Service was very good particularly for the Deco that required some set up. They do charge for delivery but really worth it because it's very personalized and the delivery personnel really know the products. Room & Board is one of the few retailers that when you complete a survey, you know they read it. For the most recent coffee table purchase I had a question and a comment. I received a response just a day later. While not expected they went above and beyond in response and action. I would whole heartedly and confidently purchase at Room & Board again.

There were a few things we saw, but quite a bit was proportioned for a house moreso than apartment living. Prices were in-line with what you'd expect given the quality and designs. I would have appreciated more variety in colors and materials. I recommend checking it out.

The every day books were my favorite collection to browse through. Quirky and funky, Retrofit Home sells lots of items you won’t find anywhere else. While their products aren’t cheap, the quality and uniqueness make up for it. Even their sale items can be fairly expensive, but they’re worth it if you want something special. I told the employee I loved their store and the vibe was so inviting and if I had more time I’d probably buy a lot more! So, if you’re on the hunt for distinctive furniture, home decor, or delightful gifts, consider paying Retrofit Home a visit. It’s a gem in Capitol Hill!

The hours of design that Leah and the owner Leon spent on us and eing patient throughout the number of changes we suggested is quite commendable and very accomodative. Products are great quality and they took feedback very well and acted on it, like some of our custom pullouts had some gaps and such and they immediately took care of them and redid the whole thing. We used quartzite for our wet bar and a full wall granite, which was very neatly installed and the seams are almost invisible. Overall super happy with Luxe and would highly recommend.

Joan Williams: This was the best kitchen remodel experience we could have hoped for. We replaced our kitchen countertop and got a tile backsplash. CiCi was extremely responsive and when I visited the showroom to look at the samples, I was scheduled and no one else was in the showroom and we were both wearing masks. Very clean! Not a huge selection, but that is just fine for the value. We were able to schedule exactly the dates that we wanted which were only a few weeks out. The countertop demo and installation was extremely fast and clean--took only about 3 hours. I was very impressed by Feng and his partner, working quickly and efficiently and always wearing a mask. The next day, Sing, came in to do the tile and worked tirelessly all day. They transformed our kitchen in just over two days! We're very happy with the flawless process and very quick turnaround time.

Our kitchen looks much better than we had envisioned when we started the process thanks to ABS and their wonderful staff.

Liz Koser: We placed our kitchen cabinet order in early March before Seattle businesses started to shut down due to COVID-19. We were going to pickup on March 30, but things were starting to change. ABS let us pickup earlier, so we could get our cabinets before the shutdown. In that time, we also decided to go with a white countertop instead of grey. Christine was very helpful in coordinating and helping us make changes to our order. In the end, we are happy with our cabinets and countertop. Their help was greatly appreciated.

Francine Way: that I bought from ABS are beautiful and expertly installed. I will use them again for my next property and highly recommend them to those looking to beautify kitchens and bathrooms.

Deanna Merkatz: I was referred to ABS for a kitchen remodel by a contractor friend that has used them several times for his kitchen projects. It was the easiest and most straight forward experience I had during my house remodel project. My husband and I walked in with measurements of our kitchen project, met Christine and she in just a few minutes had a full design ready. It was incredibly quick which is not the typical experience! There are enough choices that are trendy so it wasn't over whelming. The choices were the most up to date styles. I love the way they look and everything was perfect with measurements for my appliances. They only do standard cabinet sizes what is makes it so affordable. Everything was on time, they were great at scheduling and I would highly recommend them and use them again.

Marly: This is the second time we have used ABS to remodel a kitchen for us. Both times they have turned out beautifully. They are very reasonably priced. Christine has always been helpful with design and answering questions. The installers were courteous. We have several friends who have had their kitchens done by ABS as well. We are very pleased with our new kitchen.

Millie Kwan: is fairly large and has a good amount of their furniture. Nice to be able to try furniture out in person since buying blind is difficult. The sales person did ask if we needed help but did back of when we said that we were just looking. Can't wait to get pieces into our home since it's a great fit for the intended space.

Ayanda Masilela: I haven't purchased from these folks yet. Rather, I found a used Knoll LIfe Chair and the manufacturer directed me to DWR for local repair services. I've been working with DWR's customer service team for some time now trying to locate a replacement part for my generation of the chair. It's been quite the quest, indeed.Here to express my appreciation for a service team that is supporting the maintenance of a product that they didn't process themselves. It's left a very positive impression on me as a customer that they've been willing to help with this oddball case. It also reinforces that the manufacturer and its affiliates take lifelong product care seriously. Here's to hoping we can find the parts. Thank you regardless!

R Kaur: The store has a very personalised no nonsense customer service style which I appreciated, letting you walk through the store- the design associate would come over to help you out every few minutes, in case you have questions. After we shortlisted a few products Renee sat down with us and helped us with the shipping timelines before we ordered, along with recommendations for other pieces which we decided to think over before purchasing. Since these are high value purchases having someone work with us was wonderful. I highly recommend coming into the store rather than ordering online esp. to have a look at the visual merchandising to identify your particular style and inspiration for how you may want to set up your home.

David Frederick: and decided to stop by DWR. I ended up purchasing a dinning table and chairs. After some issues with the table, two replacements later, I now have a story to share of what excellent customer service is all about. Stephanie Blom at the Seattle location was wonderful through out the process

Ryan Cox: Although the office chair I purchased didn't alleviate my specific physical health problem as I'd hoped it would, I still had the best possible experience in ordering and, unfortunately, also returning the chair. Renée was consistently responsive and helpful.
