S B: Where do I start? I was looking for someone to notarize a Power Of Attorney Document and also authentication process, I came across this website on the net, I gave a call to Lola regarding this. OMG, she spent 15 mins on the phone explaining the things that I needed to do. She told me that I can do all those things by myself that will save me money. I had more questions so I emailed her, she took her time explaining everything free of charge. Not ever tried to impose me to work with her on those things, instead she kept telling me how I can do all these by myself which will save me money. Mike, Bree and their team know their stuff when it comes to all carriers, for both international or domestic mail and package options. They have helped me so many times, and they are efficient and a joy to interact with every time. Alki Mail also provides excellent business and personal PO Box services, which we have used for years. Plus, a great assortment of unique cards and small toys/kids gifts. Really grateful they are in the neighborhood.

Grabbing a card, gift wrap/bags, as well as being able to find a perfect gift has become an almost weekly routine. Friendly staff, good coffee, and pretty spaces also make it an easy choice. Oh and the iced matcha drink they have right now is my go-to afternoon pickup.

Angels on earth: Thank you Jill for providing me with professional services. I went to the Post office today to return some Amazon products, but the staff of the Post office asked me to find a place to print the Label. If I went to find a place to print, I would have closed the door when I came back. The post office staff are really old and need to retire, they are really unprofessional and probably too old to use computers, I was disappointed, so I thought of UPS and wanted to give it a try. Unexpectedly, Jill was really nice. She helped me print the Label and scan the QR code. Everything went smoothly. Thank you Jill for your professional services. I know you guys work under a lot of pressure, but you did such a great job under such pressure. Thank you so much.

It's a great location, people at the front desk are okay.The only reason I am offering 4 stars is because I really think the location can benefit from installing automatic sliding doors. I arrived numerous times with 3-4 large packages at the door and it's really difficult to operate the door and keep packages safe. What left me with an even more sour taste, is that the store was empty and all the associates just looked at me struggling opening the door, eventually the packages landed on the floor and no one bothered to give me a helping hand.

Al Rojas: They were amazing! I literally came minutes after they closed due to my flights being cancelled. I called ahead and they were able to stay open. It's been a stressful trip back from Japan but they made it so much easier for me. I will definitely be using them again in the future and I highly recommend it.
Bre Khasky: Love Ballard Mailbox! Family owned and operated, has been around for ages but the new management is stellar. After having my packages stolen at the apartment for the last time, I chose to get a box here and am so happy I did! Ballard Ship and Sip is closer to my apartment but they charge an arm and a leg for everything!! Anytime I need something shipped, Ballard Mailbox staff are happy to assist with packaging and charge a nominal fee.

Thorson Little: I found Vivi and several others working at University License Agency to be tremendously knowledgeable and helpful. I needed help with changing licensing for a few cars in my deceased mother's estate and was guided through the process and given solid guidance regarding the less expensive licensing options for my needs as executor.

I called University licensing ageny, not only did the gal help me, but she was very nice and give me step by step numbers. A+ service! Thank you!

Jessica Akamine: Came here to transfer a car title. Quite small inside so there’s a line that forms outside. My time spent here waiting and transaction was around 30 min. I was prepared with all my docs so pretty quick.They accept cash, check, and debit/card credits in which there’s a fee.

It wasn’t exactly straightforward but University License Agency did everything they could to help me out. They went above and beyond to get in touch with the state, confirm my information and help me get registered in an easy manner. This place will 100% advocate for you and get what you need done. I’m a Washington resident solely because of them!!

I also heard her helping the person in front of me in line save several hundred $$ on sales tax for a gifted car by explaining the forms they needed to get their parents to sign.Dealing with the DOL is always an expensive chore, but I've always found this licensing agent to be easy to work with and have shorter lines than other locations. The fees are frustrating, but this agent doesn't make the rules and is willing to provide tips to save you money when they see an opportunity.
karl s: This place is great. The people who work there are knowledgeable and are very helpful. I've literally been there dozens of times because I used to live in the neighborhood. There isn't much parking and the line can be long but it moves fast . Don't waste your time at the DMV. They have processed every registration renewal and transfer I've done for years and they have been extremely nice to my dog. Go in the morning and there's no line at all.
