Adrienne Cohea: The building is terrific to live in, just off of Capitol Hill, so it's quiet, yet close to fun amenities. Rent increases are modest, and they want to keep good relationships with their tenants. The building manager and leasing office staff are kind, caring, and responsive. I've been here two years and plan to stay.
Savanna Fernandez: I’ve lived here for 1.5 years and while I’ve had some ups and downs with a few items, as a whole this complex is great. Ron is especially amazing and you can tell how much he really cares for the residents of the building. Location is great as it’s only a block from cap hill but feels more residential and is quiet, even on the weekends. I love my apartment here.

Michael Whelton: I lived here for a couple years, and I would definitely recommend charbonneau. The management staff is super friendly and very helpful. Any maintenance requests or questions were always promptly taken care of. I had a great experience living here.

We enjoyed living here, and I particularly want to point out the great work that the management team of Roxanne and Ron has done. We have since moved to a new apartment complex, and I'm now realizing how good we had it at the Charbonneau, particularly in terms of response to issues and maintenance requests. I also believe that Charbonneau provides the best value for your dollar in the First Hill/Cap Hill neighborhood.
Kristina Lee: I've lived at Charbonneau for almost two years. Manager Roxanne and Ron, who overseas the facility have been some of the best people I've ran into in my entire rent history. They were 100% reliable with communication and getting work done. Not only are they competent people, but genuinely friendly and caring. My one bedroom apartment is cozy, a little smaller than my previous one, but the spacious yet private balcony made up for it, especially during the pandemic. Location is great, to take full advantage of Capitol Hill and downtown. It is only a couple of blocks from Pike so you do get the city vibe, but still has the neighborhood feel.
Tucker Flood: . The superintendent takes pride in his work and issues are resolved quickly and competently, the manager is responsive to email, and all maintenance personnel have been quick and helpful. The messy prior reviews are all from before the transition--having been there for several years now, I can say that it's a great place to live. It isnt fancy or new, but between location, price, and good staff, its a great option for renters looking to be in walking distance to Capitol Hill and Downtown Seattle but off the main drag.
Daniel g: Lived here for two years. Management is reasonable and always kind. Was a minor leak in my unit that got fixed promptly. My only gripe was that the floorboards are a bit thin so you'll sometimes hear your upstairs neighbours. Other than that, a great place to live.

Janessa Cummings: has always been helpful and has addressed any issue that we've brought to her, but respects the privacy of the tenants, which is something that came as a great relief in comparison to previous building managers at different complexes.Perks of the building are the fitness center, lobby sitting area, larger deliveries can be held in the office for later pick up, and your unit is entered into a monthly drawing for a gift basket if your rent is paid prior to the 1st of the month. Yan Xiao: Cheri is really amazing. She showed me the apartment. I signed the lease with her. She inspected the home for me and she found the smallest detail and then she fixed it for me.I drove 18 hours consecutively to Kiara across states, and Cheri really made my move-in day easy and warm. I felt like seeing an angel after a long exhausting trip.Also other people in the team, Sara, Michaela are also really nice. The concierge people Hong, Scott, Denisse are also really nice.

The care for tenants they displayed put this building in my top contenders for leasing. I went with another choice, but I left with the best impression.Never change, y'all!

K G: My husband and I moved into Kiara about a month ago and couldn't be happier with our decision. Our leasing agent, Cheri, was wonderful to work with and made the whole process of picking an apartment and moving in a breeze. She was both kind and patient with all of our questions and showed us multiple apartments over several weeks - Cheri really is the best! We love the apartment - it's very quiet, the public spaces are kept immaculate, and everyone on the concierge staff is friendly and helpful.

E.L. jorgensen: are all well kept and clean.Mail/Packages = mail is secure. A lot of places in the same area have problems with package theft, NOT Kiara! Not only do we have on-site mail services, but Amazon lockers and a concierge that can accept packages and store them securely, until you're home and can pick them up.Trash = I may be nit-picky here, but the trash chutes are broken, or down, more than they are up and running. They are down so frequently, that the trash room on my floor fills up quickly. It is very common for 3-8 bags of trash to be left in the trash room when the chute is down. Kiara asks you to take it downstairs, directly to the dumpster, but most residents do NOT do this and it just piles up.Utilities = you have to sign up for your own electricity. But water, sewage, and trash are all billed by Kiara. Now, Kiara says they "check the meter" and based on meter readings and number of occupants per household determine your payment. HOWEVER, I was traveling a lot for work one month

Lalitesh Bansal: We recently checked out Kiara Apartments with Cheri, our leasing agent. She was amazing! Super friendly and helpful throughout the whole tour. The place itself is fantastic - awesome views and lots of natural light in the units. Plus, the rooftop is the coolest spot around! The staff here is top-notch too - always there to help out. Definitely recommend Kiara for a great place to live with great people!

The maintenance staff are prompt and always have a great attitude. Most of our issues get resolved within a day. There's a few flaws here and there, but by far the best apartment we've rented at to date.

Luke Lappala: The Kiara is a great building with amazing views and really nice units with lots of natural light and windows. We worked with Michaela Campbell as our sales associate and she was great! Always very responsive and flexible while helping us navigate the different options and price ranges.
Brad Carman: will be at the very top of my list. The community is gorgeous; Cheri's "sales tactics" weren't even sales tactics - We had an organic conversation, she went so far as to even ask if I had any pets and what their names were! I can't emphasize enough how exceptional of a tour this was compared to others in the Seattle market. While Cheri did ask if I'd like to apply day-of, and follow up with me, appropriately so, several times after my tour - I did eventually fill her in on my decision to remain in Ballard. No other leasing professional reached out me after the day-of tour; this speaks volumes to Cheri's commitment to excellence, impressive skillsets and passion - For placing the right people in the right home - not simply a "salesperson" feel. I work in sales myself, and have found this strategy to be more effective than any other. Cheri is in it for the long game; if I decide to move 2 years from now, I'm going back to Kiara and I'm asking for Cheri!

There are many, but I would say she is the main “amenity” at this building because her level of customer service is rare in this industry. It’s also a very well maintained and beautiful building.

Phil Martinicchio: April 2024 Stratus ReviewMy wife and I have lived in a 1BB at the Stratus for nearly five years. We decided to rent a larger unit and moved to a 2BB at the Stratus. We like it here. The location and walkability are major factors why we live at the Stratus. However, the main reason we live here is the Stratus itself. It is safe, clean, well maintained and well managed. The staff is excellent. Terri and Larissa handle the front desk in a friendly, efficient manner. Leasing professionals Danni, along with Kristie, did a wonderful job showing us perspective units and ultimately getting us settled-in. Maintenance requests are professionally, quickly and efficiently handled by Sebastian along with Jerry and Jimmy. The Property Manager Geoff has been here longer than we have and does an outstanding job of keeping the Stratus running smoothly. Whenever there is a personal or building emergency, Geoff solves the problem. The Stratus is a beautiful building that provides many tenant activities. Ask about the community garden, cookouts, pizza nights, wine nights and the holiday party just to name a few.Three useful items:Need a mover? Speak to Leland of Washington Movers. Washington Movers provides excellent service at an affordable price.Need custom paint work? Speak to JR of Maxin Remodeling. Again, excellent workmanship at an affordable price.Need Internet? Daniel Officewala: and staff are very friendly, and by far they were the best part about living here.They really do care about the tenants and host regular events for us with free food and drinks! The amenities are good too, with two different rooftop decks, a decent gym, and a good pickup system for delivered packages.The location is also excellent

Maintenance resolved an issue I had in less than 24 hours!Area is extremely walkable, especially if you work at Amazon's SLU campus. I haven't driven once since I got here.

All shared areas are always clean & spotless, never any issues with mail, and even if there are issues with Maintenance they are usually there that same day to fix it.10/10 Recommend!

Haobo Zhang: Nice apartment to stay! With excellent view and amenities like a hot tub, the living experience is really worth the price. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the concierge staff Alem helps us a lot.
Alina Hallaq: Really enjoyed my stay at McKanzie apartment complex. Everything starting with architecture, interior and overall atmosphere is top-notch! And of course iconic Seattle view to Olympic Peninsula and Space Needle - truly breathtaking! Wonderful concierge guest service and specifically I would like to highlight Concierge Manager Irina. Excellent customer service, always ready to help, friendly, welcoming and attentive. Irina is high-level professional. She is always going above and beyond in her work - and you can tell how much she cares! Whether it was providing local recommendations, assisting with reservations, or addressing any concerns, Irina’s proactive approach made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommend McKenzie Apartments.
Lindsey Martinson: I really enjoy staying here. The common areas are beautiful and spacious. In the mornings I often go up to the top floor, grab coffee, get some work done, and take in the views even before my workday starts. The management of the building is truly exceptional. They communicate about everything and provide top-notch service. I needed tools to put together furniture, and they had some to borrow. They also have events each month, which I really appreciate because they allow people to casually mingle. Last month there was a Mother's Day card-making event with the most gorgeous charcuterie boards and mimosas. It was a good time and an easy way to get to know some new people. I really appreciated Reese, who hosted the event. We got to talking and he was able to introduce me to some new things to do throughout Seattle and just generally feel welcome.
Kenneth Maurice Martinson: I’m posting this review after my first month living at McKenzie Apartments, and I must say, I'm as in awe of this place now as I was on day one. The biggest reason is the consistent, exceptional service—it's unmatched in apartment living and feels more akin to a luxury hotel, complete with 24-hour service, spas, gym, etc. Two staff members, Reese and Herman, have consistently gone out of their way to make me feel truly welcome and at home. Whether it's help with logistics, entertainment, or anything in between, they have exceeded expectations. I highly recommend the staff and the apartment living experience here.

Gerard Gaimari: I hesitate to say this is an apartment because it truly does feel like a home. I've been here for 6 months and undoubtedly plan on staying! Nothing is perfect but everything has been fantastic and exceeded my expectations... the residences, the amenities, the events, and above all the people. I've made a ton of friends since moving here!This certainly starts with the energy the staff put into making all this happen. Everyone from the maintenance team to the lifestyle coordinator to the leasing team and of course the concierges! I'd especially like to mention Carter, Sean and Reese on the concierge team who have been super helpful and great to chat with regarding anything related to the McKenzie. Kudos to you all!

patricia peterson: I have lived at the McKenzie for 3 years and recently hosted a large party on the 40th floor screening room. I could not have pulled the event off without the help of concierge, Reese!! Huge shoutout to him for going above and beyond the call of duty!! He made sure the room was ready and worked diligently with us on the sound system so we could play our own music. He checked in frequently throughout the party to make sure everything was going as planned. Additionally, he helped us disassemble, get things to our cars and wind things down.On another note, Reese has taken over the event planning for the building and the events have gone from zero to 60 in terms of something to everyone!! From the moment Jamen stepped through the door, his friendly demeanor and professionalism were immediately apparent, setting a positive tone for the entire service call.Jamen wasn't just a maintenance guy; he was the nicest guy you could hope to meet in any service situation. He greeted me with a warm smile and a respectful nod, instantly making me feel at ease. It's rare to encounter someone who combines such kindness with efficiency, but Jamen did just that. He listened attentively as I explained the problem, nodding understandingly and asking insightful questions that showed his deep knowledge and experience.What stood out to me was not just his ability to diagnose the issue quickly but also his skill in explaining the problem in terms I could easily understand. Jamen's expertise was evident as he walked me through the steps he would take to fix my washer, ensuring I was informed and comfortable with the process. His transparency and willingness to educate without overwhelming me with technical jargon were genuinely appreciated.
CJ H: My stay in The Martin has been nothing short of amazing! I love the office staff and they were one of the biggest reasons i moved into the building sight unseen. I was greeted with a smile and never really had any issues. I wish the gym was a little bigger but the location is perfect. I saw a review that was talking about the crime, but what do you expect in a metropolitan area?? Its not bad and I've never had problems walking out after dark. It's a quick walk to the attractions downtown plus i live two blocks away from work. I've enjoyed my time so far and it's a little hidden jewel downtown. Also Casey has been the best! I love them all but Casey has been there since i arrived. Promote this lady. She needs her own office!
Taci Chin-Robinson: . Any question about the residence and every maintenance request we’ve ever made have been handled swiftly and with care from the great team here.The atmosphere is super cozy. The people you encounter in the building are just genuinely friendly. We’ve made some awesome friends while we’ve lived here thanks to the community events. The building is also super pet friendly. You won’t go long without seeing a dog or puppy going on a walk, or even a properly transported cat, to brighten up your day.Being downtown has some great perks. The building’s location is perfect for taking the bus, light rail, or even a walk to Pike Market. You also get some great cityscape views. We’ve had some awesome times on New Year’s Eve and the 4th of July watching the fireworks.One last thing I’d like to praise is the layout of our unit. Being in a taller building, the intentional avoidance of awkward support pillars that create dead space was one of the major reasons we moved into the building years ago. We didn’t know we’d have such an awesome time living here and I’m so glad we made the decision to call the Martin our home.

The staff are INCREDIBLE--shout out to Casey and Jaimen!!!--where they not only watched us grow up but became like family. This ensures I got the best value for my money. They have a good set of amenities with a small gym. This apartment is right in the middle of downtown, so it has easy access to most places in Seattle.Some notes about the management:I basically found this apartment online via the website in March 2022 and I was traveling, so I was half way around the world in a different country. The property manager Mae Garcia had been super helpful in providing me with the right information on time which helped me make my decision.As soon as I got here, I was greeted by Lauren who helped me with my move in procedures. I did not have to run back to them for anything as she was thorough with the information she provided and ensured I had everything I needed on Day-1A special thanks to Casey, who tracked down my packages even before I arrived and I was surprised to see them already in my apartment before I stepped into it for the first time. She also helped with the tons of luggage I walked in with and was really helpful with any requests for my entire stay at 'The Martin'. She always greeted me and all the other residents with warmth and kindness.The rest of 'The Martin' property staff Kilee, Jaimen and Vince have also been super helpful and kind when I needed some information or any kind of maintenance requests.Overall, I deeply enjoyed my stay here and would recommend staying at this apartment.

Danxuan Zhao: My living experience is very good here in Viktoria. There stuff are very helpful. Today Robort even helped with my car issue. He is always very nice to us and my dogs bring treats everywhere. My dogs like him very much.

After coming from properties that provided little to no communication, it was relieving to come to Helios and find such an efficient system for applying, and signing our lease. Talaia has been super helpful and was very kind during the tour. The units are extremely nice, finishes are on par or superior to other 'luxury' buildings in the area. The area that the building is in is not as bad as it is made out to be, for the most part, unhoused people are living their day to day lives, and have no care to harm others.Hope my experience continues to stay so positive!

Took some time but did turn around with some positive maintenance.Original:Appliances are really old and that is not the problem IF they work.I asked to get the dishwasher fixed MULTIPLE times and after each try it still doesn’t work. I asked to replace it since this is not acceptable and wasting lots of time, electricity and energy.Also always had issues with elevators not working. Wasted huge amounts of time during move-in due to this. Weekend staff is temporary and does not know what they are doing.

Jamie Lee: Despite not leasing from us, I had the best apartment touring experience with their leasing agent Collin. We had an unique situation where we need two motorcycle parkings which is not something this building has, and we didn't want to pay for a full vehicle parking for it. However, Collin not only gave us a wonderful tour of the building, he spent hours reaching out to parking management to try to create a solution for us. He genuinely cared and wanted to figure out a way to make things work for us while he could have just say there is nothing he could do about it. Even though we ended up leasing elsewhere, but if we didn't have the motorcycles I would have stay at premiere on pine in a heartbeat.

Dedicated package room with access code entry for all my amazon packages. Lounge/common area with Wi-Fi to get some work done. Views from the rooftop, and the building staff were truly a bonus.

Beril Ozay: apartments and the maintenance guy Victor was super quick to address issues and also very very nice. We had 4 different property managers in the office in the 9 months we were there. 3 of the 4 were good but the current one is worthless. The area is kinda tucked away but still very close to capital hill. It's walking distance to a couple restaurants and a small park. There were a lot of break ins to cars on the street but we generally didn't have any issues in the building with shady people or anything. I had a couple packages get stolen from the lobby BUT most packages were delivered to lockers so it wasn't an issue if the delivery people did their job. They did increase my rent significantly but the price was on par with similar apartments in the area. I would live there again and would recommend it to others.
Carly Meier: Mindblown by the level of hospitality shown by these apartments! I feel like I live at a hotel with the above and beyond attitude that Brandon continues to display every time we interact. I’ve never felt more welcome. Any questions I’ve had, any concerns, have been handled better than I could have ever imagined. Recommending this apartment complex is an understatement! So glad I made the choice to live here. Shout out to Brandon! Thanks for making the experience so special!
Josh: I love living at Metroline Flats! The building is always clean and surrounding areas feel safe. My neighbors are very respectful and friendly, and I have nothing but positive things to say about building management. Brandon is always polite, prompt, and through. The only knock that I can think of is the higher rent prices, but that's to be expected for a quality apartment in First Hill.

I appreciate the manager before and the current manager Brandon. He’s very attentive and cares about us as tenants. You can tell he cares about what he does. Christopher Brown: My girlfriend and I have been living at Juxt for almost a year now. We started off with two separate apartments and decided we liked a 3bd layout a few months in. When one opened, the leasing staff helped us transfer our leases to the one unit and made it super smooth and easy; which not many places around here can offer. The office staff is always super friendly and we can always count on Tanis to assist in whatever needs we have - or to throw a great community event! Looking forward to the rest of our lease as we love our home!

Daniel Cheng: Galfato gave me a great tour as I was evaluating apartments -- he showed me a comprehensive set of all the units available, helped me understand the tradeoffs with the view/orientation/interior environment, and generally made me feel that I could trust living at Juxt as a good and safe environment.
Junqi Xu: Stayed here for around 5 months and had to move out for some personal reasons. Overall great experience here. The property managers here, Tanis and Galfato, are very nice to always willing to help. They will also sort the package room daily. I haven't had any package loss during my stay here. Never had false fire alarm as well.One of my concern before moving in is that it is quite close to the Tiny house village, but at least over my stay at Juxt, I feel quite safe.But one con is that I was charged a $180 standard 1B cleaning fee after inspection. I am not sure if it is a minimum cleaning fee for all 1B unit. Anyway, I guess every apartment will charge you something after you move out, at least they aren't charging me too much.
Ayeyi Turkson: Being here since June, 2023 and couldn't have wished for a better experience especially as someone renting for the first time. The assistant manager, Tanis Dabney is legit the greatest human being on earth! Honest and forthcoming with anything at all you want to know about the apartment and city as a whole-great person to meet.
Sharat Sindoor: Moved here about a month ago and it has been great so far. The location is good with many restaurants around, nice amenities, common areas and nice rooftop. You might hear the occasional footsteps and vehicular traffic but that comes with every community.The JUXT staff is super nice and responsive to questions especially Evie and Tanis. Evie has been great right from the beginning with answering questions, touring the property and during/after move in ensuring everything has been as smooth as possible. Any maintenance requests have been promptly addressed.
Nathan Zhang (TEDA): Lived there for 5 years and would definitely miss the place. Service/management and amenities are good. Maintenance team response is very fast. I did have my car window broke in once, but management handled it okay so I'm not complaining.With the increasing homelessness and drug issue I wasn't feel safe to live on the ground floor any more, so I moved to higher floors after 2020. Overall good experience. Downside seems universal across every place in the downtown/SLU area, maybe living in a high rise building is better but the price is also high compared to here.

Jake Wang: , kind support, and helpfulness is definitely special. I've rented at a few different apartments across the country, and so far, no one's done it better than Tower12. I appreciate that the team is very on the ball and proactive about communicating to residents any apartment happenings, whether they were issues or events.I wanted to note that I did live here during the elevator outages/delays, trash chute, and water pipe issues that other reviews may have mentioned. This is true, and it was inconvenient. I imagine it was exponentially more painful for residents on very high floors when elevators were down/slow. The team was good about communicating updates for the issues. While it was unfortunate that some of the issues were prolonged due to circumstances outside of the Tower12 team's control, the team was clear about what was going on and communicating to residents. These issues are always risks at any apartment, and it was unfortunate it happened at Tower12. That said, I think the team did the best they could and it showed.Again, beautiful units. The quality of the construction is very high. Good, smooth drawers/cabinets, appliances, and flooring. The only thing I would add as a "wishlist" thought: it would be nice if Tower12 upgraded the door locks to be fob access, and upgraded the thermostats to be "smart" like Nest

Their warm and welcoming demeanor has been consistent throughout my stay. Every challenge, whether it was a water-related concern or an issue with the elevator, was met with utmost care, empathy, and a ‘white glove’ approach. The building manager and assistant manager go above and beyond their duties. Instead of merely delegating tasks, they are always present during emergencies, offering reassurance with their proactive involvement and even just a comforting smile. Their presence not only in challenging times but also in good times makes all the difference. I wholeheartedly commend the team at Tower 12 for making it more than just a residence, but a home. I would be with this if I didn’t also give respect to Mookie and the cleaning and facilities team they work all the time. “Every day is Monday” when it comes to their dedication!!

Beautiful views, great amenities, entire staff is friendly, caring, and everyone is quick with updates when something is happening. Couldn’t recommend living here enough. It’s the only place we have ever renewed a lease and we’d do it again!
Dustin Ray: Simply the best building downtown. The staff are the most courteous and professional of any apartment in the city. The building is modern and has every feature you could want. Even maintenance that would normally be disruptive is handled with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I cheated on them for another building in Belltown and couldnt have been more mistaken. Price point is competitive and the people are wonderful. No need to look anywhere else. Walk to the market to get your groceries. They had high speed EV chargers before anyone else in the city. Regular art and community events help you get to know your neighbors and the city better than anywhere else. You simply will not find a better view in the city than this building.

You are a 5-minute walk to the market, close to endless bars and restaurants, shopping, and public transit. It's a highly secure building with awesome package service, so there's never the risk of deliveries getting lost/stolen. The monthly parking and bike storage fee is reasonable. And the views from the rooftop are insane. Plus, there's a coffee machine!The units have floor-to-ceiling windows, so there's always lots of light, and I love the super high ceilings. Everything feels so open.But all that great stuff aside, it's the people of Tower 12 that make this building shine. Shoutouts to Taryn, Christina, Ryan, Mike, Steve, and Michael for all you do! There are also monthly social events, happy hours, pet of the month, paint and craft nights, and holiday celebrations to mingle with your fellow residents.The gym is gorgeous. You can work out while enjoying stunning views of the needle, Elliot Bay, and beyond. Extra special shout out to Awan, fitness instructor extraordinaire and incredible person who hosts the fitness studio's Monday evening full body workout classes. His class has helped me build strength and pushes me to move. Special request to management/activity coordinator: can we please get another one of Awan's fitness classes added per week? Pretty please?
