Kirby Gray: I stopped in today to get a couple of keys made and was pleasantly surprised on the professionalism of the gentleman behind the counter. His name is Marco. He is very cordial and very attentive to your needs. In addition they have a seat to sit down on while you're waiting. The location also has a water machine and coffee. I've never seen another locksmith like this place. Remember you pay what you get for!!!! I highly suggest stopping here to take care of any of your locksmith needs. John Gillespie Jr: It was very convenient, especially for it being around 11pm. Only thing negative I can say is that it is pretty slow and took a while to cut 4 keys. Other than that, it was easy to use and the keys work great!

Sean: The key worked, but I paid extra for the Monarch Butterfly key and all I got was a plain brass key. I don't understand why because that could have been dispensed the machine. But instead I was charged extra money and had to wait for it to be mailed to me.
