Joan Williams: This was the best kitchen remodel experience we could have hoped for. We replaced our kitchen countertop and got a tile backsplash. CiCi was extremely responsive and when I visited the showroom to look at the samples, I was scheduled and no one else was in the showroom and we were both wearing masks. Very clean! Not a huge selection, but that is just fine for the value. We were able to schedule exactly the dates that we wanted which were only a few weeks out. The countertop demo and installation was extremely fast and clean--took only about 3 hours. I was very impressed by Feng and his partner, working quickly and efficiently and always wearing a mask. The next day, Sing, came in to do the tile and worked tirelessly all day. They transformed our kitchen in just over two days! We're very happy with the flawless process and very quick turnaround time.

ABS let us pickup earlier, so we could get our cabinets before the shutdown. In that time, we also decided to go with a white countertop instead of grey. Christine was very helpful in coordinating and helping us make changes to our order. In the end, we are happy with our cabinets and countertop. Their help was greatly appreciated.

It was the easiest and most straight forward experience I had during my house remodel project. The hours of design that Leah and the owner Leon spent on us and eing patient throughout the number of changes we suggested is quite commendable and very accomodative. Products are great quality and they took feedback very well and acted on it, like some of our custom pullouts had some gaps and such and they immediately took care of them and redid the whole thing. We used quartzite for our wet bar and a full wall granite, which was very neatly installed and the seams are almost invisible. Overall super happy with Luxe and would highly recommend.

Donna Howard: I don't even know where to begin. Liran, the owner of Level Up, saved me from a disaster of a small bathroom/kitchen renovation I had started with another contractor. It quickly became apparent that this person was over their head, but by then my kitchen and bathroom were in a shambles and I was in a panic. Liran responded to my initial inquiry quickly and calmly, and came out within 24 hours to look at the project and give me his honest assessment. He was willing to tell me what the other person wasn't...that my 95-year-old house needed more than just the small job I had planned because there were problems with wiring, plumbing and code violations that were exposed as things had been removed. It felt very overwhelming, and this is where his vision and his demeanor came in really handy. He walked me through the process as we went, helping me to make decisions on design, colors and fixtures. He has a pleasant personality and is great to work with. They all did excellent work and made sure I had all the information I needed to think of not only my current needs but also the next 20 years. And, most importantly, Liran was in constant contact with me, even when I left town for vacation, to make sure I was aware of what was happening and what the next steps were. What started as a nightmare of a project ended up being much less so due to the trust he allowed me to have in him and his team. I cannot recommend him enough.

Jason Madlung: Our experience was very positive overall and I would recommend them. We had a quartz countertop, undermount sink, and backsplash installed in our kitchen atop new IKEA cabinets and the end result was better than expected. We visited their offices to see the options in person and Constantin walked us around their workshop and warehouse to show us the full size slabs. It was cool to see the machines they used to cut the slabs and also see the materials. From there, they came in and took measurements and the install. The turn around time was a few weeks overall, faster than I'd expected. The installer and measurement teams were all professional and courteous. Constantin kept in touch via text along the way so we knew what to expect. After the install, we noticed a small mark on the countertop. Constantin sent over a crew to assess and they did a really nice job fixing the issue. I was impressed with how fast they responded and did it without hesitation. Their response to this impressed me since I know it is not easy to come back to a job. That pushed this to five stars in my mind. Overall, feel great about the results and would work with them again.

Brendan Hannemann: I contracted with Gaspar's to install a steel mantel into tile above my fireplace. This work was the last remaining item of a multi-month gas fireplace conversion, and the fireplace company would not take it on due to risk of cracking the tile. Gaspar's informed me of the risk as well, yet was willing to give it a try.Turns out, it was porcelain tile which is much harder/denser and takes a specialized diamond bit to drill into without cracking. The Gaspar's contractor inspected the tile, found the correct bit, and performed the work with high level of professionalism. He even brought a gimbaled laser level to make sure the 58" mantel was installed level.After completing the work we had some extra time, so the Gaspar's contractor offered to do some small jobs around the house which I could think of in the moment, without any extra cost. He even showed me how to do them next time. Super happy with the finished work, and excellent service!

Gail Longhi: I had a small job - replacing the wood steps up to my front porch. Friends suggested a private handyman, but I chose Gaspar's because I knew I could trust their work for quality and efficiency. I am so glad I did.Their employee, Chris Bucklin, was terrific. He came with the experience to know exactly what needed to be done, and had the tools and equipment to do it. He went right to work, and never stopped. He not only replaced the steps, but the stair supports that were rotten. He was careful to save the wood that could be saved, and paid attention to the details that finish a job, i.e. bonding and sanding, patching imperfections, and caulking, gluing and reinstalling what he had been able to save. He cleaned up everything at the end of the day, and later had it hauled away and dumped. And, on top of that, he was personable, showing me the work, providing explanations and answering my questions.Gaspar's, and Chris were great.I would use both of them again without reservation, for any job I needed done.
