Shelly Browning: I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my sister's work in downtown Seattle on a Friday afternoon. However, my sister left work before the flowers were delivered. I called to let them know this and they delivered a second bouquet to her home in Bellevue the following day for free. They had also told me they did not have in a few flowers that were in the photo of the bouquet I ordered, so they added some chocolates to the order for free as well. I have never experienced such amazing customer service. The bouquets were beautiful too and I would recommend Topper's to everyone.

I was on a ship, out in the middle of the Pacific, when I emailed Blue Poppy Floral to arrange some flowers for my Wife and Daughter at my Change of Command. All I said was, "I need something pretty and portable and my budget is $200 a Bouquet." That was it besides some back and forth on pick-up dates and times. The result was absolutely spectacular and I honestly kept my expectations low, based on similar experiences with other florists in the past. But not Blue Poppy, clearly they have higher standards and know what they are doing. I will always use them for all of my future Seattle flower needs. She was always up for going into detail with me, she had a wonderful list of what she could get seasonally and lovely suggestions about my venue and what might work best. We chose a unique venue that was more of a location and the flowers made the place come alive. Plus she does all the business stuff well too, great communication, easy drop-off and pick up, on the ball with everything. I can't recommend her highly enough!

They offered advice, creative solutions, and we could pick up on the passion that they both have. Immediately after the ceremony, as our 120 guests transitioned to the Terrace, Flora Nova set up the banquet room with the ceremony florals that were arranged among the candles, silver, china on the tables. It was breathtaking!The Edgewater Hotel Ballroom, overlooking Elliott Bay, is gorgeous in and of itself, but, Flora Nova took it to a whole new level with those gorgeous blooms! Jessica Lee: Stopped by because the shop looked really cute, and the owner was so kind! They were so patient with answering all of my questions, and helped me explore some options. I picked out a cute double-vase and she helped me arrange some flowers at an affordable price point.They also have succulents and air plants for those who are looking for something different. Definitely coming back here again whenever I visit Seattle!

They have a lot of great options and were able to deliver to Queen Anne/Westlake the next day. They will definitely be my first choice in the future for gifts and holidays.
