He helped us pick out some perfect pet friendly plants that will work in our apartment setup and with our very beginner plant knowledge. I also appreciated that they didn’t charge a repotting fee when you buy a pot with your plant-which is kind of a rarity these days. Most places add an additional fee for that. Will be my go to spot from now on!

Melissa McCarthy-Bates: The shop is beyond my expectations when I arrived. GREAT variety of plants from beginners to expert/rare level plants. From easy maintenance to high maintence plants/varieties. The owner was working and spent time to show me best tips and tricks for each plant I bought. Her level of service was superior to any experience ibe had at a shop before. Lots of pots and decor items. I highly recommend looking here for your plant decor needs.

Paul Carr: The friendly and helpful staff at the Magnolia Garden Center helped me select and plant flowers in several large flower pots in my yard. Plants went in early this spring and have been evolving beautifully ever since. Never had such success with potted flowers before.

E NS: and it just looks so good thank you.Besides that, the accessibility and parking are so easy in this neighborhood. If I ever moved far away, I would definitely have this be my go to nursery in the area. It might be a personal preference, but the shopping experience of going to a smaller place like this, versus a bigger place like Swanson’s feels way more relaxing. Some people have mentioned it is expensive but that’s most places are when you live in a city like this.. If you want affordable you’ll have to spring for Home Depot 😭- I reported Stephen Jones review to google

Jae: This shop was a phenomenal place to get tattooed. I have tons of other pieces from other shops, and none have come close to the quality and care I got from Joe. During the tattoo session I had, I was already thinking about what I should get from him or his wife next. I highly recommend this place for tattoos, and their plants looked fantastic as well. The tattoo is healing perfectly too!

Even the small 2" plants [many stores tend to not have them well developed-since they are cheaper] had very strong roots, as evident from when I repotted them.2. The owner, Aleisha, is very kind and helpful in giving any advice related to my plants' health [even for the plants that I didn't get from her]. This goes to show how passionate she is in general about helping people with their plants.3. They have a very diverse variety of plants ranging from ones that are local to Washington as well as ones that are hard to find in the Pacific North West.4. I also feel the plants are much more affordable [compared to similar stores in Seattle as well as Lower Queen Anne].Thanks Aleisha and keep up the great work!
