The result was absolutely spectacular and I honestly kept my expectations low, based on similar experiences with other florists in the past. But not Blue Poppy, clearly they have higher standards and know what they are doing. I will always use them for all of my future Seattle flower needs. If I'd had 5x more of a budget...let's just say I would've gone all out.Consultation and booking were easy and straightforward, with Melissa understanding my vision right off the bat. I ordered at 3pm on Wednesday and they were delivered around 2 pm the following day. None of that super extra crazy up charge for next day delivery. Shelly Browning: I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my sister's work in downtown Seattle on a Friday afternoon. However, my sister left work before the flowers were delivered. I called to let them know this and they delivered a second bouquet to her home in Bellevue the following day for free. They had also told me they did not have in a few flowers that were in the photo of the bouquet I ordered, so they added some chocolates to the order for free as well. I have never experienced such amazing customer service. The bouquets were beautiful too and I would recommend Topper's to everyone.
