Expect to spend $$$.I went here after getting my eye exam and needed my first ever pair of glasses!Turner greeted me asked me what I was looking for and immediately found the pair I bought. He seriously matched me to my dream glasses in like 5 seconds.I never thought I would like or would wear cat eye glasses and yet here I am.They are expensive so if you're looking to save money I recommend buying online! Plan to spend 600+ for prescription glasses.

Market Optical has a great selection of frames and awesome people that seem to enjoy their jobs and care about providing the best service possible. Even though I have moved out of state, I still work with Dorey when I need frames.
Jaime White: We are in Seattle on vacation and my 4yo bent the frames on my 13yo’s glasses. Drama ensued. I called Market Optical on a Sunday morning and Turner told me to bring them over. He fixed them for me at no charge knowing I don’t live here and he wouldn’t get repeat business. He just did a nice thing. He was worried the repair wasn’t great because the hinge is damaged, but it is great. My son is so relieved to have his glasses back for the rest of the trip. Thanks, Turner!

Narmina Osmanova: years back and recently had to get lens replacement due to a defect in their batch. my frames sat perfectly on my face for years with no problems. suddenly after this lens replacement everything went askew. eyes on fremont did the "best" they could, but my frames were either sliding down or crooked on my face. we would fix one problem and another would occur.i came in to market optical hoping for some help and i got very lucky to meet Dorey Kendle. she helped to adjust the frames a bit so they'd sit more stable, but unfortunately they were still crooked. i came back the following day and and she was able to figure out the problem and my glasses were no longer sitting crooked. however, later that day i realized they started slipping down my nose again. i came back the following day

Harley Pan: Incredibly warm people here. I brought my glasses there for adjustment. Both the optician and the staff at the counter were incredibly nice. You can see their smile and feel the warmth of their service attitude. The optician does a good job. Really detailed work and professional skills. Frame adjustments can be tricky and in fact it involves in a lot of tweaking in different spots. The optician takes his work seriously.They take COVID precaution seriously too. Overall, you can just feel this is a professional optical store with great skills. I would recommend to all people in the big Seattle area.

The doc discovered I'd been prescribed an overly strong correction for years, suggested a new/better lens brand, made it easy to get copies of my prescription, and my vision's never been better. I was not pressured to buy glasses in any discomforting way and because of that, I am very likely going to buy a pair the next time I go.

Abigail: I have consistently had excellent experiences at Market Optical. I see Dr. Cannon for optometry, and then buy my glasses at MO, and they are the absolute best. They're friendly, patient, informed, helpful, and they go out of their way to provide great customer service. They are expensive, but you get what you pay for! I recently got new glasses, opted to get a tinted lens, and then when the glasses arrived I realized I didn't like the aesthetics of the tint. They replaced the lenses with plain clear ones free of charge, no fuss at all. I've also dropped in a number of times to get frames fixed, and they're always happy to do it.Added bonus: they like my dog. Get your glasses here!

Phillip Salinas: If you are looking for a place to customize high end glasses look no further. Have taken multiple pairs of Jacques Marie Mage to Cameron and have never been disappointed! Cameron is patient and will collaborate with me on different ways to get a desired end product. The customer service here is unmatched, and I trust Cameron with all my limited edition pieces to get worked on or serviced. If I could give more stars I would.

Cem Hamami: Amazing customer service. I'd bought a pair of high quality acetate eyeglasses from them. 6 years later and they're still my favorite pair, but unfortunately the frame eventually developed a white residue that is normal for the acetate material. I brought it back to them with low expectations to see if anything could be done, and they took my glasses for a day and returned it back to me looking brand new!! They sanded and re-polished the entire frame, and were very kind to do it as a courtesy!!
Tahoe Sailing Charters: It is definitely difficult to run a glasses shop during a pandemic, especially as trying on glasses is such a big part of the experience... yet this place just exudes a wonderful caring energy. Anika helped adjust my moms glasses after they got tweaked during a medical scare. She did an excellent job and I just appreciate so much the overall experience I had there. These times are challenging enough, a little bit of human kindness just made me feel great today. Thanks

Sie gaben großartiges Feedback bei der Auswahl der Brillen, die mir gefielen, und konnten meine Linsen innerhalb einer Stunde im eigenen Haus herstellen.Als ich um einige Änderungen an der neuen Brille bat, waren sie sehr freundlich und gaben mir das Gefühl, alle Bedenken, die ich hatte, besprechen zu können. Am Ende haben wir ein Auge erneut untersucht und die Linse dafür neu angefertigt, und sie waren durchweg sehr verständnisvoll.Die Abrechnungspraktiken waren sehr transparent und ich hatte nie das Gefühl, unter Druck gesetzt zu werden, für zusätzliche Optionen zu zahlen, was ich sehr zu schätzen wusste.Ich würde diesen Standort aufgrund der Herzlichkeit und Qualität der Betreuung durch das Team wärmstens empfehlen. John Engledew: Outstandingly good quality service.I had a minor difficulty with a faulty cable and e mailed Cloud Break Optics where I had purchased the instrument to ask about a replacement. My Meade Polaris 114 has seen use since July but I think it’s a minor design flaw for the inner screw to wear so quickly. It’s nothing technical or optical.Within 24 hours Stephanie and I chatted about it and she arranged a replacement direct from Meade free of charge. This is better than anyone could expect and I commend and thank the owner. As I said, science before commerce.This is excellent service to the astronomical community. Highly recommend Market Optical for their professionalism and top-notch service.
Phillip Salinas: The selection of the store is great, a bit overpriced and they do not price match. With that said, they adjusted a pair of glasses for my girlfriend for free. Hunter is super friendly and very helpful along with other staff. I brought a set of mages in for a custom lens and prices are fair. I met with the lab tech Cameron who was extremely helpful in customizing the lenses. Cameron was attentive to what I was trying to get done and spent about half an hour explaining the process and options available. Currently waiting to get my glasses back but I have a feeling they are going to be perfect.

I was able to send photos of broken frames and within 15 minutes was able to confirm model of frames and order a replacement part. I don't think I've ever experienced such attentive customer service in a retail setting. The young man who greeted me when I came in made it feel like I was shopping with my fashionable best friend. He knew just by looking at my face which frames would be the most flattering and then picked up on which styles were my favorite. They had a wide range from traditional to fashion forward and all seemed to be great quality. I think this is place where you get what you pay for. The frames are definitely on the higher end but so was the service.

Nicole McCormick: Dr. Zeek was so kind, accommodating, and professional in helping my 77 year old dad navigate an eye exam in his wheelchair and with his limited mobility. She made the appointment so pleasant for him and he was so happy about the new glasses her team helped him pick out.
Jacob Broussard: I was traveling to Seattle for a cruise and forgot my glasses at home, I tried LensCrafters and a dozen other places and eyes on Fremont was the only one who was able to fulfill my prescription on a Saturday, and in time for me to get a backup pair in time for my cruise the next day. They helped me swiftly over the phone and I was able to have them picked up by an Uber driver in under an hour and waiting for me at my hotel before my layover in lax was even over.Phenomenal staff and service. 1000 stars
