Mary Sprague: I had knee replacement surgery in February of 2020. Dr. Clark is one of the most professional physicians I have ever come across. I was in the hospital for 3 days and he checked on me twice a day; even one day when he was scheduled off. When I returned home for my recovery I had to call him several times and he always promptly returned my calls. As one of the other reviewers stated, when you are in his office he makes you feel as if you are his only patient. My knee has since recovered; I am pain free and able to resume my normal activities. I would highly recommend Dr. Clark.

Stephen A: I went in for a shot of cortisone in each wrist for my carpal tunnel. Dr. Clark is outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable and made the process quick and as painless as possible. I have been to 2 other doctors for this issue and neither was as professional as Dr. Clark. He also provided me with information on a new procedure which I was unaware of that is not as invasive as the normal surgery. I will be seeing him again for sure!

My visits with Dr Reed always start with an xray to see the healing progress and to help him provide me with the best recommendations for further progress. Prior to surgery I had watched a handful of his YouTube videos to educate myself and I recommend any patient do the same. Almost all of your questions will likely be answered in the videos. He doesn't have the same dog and pony sales pitch at your first appointment that some doctors have. Simply put, he is likely the best doctor in the world for hip resurfacing and you are lucky if you meet his criteria to be in his patient group.The respect he had from the operating room staff was obvious as well. All that said, he does not strike me as a doctor that is going to coddle you and if that is what you need, keep looking. I would put myself at 90% recovered. After one month I began a "down to the studs" DIY house remodel project. After 2 months I began playing pickleball. I did not do any PT, but instead let my daily activities be my rehab. The hip feels like my original hip in every regard, except no pain now.

You have to list out any questions ahead of time and he will answer all of them. I had mine done between June -Aug 2017. I used to get tired when standing because of my hips being in the wrong position but not anymore bonus round.
