Nicole H: Our family has been cared for by Dr. Lyons and her team for the last decade and I can honestly say it has been the best experience. Her office is beautiful with state of the art treatment plans, and it has been very easy to schedule appointments which accommodate our very busy schedules. Dr. Lyons has been there for us during some very complicated acute emergencies. She literally saved my front teeth after I had a bad fall from a running accident, knowing exactly how to talk me through the shock of what had happened while splinting them such that they healed perfectly. She also was able to immediately help us diagnose and coordinate specialty care for my daughter who was having migraines and jaw pain. After seeing my children's beautiful smiles, I myself have decided to start invisalign this month. I have been to the office a few time during COVID and am very impressed by the office and their protocols. I highly recommend Dr. Lyons!

Chua Zheng Yang: Amazing service. One of my braces chain fell out and as I’m going through braces treatment overseas, I couldn’t approach my own orthodontist. I had to circle through many clinics, many of whom rejected me citing the need for appointment and lack of tools. However, Riolu Orthodontics not only fixed it for me immediately, they did so free of charge as well. Very impressive and accommodating service to a foreigner.

Max P: Doctor Riolo and his staff have been the most professional, patient, understanding and honest set of individuals I have ever encountered.It all started when one of my friend’s recommended Dr. Riolo for his amazing skills as an Orthodontist.When I first met up with Dr. Riolo, he took his time with explaining the whole process from A to Z about Lingual Braces. The quote he said that stood out for me was that “my teeth may not be perfect but they will look MUCH BETTER”. Considering how crooked my teeth were, the progress was as perfect as it could get.Immediately along with his assistant Cali we created an action plan for my teeth. I got my teeth scanned and before I knew it I had Lingual Braces. Every couple weeks I had my adjustments and all of my concerns were promptly addressed.Another example of how amazing Dr. Riolo is, one time I was on a jet ski and my bracket popped open. It was a Sunday morning and I texted Dr. Riolo about what had happened. He came on his day off on Sunday night and opened his practice just to fix my bracket. That incident showed me that Dr. Riolo truly cares for his patients and is a man of his word. Towards the end of my treatments I requested a few of my teeth to be reshaped and once again Dr. Riolo made it happen while making my teeth look exceptional. I always felt very understood.As a healthcare worker myself I can honestly say that Dr. Riolo does an outstanding job and goes above and beyond at being a MASTER AT HIS CRAFT. When necessary, the process was adapted to better support the child.One of our children has special needs and sensory processing issues and had a lot of anxiety about the orthodontic process. Because of this, the process took more than a year longer than it normally would have and required many more appointments. Dr. Riolo and his staff were unfailingly supportive and understanding throughout the entire process.Never once was our daughter made to feel uncomfortable because of her special needs, nor were we as parents. And we were never charged a penny more for all of the extra time and effort the team invested to ensure a great outcome for her.This doctor is an artist. Steven Hooper: Dr. Riolo is, hands down, the BEST orthodontist for busy people and working professionals. He and his dedicated team are extremely client-oriented and ensure you get the optimal outcome. I had a lingual braces treatment to fix years of grinding, and it was so unobtrusive that several friends had no idea I was going through the treatment. I would highly recommend at least meeting Dr. Riolo for a consultation, as his approach and demeanor inspires a lot of confidence in the process and the ultimate outcome.
Madison MacDonald: I had to get braces at 30 years old due to a bite alignment issue. Getting them done with Riolo Orthodonics was great because they offer lingual braces, which attach to the back of your teeth and are basically invisible. You pay one upfront cost and all appointments and adjustments are included in the cost, so there's no hidden fees. Also the office and staff were very professional. I would recommend them!

Instead of being a stressful experience, or relying on me to make my child comply, they made it an opportunity build trust with my child and create a healthy relationship with him. We can feel the pride you all take in their work. Dr. Koh is an experienced leader.I wish the integrity and good relationship run deep and long.Below are the journey so far. TL;DR1st visit, Dr. Koh answered many questions from us. Karen put in the first pair of spacers. Diane talked us through the payment options and treatment process, which includes dozens of visits over 14-16 months. Karen made a mold of my son’s lower teeth for a biting plate.2nd visit, Dr. Koh and Ellie put in second pair of spacers and lower bite plate. Ellie made a mold for my son’s top teeth. This mold will be used to fit the expander.3rd visit, Allie and Dr. Koh tried to put in top expander. The lab didn’t make the top expander to the specifications provided by Dr. Koh, it should have a 12 mm screw but a 8 mm one was used. We have to come back in another appointment after our trip to DC to put in the expander. Karen took another mold of the top teeth, raspberry flavor. And she put in the third pair of spacers right in between top back teeth. Dr. Koh may call us to come in tomorrow to put in a new bite plate, since the first bite plate was too thin, it doesn’t really prevent the top teeth from going to the back of lower front teeth.

I wanted to find the absolute best cosmetic dentist in the Seattle area, and after talking to a couple dentists I knew, and doing a lot of research, Kois came highly recommended. Tim McMichael: Kois Dentistry is without question the best dentistry clinic I've been to in my 65 years. The entire staff is personable, professional, non-judgmental, and understanding, while Dr. Kois himself is a rock star. Their facilities are state-of-the-art. I can honestly say that through four tooth extractions, several fillings, and the most thorough cleanings my teeth have ever had, I have not once felt even a glimmer of discomfort. In just a little over a year, the team at Kois has overcome my lifetime of less-than-positive dental experiences; for the first time ever I actually look forward to going to the dentist. Kois Dentistry has earned my highest personal recommendation.

Jennifer Wagner-Jones: I was very happy seeing the professionals at Dental Care Seattle this morning. I needed to switch dentists to a place that was still implementing common sense practices for airborne illness and they did not disappoint. There are large air purifiers running nearby in the cubicles and my dental hygienist, Tash, was wearing a well fitted NIOSH mask as she worked on me. It is also nice that X-ray was also in the same space, so walking around the office is unnecessary. The doctor, Brigitte, was kind and explained anything necessary to be done. Hannah was so helpful in helping to figure out a brief insurance snafu and quite patient as well. In all, a very positive experience.

Curtis Hilmes: A place I’m happy to visit for dental care. Due to a bad experience elsewhere I went a long time without seeing a dentist. When I came back I decided to give this place a try.I was happy to find the office welcoming and easy to work with. The staff has always been really friendly and helpful. I’m a little shocked by how much they remember about me between cleanings.I feel like I’m getting good care and am heard about my concerns around my dental health.The billing process has been somewhat in flux during my time. Sometimes I pay at my appointment, sometimes I’m mailed a bill, sometimes I’m asked to pay online. I’ve not been sure what to expect. But, it’s not a big deal and it seems to have settled down over the last year. I assume they were trying some admin changes at one point. They were always accommodating to me when it came to payment.Overall, a place I’m really glad I found and would recommend to anyone.

Also, my dental hygienist Kevin is the best! He's personable, extremely deft in his work, and is a natural educator. Finally, kudos to front desk group who are always on top of all the details of making the Center run smoothly. ADDENDUM: During my last cleaning/checkup I expressed concern about a dental-related health concern. Since Dr. Grey was out of the office that day, Kevin let me know Dr. Abedi would be able to consult with me. He listened carefully to my concern and followed up thoroughly. What a consistently excellent crew of medical providers and staff!!!

Aria C: I have been going to L&V for a few years now due to my own fault. The doctors are great. The staffs were great too until I had a very uncomfortable phone call today. I requested to get my last name change due to a bad and abusive divorce. I requested this in June when I was in the office and explained my situation. But, I guess they forgot to adjust my invisalign profile. All of my new invisalign boxes had my previous last name. My actual last name is Armand which is simple to pronounce. The scheduler kept saying arMAN-d and laughed when I corrected him. I was trying to be understanding and thought maybe it's just a mispronounciation but it happened multiple times. I guess it was funny to say Man-d to someone who just told them about their abuse. I think my rating is generous after that experience.
Gulo Himitsu: It has been wonderful being a client of Leone and Vaughn this past year and a half. My smile has never looked better and I couldn’t be happier. My final appointment with Cristal was phenomenal. I had some trepidations about what the final steps would be, and with the removal of the anchors. Cristal sat down with me and detailed out the whole process, she even took the time to take one more pass at removing my anchors and helped to settle any remaining nerves that I had.Such a great experience.
