Kristin MacIntosh: I was about to send my beloved sun hat to Goodwill. It had cost a small fortune and had served faithfully through many beach vacations, but it was decidedly worse for wear. It sat in state on the kitchen counter for a few days and then I thought there must be someone in Seattle who would tell me if it could be reblocked. Google led me to Annie deVuono and what a stroke of luck! Annie said she would give it a shot, but no promises .... and within a few days, my hat was back and looking arguably better than it had when I first purchased it!
