The staff has a "can do" attitude, always focused on finding solutions. Visiting Oculus is like seeing an old friend. You will be glad you chose them as your eye care provider!

Dr. Jeff was very thorough and answered all of my questions about my prescription and possible LASIK- Nice office with pleasant and helpful staff- Edit: After posting my initial 3-star review, I received a follow-up email asking about how my experience could have been better in addition to how they could make up for my disappointment. I appreciate this level of customer service.Cons:- I paid $120 for my routine eye exam. My insurance later told me that this office was out of network, so they only covered $45 of this payment. I am disappointed that Oculus did not inform me that they were out of network. Instead, they asked me to pay with my credit card in full. I feel that before the appointment, they could told me that I would have had to cover most of the bill out of my own pocket.- EDIT: I later learned that Oculus had sent my an email that described what costs would be covered by my insurance. I still believe that they could have done a better job of pointing out that I would need to cover most of the bill.

Austin assisted me in becoming a new patient, explained the coverage of my insurance provider, made the appointment, and helped me with the follow-up of a referral initiated by Dr. Huber. Dr. Huber was very thorough during the eye exam while offering clear explanations of his findings and providing recommendations about the choices available to me for my eye care in the near future. I highly recommend the cheerful atmosphere, reasonable prices, and professionalism of this team!

Woerner is still the best medical professional I’ve worked with in my entire life, and Oculus is, in all seriousness, one of the top things I miss after moving out of Seattle.

Harley Pan: Incredibly warm people here. I brought my glasses there for adjustment. Both the optician and the staff at the counter were incredibly nice. You can see their smile and feel the warmth of their service attitude. The optician does a good job. Really detailed work and professional skills. Frame adjustments can be tricky and in fact it involves in a lot of tweaking in different spots. The optician takes his work seriously.They take COVID precaution seriously too. Overall, you can just feel this is a professional optical store with great skills. I would recommend to all people in the big Seattle area.

The doc discovered I'd been prescribed an overly strong correction for years, suggested a new/better lens brand, made it easy to get copies of my prescription, and my vision's never been better. I was not pressured to buy glasses in any discomforting way and because of that, I am very likely going to buy a pair the next time I go.

Terri Nakamura: I had a photocopier and two printers that we hadn't used in a long time. It was great to be able to take them to RE-PC where they could be reconditioned and sold, or recycled. There is a cart available for loading items, and we were surprised at the easy, seamless experience.
