Stephanie Kale: , great prices, selection and more rare indoor plants. Staff are kind and helpful.

Clinton Inc Bamboo Growers: what do users think?

Lorraine Olson: We bought the most beautiful bamboo from here around 2012 for our old house in Federal Way & it turned to be the most beautiful way to disguise an ugly fence that now we’re going to drive from our new house in Aberdeen and really put in a few different varieties! They have the best selection and quality!

A B: The owners are absolutely the best in the business!! They are so knowledgeable and so beyond helpful!! They really do go above and beyond!! Their property is the most beautiful you will ever have the pleasure of visiting!! They have so much more than just every variety of bamboo known to man!! Pond plants, the largest gunneras you’ll ever find, hostas, palm trees, absolutely everything and if they don’t have it, they will help you find what you are looking for at another local nursery!! They clearly do what they love for a living and it shows in their customer service as well as their high quality plants and beautiful property!! I’ve been coming here for years and will absolutely continue being a consistent customer!! Thanks for always being so wonderful and helpful!!!

Graham Miller: I can't imagine a more enjoyable way to buy exactly the bamboo plants that I needed. Even after I explained that I wasn't looking to spend much money the owner spent over an hour giving me a personal tour of the property, educating me on every different type of bamboo. His passion was infectious, and he was also intent on learning why I was buying bamboo and where I was planting it so that he could suggest the perfect plant. The bamboo I ended up buying was beautiful and very fairly priced. I cannot recommend Clinton Bamboo more - do yourself a favor and visit them for all your bamboo related needs. I know I'm returning sooner rather than later to look at their extensive collection of non-bamboo plants as well!

Paco Gonzalez-Blanch: Lee is a bamboo expert he has a beautiful nursery and advised us wisely about our bamboo needs. Totally recommended

Alek Mead: Fabulous nursery with more than just bamboo! Super super nice staff ready to give you any advice you might want. Seriously a great place.

Kayo Puckett: helped me with bunch of knowledge about bamboo and I was overwhelmed with the information. I couldn’t even remember all of it

Henry Murray: go here l.

Eric Weaver: what a nice guy, 2

Catherine Cruz: The owner is so nice, friendly, and knowledgeable! It is always a pleasant experience.

Kara Hawthorne: Lee provided excellent service. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and and even wrapped our trees for transport! They also have more beyond bamboo. The facilities had a nice sitting area with drinks for our kiddos to relax in and wait for us .

Russ Hawthorne: We know nothing about bamboo and the team was incredibly helpful and insured we didn’t buy too much. Five stars!

Ethan Hutson: Boy, they sure know their bamboo! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. We left with two pots of clumping Rufa bamboo. I was thinking we might need twice as much, but they were so honest and asked about the details of how we wanted to plant them and the size of the area, etc. They told us we would be purchasing way too many. I love working with honest people who aren't in business just for the money. You can really tell they love helping others find just the right plant for their needs and they love what they do. Another awesome business worthy of my time writing a review!

Chio Saeteurn: We had a really good experience with Clinton Bamboo. They were so knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. We purchased 5 clumping bamboos that didn't work out. Upon explaining our circumstances, they refunded us the money & we repurchased other species with their advice that hopefully will work for us. We are likely going back this fall to get 2 more bamboo plants for the yard. We want to wait to see if the current 3 plants will work. Highly recommend!

Eric S: Good prices and excellent, knowledgeable service. Plus, the grounds are unexpectedly beautiful for the location.

Jay Black: Very informative and knowledgeable. Followed them to the Sea-tac nursery where we selected three different varieties based on their recommendation to use as a screen between us and the neighbor. We replanted into 100 gallon galvanized watering troughs.

Evan Trimble: Lovely little plant store. Knowledgable staff, super friendly and very helpful. Took a class there as well and had a great time.

Brandy Ells: The lady working here was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I was looking for dirt for a cutting and even though that's all I was there to purchase, she gave me a huge pile of cuttings she had intended to discard. It was a bright spot in my time there, and very much appreciated.

Summer Jupin: Love the plant selection and the service

Heather Reuble: My cousin and I took a class at The Plant Shop last week where we learned how to mount plants to hang. Miles was awesome! He was funny and real and engaging, and his passion for and knowledge of plants is amazing. I love my new stag horn fern and I will absolutely be back. This place is a gem!!

Kim Baker: Love The Plant Store! The selection and prices are great and the space is mindfully curated. The owner is a horticulturalist and the whole staff is friendly and very knowledgable. Other highlights: unique terrarium supplies, cheap cuttings wall, classes, and when they have thoughtful freebies like affirmation cards or roses just because. Highly recommend.

Justin Miller: Ordered online and I was very impressed with the plants, price, service, speed, customer service, packing, and general awesomeness. I honestly could not ask for anything else in a business. Always A+++!

booSH: what do users think?

Andrew McLane: Philip was really helpful to me, and knew exactly which plants I needed to furnish my new place. Highly recommend!

Cherry Liu: Lovely little tropical paradise in the middle of the Central District. I was looking for some indoor plants and wanted to support a Black-owned business, so my friend and I went to this shop. Really happy with the plants I got: tradescantia nanouk, bird's nest snake plant, sensitive plant, brazil philodendron, peperomia hope, ruth prickly pear, and chinese money plant...all super cute, I love their selection!

Jonathan V.: Great selection at great prices with incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. I purchased a few plants today and the experience was top notch! booSH is easily my new plant store, thanks!

Noir B: Cute little plant shop, everything is beautiful! Employee at the time was scrolling, couldn't care less and didn't know much when asked, just said idk. I still got my Monstera, super afforable!

Katie Vu: booSH is quickly becoming one of my favorite plant stores! The owner describes his shop as more of a gift shop, but he’s selling himself short. Some of my favorite plants have come from this store! My Philodendron Lynette and Mayoi are THRIVING, and Shawn even tracked down a Goeldii for us. Prices are very reasonable and he takes great care of his plants! We recommend booSH to all of our plant lover friends. Thank you again!

Brandon Knapp: Great selection and friendly owner!

Zoe Maris: I went to booSH as a bit of a last-minute plant run to try to cure some of my woe. I was looking for some hardy plants to add life to my dorm room. The person working there was super nice and showed me around the store and went into great detail about which plants were hard to kill. They really seemed passionate about their job! I also showed up close to closing, but I didn't feel rushed at all and had a great experience. The prices are good for the area as well. Overall, the person working there was really helpful/knowledgeable, the plants looked really healthy, and it was an affordable place to shop!

Andrew Bryan: This is the place for plants! Wow, a bit overwhelming, but obviously lots of great options, don't forget to stop in as you're getting plants for your new place.

mary heinz: This is a wonderful small plant store. I hope everyone discovers it! Not only plants but beautiful, fun containers and pots. And someone who knows plants👍‼️

Steve Midas: Pronounced "bush," this small black-owned nursery next to Amazon Fresh is a wonderful local spot with plenty of options if you are looking to add something green to your living space! We bought a number of new additions for our place & they are kind enough to repot with their soil when you buy one of their pots! The staff are very knowledgeable & are quick to fit a plant that works with your lifestyle.Midas 5-stars for the selection & knowledgeable staff.

Wyatt Merians: Awesome plant nursery!!!! Sean is very kind and helpful, and I had an incredible experience!

Angela Zhang: I love this addition to the CD. There is a huge variety of very healthy-looking plants, and accessible pricing. The owner is so friendly and clearly is dedicated to making houseplants accessible to as many people as possible, and was very patient in answering all of my questions about care for certain plants, etc. I also love that this particular corner of 23/Jackson has a lot of Black-owned businesses popping up. The only thing I will note is that due to its location I'm not sure that there is dedicated parking - I usually park by the old Starbucks/Walgreens and run over for a brief time, or the Amazon Fresh I think has parking too.

Mo W: .

Simon Tan: Great selection and fair prices. Somewhat poor service in repotting & packaging, though.

S. Johnson: What a fantastic shop! The owner had some great suggestions to help me with my existing carnivorous plants, and I also picked up these awesome lil beauties for a very reasonable price. So nice to have such a great local plant store here in the CD!

Magnolia Garden Center: what do users think?

Zach van Schouwen: Solid urban garden center with a pretty good plant selection. If I'm in Magnolia, I'm usually stopping here.

Sunil Khale: Low-key, but genuinely awesome if you're looking for plants

Keirsten Vest: Great nursery! Too bad I can't afford the prices here.

Paul Carr: The friendly and helpful staff at the Magnolia Garden Center helped me select and plant flowers in several large flower pots in my yard. Plants went in early this spring and have been evolving beautifully ever since. Never had such success with potted flowers before.

Zach Lauzon: Awesome selection of plants, supplies, and pots!

Sandra Ochoa: Helpful staff, great plants

Jessica J.: Very cute and well stocked plant shop and nursery! It’s in a little shopping district with some good restaurants and coffee nearby. I went in looking for a climbing rose and the clerk was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me pick between the 3 they had in stock.

E NS: and it just looks so good thank you.Besides that, the accessibility and parking are so easy in this neighborhood. If I ever moved far away, I would definitely have this be my go to nursery in the area. It might be a personal preference, but the shopping experience of going to a smaller place like this, versus a bigger place like Swanson’s feels way more relaxing. Some people have mentioned it is expensive but that’s most places are when you live in a city like this.. If you want affordable you’ll have to spring for Home Depot 😭- I reported Stephen Jones review to google

Nakisa Dehpanah: I got many indoor plants from here and after couple months they all still look great and healthy and growing so fast! Love my plants!

Beauty And The Bamboo: what do users think?

Dave Andresen: Stan and his supporting team at Beauty and the Bamboo are pure joy to interact with. Our family scheduled time to visit based on our research and looking for particular species that are rare and/or hard to find. Stan immediately engaged our pre-teen children around obsessions with both bamboo and hunting for rocks and crystals. We stayed for hours to chat through how to plant, propagate, and control the spread of several bamboo species, and left with five different types of bamboo to add to our 5 acre farm. I look forward to our next visit and would recommend a consult with Stan for anyone with an interest in bamboo.

Cody Romano: The owner generously took the time to speak with me and share advice for repotting a plant even though I mistakenly called for help with something non-bamboo related. Friendly and knowledgeable

Charlene Knabe: Very professional and friendly environment. The bamboo was the best looking bamboo I've ever seen. And they have many amazing and rare varieties. Also, kid friendly and all kinds of little treasures to find that they let you keep! A couple of true Bamboosauruses! 😎😁

larry huang: Always super willing to answer questions even post sales. Highly knowledgeable and my bamboos are still alive and well 3 years later.

Trevor M: was forgiving and accepted to meet.Wow. After seeing all the bamboo, I was amazed at the majestic beauty of these plants. I believe anyone can find something there that will fit their tastes. The highlight of my trip however, was speaking with Stan. While there, I learned so much about the business, his stories, as well as tips and experience -- everything relating to bamboo! My trip was special because not only did I get a great price on very rare

Morgan McCrea: Ive been curious about Beauty and the Bamboo and was hoping to convince my wife and daughter to join me. I thought it may surprise them, they might enjoy themselves, and start to develop an appreciation of bamboo.Ultimately I visited Beauty and the Bamboo with my wife and nearly 4 year old in tow and, dear readers, it was magical.Stan is an absolute gem. He was so friendly and welcoming and he was immediately engaging with my daughter. Once inside Stan led us on an adventure through this bamboo wonderland that has been hidden in plain sight but blocks away. My wife and daughter had a blast and have been talking about bamboo ever since. We left with several species of bamboo I had been looking for. I never once felt pressured and his prices were exceedingly fair. I am thrilled with my purchases and I look forward to any future needs so that I may go back and spend more time with Stan and this slice of forest he has nurtured.

Stan Andreasen: From owner. Thanks for the review Earl. Glad to help out with your black bamboo that's flowering. Glad black bamboo isn't all going to perish. Only isolated cases have been recorded in full bloom. Hope you find some seeds.Stan

Earl Adams: "Stan the Bamboo Man" as I've know him for year's, helped me with my Black Bamboo. If you like bamboo, Stan's the Man!

Adam Armstrong: Fantastic place. Willing to teach someone who has never done any gardening how to prepare and create the perfect space for my backyard. I was shown lots of styles of bamboo to choose from and fit my plans. Super friendly

Ramy Shoker: This place is amazing if you’re looking for a large selection of bamboo. Stan is a great person that won’t pressure you into buying anything. He ended up giving me a seedling that is not longer available to buy that originates from Chile! The bamboo looked lush and healthy. We went to Swanson’s the next day to look at Bamboo but this place takes the cake and the plants are obviously taken care of!This is the place to buy bamboo in Seattle!

Mellicia Marx: We went to several nurseries around town only to discover that they had very little selection, which seemed odd. When we inquired, we were told that, "everybody goes to Stan the Bamboo Man, so we don't carry much." So, that's what we did. It's been over a year and our bamboo is healthy and happy. Now, it's time for more and back to Stan we go. We can't recommend him enough. He's friendly, knowledgeable and has reasonable prices. Go see him!

Judy Immesoete: What a terrific experience we just had visiting with Stan at Beauty and the Bamboo, Inc. !!He is knowledgeable, fun, experienced in all styles of bamboo.A true gentleman willing to share his expertise.Thank you Stan,Rosemary and Judy

Tim Jordan: Best place to buy bamboo. Honest and knowledgeable!

Karen C. Thompson: Lovely little urban nursery. Dennis knows his stuff, and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. He has everything for the novice to the collector of the esoteric. Well worth the visit!

Bamboo Collective Nursery: what do users think?

TheTacfour: Simply put; Jonathan is the nicest person in the business of bamboo sales. He's friendly, kind, very knowledgeable. with good prices.

Avery Schlueter: I can't say enough good things about Bamboo Collective in Shoreline. Jon and his partner Kai were amazing – they helped me choose the perfect bamboo varieties for our garden and even added some beautiful planter boxes to complete the look. Their passion and expertise made the whole process seem easy. I highly recommend Bamboo Collective to anyone looking to transform their outdoor space. Thanks, Jon and team, for helping our local business find a modern alternative to an ugly fence.

James Neff: , filled the space with a mix of soil and mulch and waited for plants to arrive. Four very tall Phyllostachys dulcis just arrived in a truck yesterday. Can't wait to watch them fill in and hide that house. And I highly recommend the services of Bamboo Collective!- Jim N

Toad Reaver: The Bamboo Collective is a beautiful bamboo garden. The owner, John, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped plan the planting of a major landscaping project that I undertook recently. John also made a special order of bamboo, and even provided a rough diagram for planting it. I look forward to seeing John again when I pick up my order. I think he might be just as excited about our bamboo project than we are. I look forward to sharing pictures with him as our bamboo matures into our landscaping goal.

Randy Speer: If you're looking for bamboo I highly recommend visiting John! We arrived at his residential bamboo nursery and were warmly greeted. We explained what we were looking for and he showed us around and the numerous varieties he had to offer. It was breathtaking! I actually kind of got emotional because I could tell bamboo was his absolute passion! The whole experience was incredible. Go see him. You won't regret it! Thanks, John. We love our bamboo!

Evelyn KM: So happy I found this place! I wanted to put in bamboo as a privacy screen in my yard but didn't know where to start. Jon was super helpful and informative throughout the process - through responding to my initial email inquiry, to chatting over the phone, to patiently showing me all their plants at the nursery. He even recommended the type of planter I could use and how to plant it. A genuine, knowledgable, and friendly guy, and I will be going back for any future bamboo needs.

Chance Trombley: Came to just browse at the bamboo, but ended up buying 2 bamboo plants and ended up taking some surplus rootballs so 4 bamboo plants! John is the nicest person in the world and ended up talking to him for more than an hour about the great benefits of bamboo! Solid 5/5!

Daniel Orvik: fosters a very welcoming environment. Tapping into Jon's knowledge and wisdom of these plants has really helped me to hone my own vision for my garden. All I can say is.. this place is a great vibe and totally worth checking out

Giang Ong: Jon was a great source of information regarding bamboo. I came by to pick up some fargesia robustas to make a front privacy hedge for our new home and he also introduced me to a Borinda macclureana for a shadier part of my yard. The Borinda variety had purple shoots which is pretty cool. Thanks Jon!

Mark Alexander: We are currently working on updating our yard and decided to add bamboo for privacy. We knew nothing about growing bamboo, so I reached out to Bamboo Collective to inquire more info. Jon, the owner of Bamboo Collective, quickly emailed me back with answers to all my questions. He immediately became my source for everything bamboo as I was prepping to add bamboo to our yard. We finally were able to stop by his nursery yesterday and purchase 3 different strands of bamboo. We were more than impressed with Jon, his nursery, and his vast knowledge of bamboo. It’s rare to receive such great customer service these days and I couldn’t have appreciated more considering I knew nothing about bamboo when I started. If you are interested in adding bamboo to your yard, you absolutely have to check this place out as you will not regret it! Thanks again Jon!

K. Benson: Great experience working with everyone at Bamboo Collective Nursery. Their extensive information and excellent customer care is above and beyond. So friendly and helpful. Highly, highly recommend!

Kailin Tintes: I've bought bamboo from John 3 times over the last two years and he's been so helpful every step of the way. All of my plants are healthy despite my inexperience. He has someone who helps drop off bamboo too, so that's very helpful for those without a truck. You can definitely fit some bendier varieties into a small sedan though. I've transported three pots of bamboo in my Elantra!

K Smith: , it was open. Again, other Bamboo sellers were not open for business until May. Also, there was a note at the bottom of the page that mentioned an option of texting for more information. THAT meant they are ready to help us!!! So we sent a message asking for help to fill a "checklist" of growing habits, size, and lighting. We also asked for something established. We received a reply from Jon who not only had an incredible recommendation, but took it a step further and sent us a video of the exact plant he had recommended AND the price! I love this kind of shopping! We were 45 miles away and this helped us make the decision straight away whether we were making the trip or not. So we made the trip. We didn't want to leave! We looked at all of the many options available; Black Bamboo

Richard Kachele: Jon will hook you up with amazing bamboo, and a whole lot of knowledge. We reached out to 3 different bamboo nurseries in the Western WA area, and Jon took the time to answer our email in detail. Honestly, we feel lucky we found him. Thanks Bamboo Collective - can't wait to show you what it looks like planted in our backyard!

JT Hilton: If you are looking for bamboo for privacy, this is the place to go. Beautiful layout, many varieties to choose from. Down to earth people, and very knowledgeable.

Erik Hutchison: . I think he was more excited about our purchase than we were. Super helpful with lots of tips on planting and beyond. The plant we purchased is perfect for our space. Highly recommended.

Indoor Sun Shoppe: what do users think?

Sharon Pettit: Have known from Steuber Dist now gone started in the 1930s Indoor Sun Shoppe have been original and unigue.i worked with the store in the early 1980s and was one of the best retail plant store. Keep it going and bless you for what you doThanks Jon @ Steubers

kasey kotsiris: sean was incredibly helpful and kind during our first visit to the shop. He helped us pick out some perfect pet friendly plants that will work in our apartment setup and with our very beginner plant knowledge. He took a lot of time to make sure we were happy with our choices, can’t wait to go back! Definitely recommend everyone to go here, you’ll be super happy!

Asa Symons: Always great selection and customer service, and were very helpful when one of my plants was damaged in transit

Monica: My favorite plant shop in Seattle! Amazing selection, great prices, and helpful staff!

Jessica: , and they were selling the same plant of the same size for literally double! Just goes to show how Indoor Sun Shoppe is very reasonably priced compared to a lot of other small plant shops these days! I also appreciated that they didn’t charge a repotting fee when you buy a pot with your plant-which is kind of a rarity these days. Most places add an additional fee for that. Will be my go to spot from now on!

Carlie Phillips: Awesome plant store. Tons of healthy plants, lots of options for pots, will drill hole in the pot for you.

Kyle Huber: This is, hands down, the best plant shop in the city. The staff are knowledgeable and super helpful. Prices are very reasonable compared with other shops nearby.

Tamara Logan: We found a great selection of very healthy plants. Stag was very helpful.

Rosso Gardens: what do users think?

Cory Campbell: . She helped me load it into the car, with no loss of tree limbs or dirt!

Elmer Andersen: Very knowledgeable and customer friendly

Cody Hallock: Удивительный выбор. Хорошие цены. Легкие покупки. Вам нужно растение. Идите сюда.

Lisa Leingang: Отличный сервис. Очень дружелюбный, услужливый и информативный. Помогли мне выбрать замечательные растения. Не могу дождаться, чтобы вернуться еще.

Joey Milano:
