andrew triolo: I came here last night to get my first tattoo with Seth! The tattoo was some barb wire beneath my top surgery scars and took about an hour and a half. I felt my tattoo was handled with total care, respect, and professionalism! I felt safe as a queer trans person in this shop and was able to trust my artist in a vulnerable position. I would absolutely come to get a tattoo by Seth again!

Right off the bat the vibes in here are very accepting and fun. Music playing, and smiles all around, I knew I liked this place immediately from the atmosphere.I was then introduced to my new artist Cesar, who completely understood what style of tattoo I wanted. After only a day, he had a mockup that was perfectly suited for my coverup needs. A few days later, he crushed it out and I had a brand new glistening piece of ink that really represents me, and matches the tone of my other ink. Katy Sebastian: I went in today for help with a piercing that had closed up. Both the person at the front desk and Lynn were so helpful in describing my options, and patient while I decided what I wanted to do. Very kind and professional shop!
Cam Mundy: I got snake bites and resized them a month later. Colin O was amazing and had great energy when I was anxious about the piercing. All the staff was really lovely and even recognized me when I came back which was a pleasant surprise.
Stephanie: I absolutely love this shop. Hands down my favorite one I’ve been to by far. Everything from the location, to the interior, up to date tech, music, jewelry, and the very welcoming staff’s professionalism exceeded my expectations. I got my helix pierced here and I appreciated how the piercer carefully and thoughtfully planned out my piercings, walked me through the process before and during the procedure, and made sure to check in with me to see how I was feeling. I do plan on returning, and to anyone considering getting any piercings or tattoos done, please go here! You will not be disappointed!
Bastian Cohen: Very sterile environment! Be warned, unless you visit their website you wouldn’t know, they are all appointment only. You can’t even get in the door without an appointment. Do not try to walk right in. You won’t get far.Their jewelry is really pretty and reasonably priced. Their piercers and staff are all super friendly. Lynn was fantastic and so nice. 10/10 recommend

Other staff were friendly and helpful too. The studio’s dedication to safety was evident throughout. Plus, the jewelry available is gorgeous.It’s more high-end for sure, but worth it.

Even though I spent several hours outside waiting for my tattoos which I expected, I was very happy with how my tattoos came out. The shop was very busy due to the special event, but the check in process was smooth. My tattoo artist was polite and professional and very skilled. They invited a few guest tattoo artists from out of state, one of which I had. Lots of tattoo designs were offered, and I think the price point was fairly reasonable. Very LGBTQ+ friendly.

Jesse is great at putting clients at ease—his attentive approach, openness to feedback, and skill in creating a comfortable atmosphere during the intimate tattooing process are unmatched. Dark Age stands out in acknowledging and valuing client opinions, making it my top choice in the city. And, of course, the artwork is stunning, but that's a given.

Josh also kept totally cool when I got super nervous right before the pierce LOL but it was fast and easy, and the piercing looks literally perfect. I highly recommend this shop for piercings!

Lets just say that I realised that I was a fan of Fat Chris’ work before I knew who he was, and by fate or coincidence I ended up moving to the city where he owns and operates a tattoo shop. I’d (RatherNot): , Pierced Hearts keep a plethora of options, and don’t try to push ornate jewelry onto customers or limiting their “lower end” or “more casual” jewelry. I’ve been pierced at places that didn’t have ANY steel/titanium jewelry without gemstones or decorations.I generally don’t like traveling into the city; however, I will never have a single problem making the drive to Seattle to get to visit this shop again. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience, including how staff interacted with each other and other clients. All in all 10/10. I’ll be telling everyone I know. I’m already planning what work I’ll be getting done next. Thanks, guys. You helped get me through a rough day. See you soon!
Jenne Pierce: Had my daughter's ears pierced by Chuck two months ago. Chuck and her team are as wonderful as everyone here says, and I'm very glad I made the choice to have the piercing done here vs. the gun at a mall. They were every bit ready to work with a kid as an adult, were patient, kind and professional. The piercings have been perfect - zero inflammation or infection. Highly recommend.

Staff were accommodating and the whole experience was very comfortable.I was there for a tattoo but they seem to do piercing really well and have a ton of amazing and reasonably priced jewelry to choose from as well as offer custom jewelry. Would absolutely consider getting pierced here.

All three were done with the upmost care and professionalism you could ask for with something so permanent as a piercing. All of my piercings were done and placed perfectly, with 0 healing issues. They are quick and precise. The staff take time to make you comfortable, informed, and happy with your piercings. Not only is he ridiculously talented, he is literally one of the kindest, most genuine and all around awesome human beings you will ever find. He will take your idea and fly to the stars and back with it. During our session, he was kind, he checked in to make sure I was ok and let how I was feeling lead our session. Fun fact, you will come for the tattoos, but stay for the conversations! 5 hrs flew by. The shop space is absolutely gorgeous and inviting, and the other tattooists were genuinely stoked to see each other's work. You could sense a deep camaraderie within the crew and that makes for one heck of a positive atmosphere.
