Pierre was organized in his process & was more than helpful during that process.My husband has been ill & is very weak. He has neuropathy in his fingertips & was having difficulty holding a pen, signing the many required places & turning the many pages of our multiple documents. Newsome Mobile Notary was fantastic right from the start: he was great at communicating, very flexibile in his schedule and best of all came to our house so I didn't have to take time off work. He covered all of the documentation for us, couriered it back to Canada and he just took care of everything so well and professionally and very well priced!

Jennifer Alley: Stopped in for a passport photo. Friendly employee knew exactly what was needed and completed it efficiently. Had it printed in less than 10 minutes. I also needed to photocopy a few documents, and then had them get my passport app ready to mail. They were knowledgeable and I will be back for any needs they may fill.

Angels on earth: Thank you Jill for providing me with professional services. I went to the Post office today to return some Amazon products, but the staff of the Post office asked me to find a place to print the Label. If I went to find a place to print, I would have closed the door when I came back. The post office staff are really old and need to retire, they are really unprofessional and probably too old to use computers, I was disappointed, so I thought of UPS and wanted to give it a try. Unexpectedly, Jill was really nice. She helped me print the Label and scan the QR code. Everything went smoothly. Thank you Jill for your professional services. I know you guys work under a lot of pressure, but you did such a great job under such pressure. Thank you so much.

It's a great location, people at the front desk are okay.The only reason I am offering 4 stars is because I really think the location can benefit from installing automatic sliding doors. I arrived numerous times with 3-4 large packages at the door and it's really difficult to operate the door and keep packages safe. What left me with an even more sour taste, is that the store was empty and all the associates just looked at me struggling opening the door, eventually the packages landed on the floor and no one bothered to give me a helping hand.

Gloria Cropper: Is there a 6 star review option? This is the ONLY establishment in Seattle who offers consistent friendly and professional services. I'm actually pleasantly surprised at how they genuinely greet me every time. That never happens to me in Seattle. haha They also get what needs to be taken care of in speedy time. Della Tall: Truly the best place I’ve ever been to for mailing services and support. Mike, Bree and their team know their stuff when it comes to all carriers, for both international or domestic mail and package options. They have helped me so many times, and they are efficient and a joy to interact with every time. Alki Mail also provides excellent business and personal PO Box services, which we have used for years. Plus, a great assortment of unique cards and small toys/kids gifts. Really grateful they are in the neighborhood.

He understood what a difficult situation we were in and helped us get a document notarized at the last possible minute, even though it was outside of normal notary hours. Big chain stores cannot do this. In fact, I couldn't even reach the local Fedex store tonight because they have not "supplied a local phone number" with the central customer service call center. Al Rojas: They were amazing! I literally came minutes after they closed due to my flights being cancelled. I called ahead and they were able to stay open. It's been a stressful trip back from Japan but they made it so much easier for me. I will definitely be using them again in the future and I highly recommend it.
Bre Khasky: Love Ballard Mailbox! Family owned and operated, has been around for ages but the new management is stellar. After having my packages stolen at the apartment for the last time, I chose to get a box here and am so happy I did! Ballard Ship and Sip is closer to my apartment but they charge an arm and a leg for everything!! Anytime I need something shipped, Ballard Mailbox staff are happy to assist with packaging and charge a nominal fee.

Keli Faw: While being able to conveniently ship items, as well as have a mailbox, is such a boon, both locations of the Sip & Ship are favorites. Grabbing a card, gift wrap/bags, as well as being able to find a perfect gift has become an almost weekly routine. Friendly staff, good coffee, and pretty spaces also make it an easy choice. Oh and the iced matcha drink they have right now is my go-to afternoon pickup.

Everything was fantastic. No long wait and the inside of the store is super adorable! Will be my new favorite cafe to grab my chai on my way to work now ☕️
