Randall Robbins: I have been going to Lunar Laundry for six years. This is the cleanest, most efficient, best run laundry I have ever been too. The owners are honest decent folks. And I especially love Rosa who works the counter. Congrates on the new baby!!

However, Lunar Laundry accepted, washed, folded and returned our items back to us by the next day. The only discrepancy is that I think we received some clothing back that we did not initially turn-in.

It was open too, which might seem an odd thing to say, but I was let down by 2 other laundromats closer to Seattle that said they were open, but actually weren’t when I got to them. The staff at Lunar answered the phone too when I called to check they were open after the disappointment of the previous 2 places…thank you.

Jade Jones: The machines were pretty efficient and the prices were average. There was an ATM on site to use coins as they don't use card. It wasn't until I was halfway through that I saw this sticker on the machines showing that you can pay through an app which I found pretty cool for the next time I come.There is street parking or free in the back, but it's a tight fit if you do that. On-street might be easier to be honest.

I forgot my cell phone on top of a washing machine and someone gave it to the staff and I went to ask if they would return it to me. They checked my cell phone first to make sure it was safe, thank you very much 🙌🏻

Jordan Vinson: Worker is kind and helpful. Facility was clean. They don’t take quarters here, but you can either pay up front with the worker or purchase a reloadable card. It cost like $14 to wash and dry 2 loads, which is kinda expensive, but I’m pretty sure it’s roughly the same everywhere.

Dennis X: The owner and their hardworking staff always prioritize cleanliness and making sure customers are happy, which is really cool. The machines are always in good shape, and the prices are fair. I totally recommend this place to local residents who need laundry done. Plus, the store has cameras all over the place, so it's super safe. They even have monitors for customers to keep an eye on things inside and outside the store. The place is always clean, the dryers work well, it's a nice atmosphere, and they have vending machines for snacks and laundry stuff. They also have restrooms for customers; you’ll need a code, and if they’re not around you’re SOL.Just a heads up, the parking lot is shared with other businesses like a salon, Mexican grocery store, bar, dispensary, gas station, and sometimes a food truck. So, there might not always be a lot of parking available.Since this place is getting more and more popular, I suggest getting there early to avoid any traffic, especially on weekends.Note: dryers are for customers who washed their clothes in the store only. And there’s only 6 available dryers that use card payment.
Azr'YAH Lorenz: It's shameful that there's no restroom nearby to use. The restroom is locked and all the businesses won't let you use theirs.Nobody never be there, if there's a problem arise.

Coach Cara: The dryers are SO HOT!!! 30 minutes was somehow way too much time for a heavy load of sheets and towels. Crazy! Definitely start with 15 minutes and check in on them so you don’t waste $$ like I did!! I feel like they should have a warning on them…. They’re literally burning when you take them out more than any laundromat I experienced but hey at least they’re fast!!! Heads up the floor is pretty dirty and there’s no attendants cleaning or anything so try your best to make sure stuff doesn’t fall on the floor. Otherwise this place is fairly priced for the area and has nice new machines that work really well. Came on a weekday evening and it wasn’t that busy and there’s plenty of parking. Will be back!

The industrial washers and dryers made quick work and the the extra space ensured my bulky blankets came out cleaner and brighter than I have seen them in a long time!

Nicole Conley: I’ve been coming here for the past few months while my house is under renovation for their drop-off laundry service. $2/lb is a great price, the laundry always comes back in great shape and neatly folded. Even with large loads, they usually have it done next day if not same-day. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I think it needs a bit more warmth to it, some comfort…more seating, there’s not much of it.The location is great, a lot of food and other stuff around. Brewery right down the way! Amazing service. Will drive any reasonable distance to get here again. I’m done with the grimy, unfriendly laundromat experiences. This is THE place.

Melinda Schultz: This place is not too crowded, kept pretty clean, and it's easy to pay with their app. The man who staffs the laundromat is kind and warned me about a malfunctioning machine.
Scott Goeken: I moved up here from the south bend area , Down there the washers and dryers were twice as much and the dryers were turned were turned down so it took almost twice as long

Reid Litkauo: The owner is a quiet but friendly guy. One of the machines was having a problem and skipped the spin cycle, the owner took notice and gave me a free replacement. The service and the extended hours make this the only place I'll be going for my laundry. Plus you can wait at the taqueria next door!

Jason Bell: With a family of 8 spending time in Seattle prior to a cruise, we desperately needed a laundry mat. In searching all over downtown, we couldn't find anything that was self service, close to our hotel, or easily accessible. We search high and lo, expanded our search until we found Empire.While not necessarily close to downtown, it is located right at the Othello stop on the light rail. We sayed only blocks from the West Lake stop. This made it super easy to get to Empire.Once there, the equipment was new/newish and well maintained. It was clean and well attended to. Change machine on-site made it easy as well.For anyone in the downtown area, this is a great option. Convenient to local transportation, clean, good equipment.Highly recommend.
Betty Gauthier: We always use coin laundry when traveling. This one was quite clean and the machines worked great. Other people complained about the price but we did an equivalent of 3 large loads for $6. There is a coin changer on site but not a machine to purchase soap, fabric softener, or dryer sheets. If you knock on the door to the left of the office sign, the attendant will sell you 2 Tide pods for $1. My only complaint was that the restroom was out of service. All in all, a nice little laundry used by locals. The people there were friendly and courteous. We would use this laundry again if visiting the Seattle area.

Jorge Bartose: My favorite spot! If it's busy, I'll gladly come back another time. All machines are clean and on working condition at all times. Usually there's an attendant there, but if there isn't, there's a number you can call and someone will be there within 15 min. Best time to go is Wednesday mornings!

John Otey: This play was ok. Not as clean as it could be but things worked.
Danielle Otey: It wasn't too busy, very clean and equipment worked well. Only one dryer we used didn't work but everything else went smoothly!

Shauna Collins: A&T Laundry is an immaculate laundry! The floors are white crisp and clean. The room is bright and airy. And there are definitely strong positive vibes in this place! Due mostly to the attendant, who is playing upbeat Island music and joyously singing along... And he sang well! It is definitely a pleasure to walk into this place. Quite a contrast from the last laundry I patronized... Although I appreciate that Andy's laundromat is a 24-hour laundromat, there's a definite contrast in the overall attitudes, demeanors and customer service, here at A&T Laundry, that I can appreciate. And it also has a convenient drop off service!

Sanchal Orso: If he sees you or anybody having a hard time with anything he will be there to help. HAWAIIAN SUPERMAN! I have a big family hence lots of laundry and the big machines are always available when we come! Everything is kept clean including the bathroom. I like that you ask for a key to use the restroom instead of having it openly accessible for anyone so the owner can keep track who goes in and out. I love that we as a family feel safe there. I have been to a lotta laundry places crowded and the owners don’t speak English always shouting should you ask something. Even the customers that go there are so down to earth. If you forget anything like soap, dryer sheets, bags softener you can purchase some there as well for a small fee. They have very good shows on every time we come, if there are restless kids Pekelo will put on cartoons for them and offer popsicles. This is the best place by far. Tarah Peltz: Rest assured, your clothes are safe here! I live in a condo that has regular pickup from Helena's, and I sent in a pricey ski jacket I had bought on consignment to get some stains cleaned off from the previous owner. A few months later, I realized the jacket was missing. I called Helena's when I realized the dry cleaning tag with my name on it could have fallen off in my condo. I was afraid that after so much time had passed, they would have just assumed the jacket was lost forever and sold it or kept it.I was tremendously impressed to learn that they have a logging system for any clothes that get sent in but don't have a tag with the owner on it. It took them 30 seconds to look it up based on my description and find my jacket, and they sent it home later that day. Great customer experience!

Andrew Hess: This is the premium level of dry cleaning. I had a challenging bag picked up with very stained clothes. They look brand new, I can’t tell a thing was wrong.
