Sue Lee: It took quite a while to get in. It's the sign of the times, and they are extremely busy. But they are the nicest, especially Gage, and they do really, really good work. A lot of the same employees that worked for Stetners. If you have ever gone there before, it's the same quality of service.

Ryan Sturm: Paint Logic is a top of the line automotive paint and body shop. They only do absolute perfect work and go above and beyond to make sure your car is perfect. Negative review below is obviously vindictive or a troll, there is no way Chad and his crew gave did less than perfect work. We bring all of our personal and fleet vehicles here and wouldn't think twice about the quality of work and a fair price. They do high end and vehicles and commercial vehicles, all get their special touch. Go to this place, they are busy but will always make time to take a look and make a plan! Excellent!

Tony Xie: Lived in Capitol Hill. Not surprisingly someone smashed my window, even nothing is in my car... Anyway I noticed the incident at 17:45, raining hard, no window. I called Seattle Auto Pro, which is around 10 minute drive from my home, about whether they can apply a temporary window film for me. Google map said they close at 18:00, but eventually they work overtime for my window film. They charged a very reasonable price. I really appreciate their emergency help.....Nevertheless someone cut open the film at night, just to search my car again. Ridiculous...

One job was covered by insurance and they handled all the paper work in addition to doing a perfect job. On the other damage, which was minor, so not covered by insurance, they did the work quickly and at a very reasonable fee. Fleurys is my go-to place for car body damage.

I googled places near me and started calling down the list. I must’ve called over 10 shops and all were weeks out for estimates and repair appointments were in October and November. I called Fleury’s and described the damage to my car and they told me to bring it by and they would take a look. Mike came out and took a look at my car and about a minute later went back in for some tools. I thanked him for taking a look at my car so quickly. He told me that what’s wrong with the world is people aren’t willing to help other people and anyone could’ve looked at my car and realized it was a quick fix. After about 5 minutes my car was fixed and Mike told me to have a nice day and drive safe. It was one of the kindest experiences I’ve had in a really long time. dada bass: I was told it would be two weeks time. After 8 weeks, I picked up my car with the tank on E, and the car no longer works with the app associated with it doesn’t work. When I called a few hours later I was told to contact Mercedes, when I contacted Mercedes I was told to contact pacific auto body when I contacted pacific auto body again I was told they have nothing to do with it. After 14 thousand dollars later I have a car that is not the same as the one I left in their hands and no one I can contact in order to get a resolution. Poor service. No accountability. Totally feel used and abused.

He went above and beyond giving great customer service. He was very responsive to calls made to the shop with respect to repair status and progression. He delivered prompt responses. He was easy to work with and get along with during a stressful time. He easily knew how to address what seemingly was a hiccup by one of the car insurance companies as well. After Consulting to the Hospitality Industry for 30 years and coordinating the openings of over a dozen 4 and 5 star hotels and resorts and over 50 restaurants across the country and imbedding a culture of heart filled hospitality and genuine care, I was blown away with my experience at DeGrazia's Autobody. Not only did they do what they said what they would do, and expertly repair the damage to my 2007 Honda CRV sustained in a drive-through car wash, every staff person that I encountered, greeted me with a smile, interacted me with a caring attitude AND the entire staff hustles while they work. Demonstrating to me, that everyone is focused on every customer leaving happy. Great experience. I highly recommend them for repairing your damaged car parts!

My car was involved in a hit and run accident and a friend referred me to their shop. I have never been so thankful. Most shops were at least 6-8 weeks out, just for estimations. I called DeGrazia’s the day after the accident- Tony towed my car in 3 days later, ordered the necessary parts and got started on the repair right away. They were finished with the repairs and painting a few days later, and I got my car back less than a week after it arrived at their shop! sarah brown: DeGrazia’s is a family run business that has been doing this a long time and for good reason. They went above and beyond in fixing my car’s rear windshield, hatch, and bumper. They were honest about the timeline of repairs during a period when liftgates are on shortage and got me in sooner for an estimate than any other auto body shop in Seattle. This was great because it got the process going for ordering parts sooner. They dealt with the insurance company directly to ensure new parts were used and the windshield was calibrated correctly. My repaired car looks brand new thanks to their work. Special thanks to Steve who was very communicative and walked me through the estimate and process of how insurance works. It turns out he has a lot of experience in car insurance / appraisal work so I think that really helped to ensure my the insurance company covered the proper repairs.

I called around to multiple body shops in Ballard, North Seattle, Lynnwood and the East side. All were booked up for 2-4 months. Esther Varney: Had a fantastic experience with Skyway Auto Body after our car was hit and needed body work. They were able to get us in within a matter of weeks rather than scheduling months out as everyone else in the Seattle area was doing. The staff were very friendly and respectful, and responded quickly whenever I called. They took care of all the insurance dealings completely independently, which impressed me since they weren’t on our insurance company’s list of shops and I had assumed I’d need to be the go between. Work was done quickly and our car looks great! Only two minor cons I can think of are that I did need to reach out to get updates and the location is a bit tricky to exit - it’s on a busy road with limited visibility. That said, the communication is understandable for a small high demand business and one of the guys actually went out into the road to block traffic when I pulled out of their driveway so I felt very safe. I lucked out because I only live a few blocks from their location, but they are more than worth the drive for folks who don’t live nearby!

Billy Zimmerman: They did a wonderful job disassembling and preparing the car for repair, unfortunately our insurance company had something else in mind, and totaled it. I have seen work that they have done on other vehicles and it is first rate.
Marinda Chen: I found Big E Auto Rebuild from a Google search in my neighborhood and I'm so glad to have found them! My poor Kia SUV was broken into in Pioneer Square and I wanted a highly rated Auto BodyShop to help me fix all the damages. The first thing that impressed me was that the staff there were really attentive and detailed oriented. They worked with my insurance & did a great job repairing all the damages like smashed windows and scratched paint job with quality OEM parts & great workmanship. My car came back all fixed up and vacuum cleaned. They also car washed the exterior as well. I have been to a number of bodyshops and this is definitely the one to keep. 5 out of 5.

I did have to bring the car back to have the door adjusted post-repair as it wasn't opening as smoothly as the other doors, but they took it in and fixed it same day without an appointment. Giving 4 stars because my car smelled like nail polish remover and the smell has not gone away and I get a headache when driving the car. Of course I appreciate the attempt to clean the car but the products used to clean it were horrible. I literally have to drive with the car windows open to avoid a headache. However the service is good and repair was good.

I was informed it would be a while to repair with an older vehicle, trying to find parts and repair a 22 year old vehicle with only 64500 miles on it.Allen and Jody kept me informed of the progress when I called for updates. The repairs took a month to be completed, but I am completely satisfied. To be honest it took 3.5 months to get into the shop, but I was told upfront it could be this long.The repair is flawless and looks great.
