He ended up coordinating with our photographer ahead of the wedding day which was a pleasant surprise and the two of them worked together to make all our photo+video needs go smoothly. He would often go above and beyond, such as jumping in during family photos to manage guests, and help make sure everyone was smiling and not in the way. We had multiple guests point out what a great energy Reid brought to the whole day! His turn around time for our videos were super quick, and being able to have a full recording of our ceremonies to share with family abroad was amazing. He was also super communicative leading up to, during, and after the wedding so we knew exactly what to expect. Don’t hesitate to book Reid, you really won’t regret it!

Jake Enzien: Reid was the perfect videographer for our wedding. From getting to know what was important to us, to the final video reels, everything was personalized and stress free. The videos featured great footage of us and our guests. Reid captured all of our toasts and our ceremony in great detail. Our highlight reel included everything we asked for and more; we had great shots of ourselves and our guests at the reception. The videos captured all the unique touches that we put into our wedding and really highlighted the venue for both the ceremony and the reception. We also did a live stream of our wedding for those who couldn’t make it, and the quality was perfect. There was nothing more we could have asked for in a videographer for our wedding day and we would strongly recommend Reid to anyone looking for someone to record footage of their big day.

Devin Konick-Seese: didn't make heteronormative assumptions or asks of us. Reid was completely inclusive and didn't make us feel at all like we had to play the roles of "bride" and "groom". After the wedding, the turnaround was very quick - only a couple of weeks to get our highlights video, full ceremony, and raw footage. When we asked for a special customized edit of some of the clips, Reid turned it around in a week during peak wedding season. We would definitely recommend Best Made Video for your videography needs.

kristina m.: Reid is awesome! We hired him to live stream our wedding since we had a lot of family out of state and it was important to me we had a reliable stream. He sent me a YouTube link weeks in advance so everyone was well prepared and I was instantly able to watch the stream after, which was SO nice to watch the next day over breakfast. It was shot beautifully and the audio is so clear… I wasn’t sure it would be worth the money but it really was. Couldn’t recommend enough!

V.S.: I had an MRI done at this location and I found everyone from the technicians to billing folks there to be extremely helpful and kind. After relocating out of state, they were very helpful in sending my records to my new provider.
Peter Schulte: These people are quick and professional. They make everything easy such as pre-check in online. They're communications are great. If you call them they're very helpful.I've been going for several years for a CT scan and ultrasound for my aortic aneurysm. They deliver their results really quickly. They are careful and thorough. They're the best!

Elizabeth Dacus: Staff at this location are very nice. However be really careful with their scheduling team in the call center. I waited for a week for a scheduling call that never came. When I called the call center, I was hung up on. I called again and the gal said my order was missing but she would take care of it right away and they'll call me to schedule. Waited over a week and no call. I called again and got scheduled by someone who couldn't tell that the prior authorization wasn't the order and scheduled me for the wrong exam. I had moved my whole schedule around to make it for this appointment, to find out I needed to reschedule. Really do appreciate the staff at this office having to clean up after the call center, but wish this was a better experience.

They even have equipment rental. There are two floors of equipment and supplies serviced by an elevator and underground free parking. Highly recommended.

Shari Wang: Highly recommend for obtaining China visas. Straightforward ordering process, with itemized and detailed pricing based on how much you want to do individually. Centralized team with expertise for your specific need, handling everything through the online portal, eform, and email. Full package can be shipped to their office near the consulate, dropped off in person at the Seattle office, and can be picked up from the same office or shipped back to you directly. Roughly about a week from placing the order to getting the full package, took less than 2 weeks to get the visa back in hand. Really friendly staff online and in person.

The concierge service was fantastic, and I was able to get the document turned around in a week. The staff was very helpful, and made sure my documents and photos were in order in advance. This is the second time my family has used this service and I highly recommend them.

It was extremely helpful to have this company guiding me through the process, they scheduled my appointment with a passport agent, it was indeed processed within 6 days, and I received it about a week later.Beware that this process takes more time than simply the document processing phase. My appointment with the passport agent who acts as a notary and seals the documents, was about a week after I initially ordered for the service. But booking an appt. myself was much more difficult. It took some time for my passport to be finally sent to me from the TVP office.All help agents were extremely responsive, but they were very decentralized where you may not be able to reach the specific person you need to speak to. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind, though there were a few bumps along the way. This adding about maybe 8 days to the total turnaround time.Overall I would say it is worth it especially if you can't afford to make any mistakes in this process. I'm very happy I got my passport in time for my trip!

I had everything they needed and Nora processed my application and assured me I would get my passport in time for my trip. I’ve been going here for almost 5 years and I refuse to go anywhere else, they work with your schedule and provide a wonderful environment and experience. Leslie is awesome and a great manager. Hannah is amazing. She’s quick and very good at what she does. I request her every time. She’s friendly and provides a comforting and pleasant experience.

Y 358: First, I had very positive experience when I talked with the staff from Northgate location when I made an appointment and received a confirmation call. They were so nice, pleasant and answered all my questions. The receptionist at the front desk was courteous, the nurse practitioner absolutely exceeded my expectations. She explained what was going on and what I should expect next before and during procedure which really helped me feel secure and comfortable though I was concerned about the pain before the visit.Thank you very much!
