Josh Ramsden: So I am by no means a guy that knows what he is doing in this department. The florist is so talented though that I can call up and give some cursory thoughts and a price range and she comes up with stunning arrangements each time delivered on time. For this Valentine’s Day in particular we were completely snowed in and I was setting the groundwork for her that I was sorry that we couldn’t do anything special. To my surprise, the door rang and tada, through snow and impassable roads they delivered her Valentine’s Day. As a repeat customer I feel they are the best in Seattle. While I worry about their safety and encourage folks not to count on delivery in the worst conditions, I can say this florist cares about their customers and does a great job.

They were a little challenging to communicate with for the planning phase – not always responsive, some errors on their notes and we really had no idea before the wedding what anything was going to look like. However, on the day of the wedding they blew us away. The flowers were absolutely GORGEOUS and lush and colorful and plentiful and we got so many compliments. My bouquet was so heavy other people had to hold it for me between photos! And they gave us some boxes so we could send the centerpieces home with guests! We were so happy we picked Terra Bella.

They told me that they would be ready by 1pm but I said I didn't need them until 3pm. Some plans fell through and I popped in around 2:40 and the bouquets were done and absolutely stunning! I spent less at Our Secret Garden and received a far superior product than I ever have with any other florist. I 100% recommend using Our Secret Garden for any floral arrangement needs. I ordered “Colors of the Rainbow-Premium” for a very dear friend of mine & she was more than well pleased with this arrangement; she’s still so impressed! I live in Washington, DC & I didn’t know of a florist in Seattle. Well…I selected Hansen’s on a wing & a prayer that they would do a good job! My friend shared with me that the arrangement received was even better than the what was shown on Hansen’swebsite! And, it was well worth every dollar I spent. In the future Hansen’s will be my go-to florist. I highly recommend them.

They listened to what we wanted and custom picked plants that met our requirements. They potted them in nice pots and even included stands which we didn't expect. Hansen's did a great job and our son loved them!
