expected. There were three staff there: the woman who rang us up, a guy behind the counter who never even acknowledged our presence, and a third [presumed] employee who was in a small room labeled “employee lounge” face-down on a table unconscious. It was the most memorable furniture shopping experience of 2021 for us. TBH we will probably go again if we need another lamp and are looking for a bargain hahaha.

Maureen Murray: I've been surprised how much plastic has worked its way into bathroom hardware, even from higher-end brands. I'm glad Rejuvenation is around to still sell quality, solid brass plumbing fixtures. Just hold one of their pieces in your hand and other major brand in the other. Staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you, Caitlin, for helping us make some great decisions.

I was super pleased to be able to schedule a delivery date the same week we got the email that it arrived in Kent. Their third-party delivery service through Ryder was a bit disappointing compared to other white-glove deliveries we've had, but not a huge deal.So far, we love this couch and would highly recommend it!

Alexei Islas: Me and my wife visited this location in Seattle and we were left very satisfied. From the entrance you are met with so many different things to look at and buy. It is a very unique store, and has a wide variety of different things to choose from, and not only talking about what, but where as they have many thing from out of the country to choose from. The store is pretty clean as well as the bathrooms, the employees were nice and helpful. I do recommend coming here and taking a look at the many things that they have at this store.

The customer service is IMPECCABLE! We also ordered dining chairs, an 8x10 and 9x10 rug and love it all, very high quality products, a smooth and professional delivery process and The RH Gallery in Seattle is so nice it gave us a lot of inspiration for our own home! It's very stylish, very comfortable and you can feel how well made it is and how high quality the leather and other materials are. I would definitely buy from them again and feel very comfortable recommending them to friends and family.

I've been working with DWR's customer service team for some time now trying to locate a replacement part for my generation of the chair. It's been quite the quest, indeed.Here to express my appreciation for a service team that is supporting the maintenance of a product that they didn't process themselves. It's left a very positive impression on me as a customer that they've been willing to help with this oddball case. It also reinforces that the manufacturer and its affiliates take lifelong product care seriously. Here's to hoping we can find the parts. Thank you regardless!
R Kaur: The store has a very personalised no nonsense customer service style which I appreciated, letting you walk through the store- the design associate would come over to help you out every few minutes, in case you have questions. After we shortlisted a few products Renee sat down with us and helped us with the shipping timelines before we ordered, along with recommendations for other pieces which we decided to think over before purchasing. Since these are high value purchases having someone work with us was wonderful. I highly recommend coming into the store rather than ordering online esp. to have a look at the visual merchandising to identify your particular style and inspiration for how you may want to set up your home.

Sue Preston: My husband and I ordered a luxury solar system light for our foyer. It had to be custom made for our needs. They kept us informed of everything throughout the entire process. It did take a little while, but we were not in a big hurry. We had 1 line that was broken and 1 line that was too long. They immediately replaced both for us. They did a great job! This has to be the best customer service I have ever received doing business with a company directly through the internet. I would definitely get another light from them in the future!

Kevin Zen: We had the electricians to install the base plate, LED light bulbs, and asked a handyman to install string and crystals in the entry foyer of our new house. It took a lot of effort and time to install due to high ceiling of foyer. We were so glad to have this spiral crystal chandelier. brian jones: Lighten Up Seattle did a bang up job restoring my 8 arm Spanish chandelier that I had picked up in really poor shape. The finish was spotty and oxidized from a previous owner trying to clean it, and honestly I didn't know if it could actually be properly restored or not. The sockets were in poor shape and falling apart, the candle covers were yellowed and burnt, and the wiring was a rotten mess. Mr. Preg at Lighten Up TRANSFORMED my chandelier from a hot smelly mess to the lustrous beauty it is now. Not only was the restoration done with an attention to detail and a passion for the craft, it was completed on time and under the estimated cost. I would definitely recommend them to others and I will be sure to visit again.

Robert Laing: After trying our luck at a couple of large area hardware stores for our clients, we had a great experience at Lamps Plus. As local Real Estate Advisors, we are often asked about home decor, including lighting options. Lighting Consultant John Anderson assisted us and provided not only great service, but great advice that saved us a lot of time and money. Lamps Plus stood out for its excellent service and wide array of options and price points.
Don Chumley II: The store was very clean and well organized. The 2 consultants we encountered were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Ultimately John helped my wife and I settle on our purchase, setup the shipping, and finalize the transaction. Though our items had to be shipped that particular visit to the store, we had our lamps by the weekend.
Robert Schuppert-McDonald: Nice store and staff. My only complaint was with the online items. The ones I wanted to see were not displayed at the store. The woman that helped me was able to show a different light to buy instead. Not really interested in buying something I can't see lit up in person

Holly: Retrofit Home, a unique store located in Capitol Hill, Seattle. Retrofit Home is more than just a furniture store; it’s a mini-department store with a sophisticated, fun, and edgy aesthetic. If you’re in the Capitol Hill area, be sure to check it out! In addition to furniture, you’ll find home goods, kitchen essentials, and unique gift items. The every day books were my favorite collection to browse through. Quirky and funky, Retrofit Home sells lots of items you won’t find anywhere else. While their products aren’t cheap, the quality and uniqueness make up for it. Even their sale items can be fairly expensive, but they’re worth it if you want something special. I told the employee I loved their store and the vibe was so inviting and if I had more time I’d probably buy a lot more! So, if you’re on the hunt for distinctive furniture, home decor, or delightful gifts, consider paying Retrofit Home a visit. It’s a gem in Capitol Hill!

gavin gregory: Hansen is the type of store everybody hopes will last forever, but we all fear won't because their type is going extinct. They're fantastic at sourcing any type of light bulb and they are so inexpensive, helpful, and knowledgeable: it's the anti-Home Depot. Everybody please shop at Hansen, and other mom'n'pops , so we can rely on them when the other stores fail us.
