Chua Zheng Yang: Amazing service. One of my braces chain fell out and as I’m going through braces treatment overseas, I couldn’t approach my own orthodontist. I had to circle through many clinics, many of whom rejected me citing the need for appointment and lack of tools. However, Riolu Orthodontics not only fixed it for me immediately, they did so free of charge as well. Very impressive and accommodating service to a foreigner.

Max P: Doctor Riolo and his staff have been the most professional, patient, understanding and honest set of individuals I have ever encountered.It all started when one of my friend’s recommended Dr. Riolo for his amazing skills as an Orthodontist.When I first met up with Dr. Riolo, he took his time with explaining the whole process from A to Z about Lingual Braces. The quote he said that stood out for me was that “my teeth may not be perfect but they will look MUCH BETTER”. Considering how crooked my teeth were, the progress was as perfect as it could get.Immediately along with his assistant Cali we created an action plan for my teeth. I got my teeth scanned and before I knew it I had Lingual Braces. Every couple weeks I had my adjustments and all of my concerns were promptly addressed.Another example of how amazing Dr. Riolo is, one time I was on a jet ski and my bracket popped open. It was a Sunday morning and I texted Dr. Riolo about what had happened. He came on his day off on Sunday night and opened his practice just to fix my bracket. That incident showed me that Dr. Riolo truly cares for his patients and is a man of his word. Towards the end of my treatments I requested a few of my teeth to be reshaped and once again Dr. Riolo made it happen while making my teeth look exceptional. I always felt very understood.As a healthcare worker myself I can honestly say that Dr. Riolo does an outstanding job and goes above and beyond at being a MASTER AT HIS CRAFT. Because of this, the process took more than a year longer than it normally would have and required many more appointments. He and his dedicated team are extremely client-oriented and ensure you get the optimal outcome. I had a lingual braces treatment to fix years of grinding, and it was so unobtrusive that several friends had no idea I was going through the treatment. I would highly recommend at least meeting Dr. Riolo for a consultation, as his approach and demeanor inspires a lot of confidence in the process and the ultimate outcome.
Madison MacDonald: I had to get braces at 30 years old due to a bite alignment issue. Getting them done with Riolo Orthodonics was great because they offer lingual braces, which attach to the back of your teeth and are basically invisible. You pay one upfront cost and all appointments and adjustments are included in the cost, so there's no hidden fees. Also the office and staff were very professional. I would recommend them!

Brett Kingsbury: Within weeks of my daughter completing orthodontic care at Nelson Orthodontics, my daughter was in a major skiing accident that caused significant facial trauma, including injury to the jaw and teeth. After 3 months of stabilizing and healing, we finally got back into Dr. Nelson for a full orthodontic assessment, and Dr. Nelson knew exactly how to help - he recommended 10-12 months of additional orthodontic work to get her bite and teeth realigned again, and all at no additional cost! We were incredibly touched that he would volunteer so much of his time and expertise to help my daughter heal. It warmed our hearts, and we are still riding high from it. Nicole H: Our family has been cared for by Dr. Lyons and her team for the last decade and I can honestly say it has been the best experience. Her office is beautiful with state of the art treatment plans, and it has been very easy to schedule appointments which accommodate our very busy schedules. Dr. Lyons has been there for us during some very complicated acute emergencies. She literally saved my front teeth after I had a bad fall from a running accident, knowing exactly how to talk me through the shock of what had happened while splinting them such that they healed perfectly. She also was able to immediately help us diagnose and coordinate specialty care for my daughter who was having migraines and jaw pain. After seeing my children's beautiful smiles, I myself have decided to start invisalign this month. I have been to the office a few time during COVID and am very impressed by the office and their protocols. I highly recommend Dr. Lyons!

Norman Oro: I've been going to Dr Wong's office since I had braces put on in August 2022. Going through the options, pricing, etc to straighten my teeth was simple and transparent. My experiences visiting the office to adjust my braces have also been good. The staff are professional, capable and friendly. When things have gone wrong with my braces, it's always been easy to set up an appointment to correct the issue.

Amanda, my treatment coordinator, was PHENOMENAL and has even gotten me excited about getting braces as an adult. Who knew!? They also have very flexible payment options which is nice. Jenna Hawkes: Where do I begin? My journey started with a periodontist when I decided I was unhappy with the unevenness of my gum line and also wanted to get an existing tooth implant redone. Luckily for me, my sister convinced me to go in for a consult at Dr. Wong’s practice before moving forward with any other procedures. Long story short, because of Dr. Wong, I was able to have the implant permanently removed and the space closed, I no longer need my gum line fixed by a periodontist, and my teeth are much straighter all within a year and a half. I had braces as a teenager through a different orthodontist, so I know what it’s like to be treated by someone who doesn’t care about your experience and ultimately your results. Dr. Wong is the complete opposite, he has a solutions oriented approach and a positive disposition. To sum it up, DW is not just an orthodontist, he’s an artist and a genius who i have immense respect for and happily drive up from Portland to see!

I went to him for bite issues and headaches related to a car accident involving a semi truck, so my case has been pretty complex. He's worked with my oral surgeon and is always generous and patient, and he genuinely cares about his patients and it really shows in the way he runs his office and practice. I dont have the words to express how lucky I feel to have wound up in his office for this whole process - he's the best.

Kari Szul: I came under Dr. Truong’s care over 2.5 years ago, as a referral from an office in NYC, where I had a bad orthodontia experience. Aria C: I have been going to L&V for a few years now due to my own fault. The doctors are great. The staffs were great too until I had a very uncomfortable phone call today. I requested to get my last name change due to a bad and abusive divorce. I requested this in June when I was in the office and explained my situation. But, I guess they forgot to adjust my invisalign profile. All of my new invisalign boxes had my previous last name. My actual last name is Armand which is simple to pronounce. The scheduler kept saying arMAN-d and laughed when I corrected him. I was trying to be understanding and thought maybe it's just a mispronounciation but it happened multiple times. I guess it was funny to say Man-d to someone who just told them about their abuse. I think my rating is generous after that experience.

We can feel the pride you all take in their work. Dr. Koh is an experienced leader.I wish the integrity and good relationship run deep and long.Below are the journey so far. TL;DR1st visit, Dr. Koh answered many questions from us. Karen put in the first pair of spacers. Diane talked us through the payment options and treatment process, which includes dozens of visits over 14-16 months. Karen made a mold of my son’s lower teeth for a biting plate.2nd visit, Dr. Koh and Ellie put in second pair of spacers and lower bite plate. Ellie made a mold for my son’s top teeth. This mold will be used to fit the expander.3rd visit, Allie and Dr. Koh tried to put in top expander. The lab didn’t make the top expander to the specifications provided by Dr. Koh, it should have a 12 mm screw but a 8 mm one was used. We have to come back in another appointment after our trip to DC to put in the expander. Karen took another mold of the top teeth, raspberry flavor. And she put in the third pair of spacers right in between top back teeth. Dr. Koh may call us to come in tomorrow to put in a new bite plate, since the first bite plate was too thin, it doesn’t really prevent the top teeth from going to the back of lower front teeth.

Compared with another complimentary exam at a different Orthodontist, who merely looked in my daughter’s mouth for less than a minute and DID push for expensive expanders, we were quite pleased with Sorensen!

One staff member in particular did a fantastic job with all aspects of the service -- changing wires, adding / removing the brackets, etc. My teeth aren't perfect right now, but it's likely because I had to end my service before my treatment was officially over

Austin Chau: Dr. Lovrovich and the team at Lovrovich Orthodontics have been one of the best dental experiences I have had! I was initially told by other dentist that I may need jaw surgery to correct my teeth, but lovrovich was able to correct my smile with just invisalign. Because of the nature of my teeth prior to invisalign and TERRIBLE biteline this journey has been long, but the end result is wonderful!! My teeth are now straight and my biteline is nearly perfect, and that is due to Dr. Lovrovich patient carefully crafted plan to help. There are other invisalign knock offs, but getting the real thing and the service that comes along with it is WORTH it as you are seen regularly to see if you are on track with your plan, and to even get rescanned if you are not satisfied.I also have to give quick shoutout to Stacey the dental hygienist who always takes the extra time to explain band placement, customized aligners if they are uncomfortable or just answer questions if needed. She really does go out of her way to help people. Melissa the scheduling coordinator is also extremely friendly, and does a great job at trying to fit people in with their schedule!

My daughter has exposed teeth so not straight forward. The doctor always answered my daughter’s questions with patience, addressed her concerns and explained the details and options. Her staff is also amazing. There seems never ending questions and forms from our insurance. William has been on top of it and effectively driving the process. It’s a great orthodontist office to work with as as they think the best interest of the patient.

Him along with Ms. Mary are the best, hands down. I have to travel a good distance to get to GO Dental, but believe me when I say this place is great!! I have always had great experiences over the years, so I keep coming back. Great work, great conversation, great people!! For sure!!!!!

Just a statistic: Dr. Michael Huynh and his staff are extremely professional and friendly individuals. I've been going here for years and everything has always been top notch. Pre Covid, unsure of hours now, they were even open on Saturdays which made it ultra convenient to set appointment outside of my typical work week grind. I rarely write reviews, but their great service warrants more "word of mouth." No pun intended. Thanks everyone at GO Dental!
Kelly McCallum: Extremely precise, delicate and virtually no pain. I was impressed initially by not even feeling anything while receiving Novocain for delivery of numbing dose. From there Dr Huynh explained the entire procedure, providing comfort throughout his detailed and professional dental service. I would recommend his clinic to anyone who would like to visit a clinic that is friendly, efficient and pain free. They accepted insurance and were very flexible with schedule at my convenience. Professional, clean and impressive!
