Mara U: The cupcakes are phenomenal with rich flavors, moist cake, and light frosting. The macarons are expensive and somewhat flavorless and not worth getting. The chocolate cupcake though is amazing and is a must for chocolate fans.
Taylor Russell: Good cupcakes, though their per-cake custom price is a little extreme... We know they're one of the best around so we paid it, but it's a "yellow flag" for us going forward. We provided custom toppers and they did an excellent job with our instructions and matching the decor. Great customer service from everyone I interacted with!

The frosting was a Swiss Meringue Buttercream and was the perfect amount of sweet. It wasn't too thick and really added to the cake rather than burrying it.The 6" was a good size for a group of 8 adults and we only ate about half of it so there was plenty for leftovers.

Aaron Cheng: Stayed in Seattle in Fremont and found this bakery within walking distance of where I was staying.Food - Amazing. The pretzels and savoury croissants were amazing. Theres a reason why even though my hotel offered free breakfast on site, I would still walk to the bakery for breakfast.Atmosphere was amazing as well! They had an open bakery where you were allowed to watch the bakers work, as well as a sitdown area for eating/drinking.Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommending to anybody hanging around in Fremont!

The fresh house-made English muffin hit all the right texture notes and the seasoning in the aioli enhanced everything it touched. My only regret is not having enough room to also try a pastry.

We originally were bummed because we couldn’t find a breakfast place that was quick but good menu options… this place will definitely be a must go to when we return back to Seattle!

Irene Williams: Wonderful pie! We got a mini pie to split between 2 people and it was the perfect size. The marionberry hazelnut was to die for. They have ice cream, soda, and hot drinks available to accompany the pie. There is indoor and outdoor seating, and you can get pies to eat there or to go. Good fast service and a clean interior. Sure it's a little pricy, but it's supremely good pie in a nice neighborhood next to the zoo, so what would you expect?

We tasted a wide range of innovative flavor combinations, and easily found something that we both loved. She was also able to accommodate dietary restrictions – making a small gluten-free, dairy-free cake to go along with the primary cake. She worked with us to keep us on budget and delivered a stunning and delicious cake. We kept the top for ourselves and enjoyed it during our honeymoon and we fully intend to order a small cake to celebrate our anniversary!

Nick W: I got pretty lucky on my birthday in 2021, my previous employer gave me this cake. I think it was from a wedding shoot we had got done doing. Anyways it was a Poppyseed cake with strawberry jam. It was incredible! I only wish you sold slices. The frosting itself was just a bit too sweet for my taste. I like very little sugar, but everything else was incredible.

How could you possibly make such fabulous cakes over and over again without a little bit of magic? My husband and I ordered a cake tasting box with six of her custom and unique flavors, and you know it’s a good problem to have when you struggle to choose just one. In the end, we went with one of her micro wedding cakes in the espresso pecan crunch flavor, which was so flavorful and fluffy with delicious crunchy pecan bites. We also asked her to add sugar flowers that matched our wedding flowers. It was definitely worth it. Her flowers added a beautiful custom touch that tied our dessert table into the rest of the wedding.We will absolutely be ordering an anniversary cake when the time comes. Sherry Fadely: I had an excellent experience with Carla at Honey Crumb when purchasing a cake for my recent wedding. She was very responsive, helpful and created a beautiful cake that complimented our wedding colors and flowers! I wanted to accommodate all my guests and serve gluten free cake and Honey Crumb was one of few who I could turn too. With Carla's guidance we chose a "micro wedding" cake to serve our 30 guests and not one bite was left over -- only the gorgeous sugar flowers! The cake was that delicious and almost everyone complimented it. Looks like I'll have to order another one for our first anniversary so I can have some, too! Thank you, Carla!

Courtney Cheng: I ordered a custom cake from Askatu, and they went above and beyond to make sure my nuanced dietary needs were all met. We exchanged several phone calls to finalize ingredient lists and flavor details, and they even further customized it when they realized I had a preference for one ingredient/flavor over another. The cake was delicious even with all the substitutes I had to make. As a baker myself, I felt very pleased and satisfied with the cake Askatu made for me. Will definitely come back for another cake in the future.

Maurice Gonzalez II: Absolutely delicious baked goods - and GLUTEN FREE! Taste and texture are not sacrificed in order to make their food gluten free it really is just that good. I’m visiting from Atlanta ga and wish we had something this good there. Wouldn’t strongly recommend to anyone looking for delicious baked goods - whether in need of gluten free foods or not. Also, staff is very welcoming and personable. Made my time in Seattle that much better.
Heather Foisie: We stopped by to see what they were all about and I'm so glad we did. All of their goods are beautifully crafted and I love the variety of creative flavors. I think my absolute favorites are their tea cakes. The citrus cardamom was out of this world incredible. They're also the kindest, most welcoming shop I think I've ever been to in downtown Seattle. We'll definitely be back!
LeRoux Matau: My new favorite place in Seattle. An actually allergen free bakery. I’m very allergic to dairy and sensitive to wheat so it’s a godsend to find tasty baked goods I can enjoy. I love coming here to try whatever new treat they’ve crafted. The different cookies, donuts, hand pies, and truffles I’ve tried have all been delicious. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Brightens my day every time I go in. Kris H: Got there 5 minutes before opening on Saturday. There were already 3 people in line. By the time it was turn to order there were 12 people behind me. Beautiful pastries, it's a good thing I don't live near by-very dangerous! Got the spinach and cheese, the mushroom, strawberry rhubarb, and tiramisu croissants. Also the strawberry cheesecake turnover.
Kelsi Elizabeth: The BEST pastries EVER! I got the pistachio cassis brioche and it was absolutely perfect. Everything here is so well made and beautiful. The Lamington Supreme is a must try. Full of flavor and tastes like nothing I’ve ever tried before. There is a few seating options inside and outside. The coffee was pretty good and went well with the food. They have both savory and sweet options.
Justin Bonanno: Oh my. I did a Toogoodtogo order here and all the pastries were absolutely banging. This place is the real deal. That app I used lets you pick up day old pastries for a discount. Definitely will be back to try them fresh because even the day old pastries were 10/10.

Mary Lee: One of the biggest worries during wedding planning was the food we would serve our guests. Blue Ribbon really stepped up to the plate and delivered some of the best wedding foods, as said by our guests! Planning with Kelsey was a pleasure - she was always so attentive and responsive to all questions and it was just so reassuring to have her on our awesome vendor team. Our complimentary tasting was a great experience, and Kelsey took careful note of our preferences that were perfectly executed on the big day. I wasn't able to get to the desserts they provided, but our guests thoroughly enjoyed them as well. My husband and I love their lavender lemonade!
Adam Hendricks: so I don't consider a few paper towels being on the floor a problem. The only thing I might change would be that my team would have liked to know the exact amount of time we had available prior to our arrival so that we could choose a dish that can be properly prepared in that amount of time or less. All in all it was a very unique and enjoyable experience and I would definitely do it again if the opportunity presented itself.

Maria Foster: My team did an Iron Chef competition w/Pike Place shopping event with Blue Ribbon Cooking and it was amazing! The team had a great time and was still raving about it days later. I've been setting up events for Google for 6+ years and this is the best reaction I've ever had at any of my events. The staff was so kind, organized and fun to work with. Everyone loved the aprons Blue Ribbon had embroidered for us and I can say from start to finish, we had a great time.

Grace Um: Blue Ribbon catered my baby shower, and I cannot recommend them enough. We probably called and researched 4-5 different caterers, and none of them matched Blue Ribbon's fantastic menu, friendliness and professionalism of their staff, ease of booking/payment, and just overall a wonderful experience. We were lucky enough to have Dave and his team for the event. So many of our guests commented what a lovely job they did and asked what catering company they were with. I only wish I wasn't so busy so that I could have eaten more of it! I give my highest recommendation to working with BRC and particularly Dave. I would hire them again, but luckily I will not need to have another wedding for myself!

Silvana is skilled in teaching the kids and we could not believe the delicious food that came home to us every evening. The quality of the food and the number of dishes/desserts the kids made each day was amazing. My daughter learned a lot and had a wonderful time.
Michal Cohen: came to Seattle to celebrate their Grandfather's 70th birthday. The day they spent with Silvana was the height of their vacation. They made 3 lovely and creative birthday cakes that our family are enjoying very much. Silvana has a profesional attitude and a way with children. The kiddos had a great time swinging on the zipline in the backyard, whacking the pinata with a rolling pin, and learning how to make truffles. They were excited to bring home the fruits of their labor: absolutely gorgeous truffles. The birthday cake was incredibly delicious. And also, Silvana was able to accommodate some pretty challenging food allergies. We will absolutely have a party with Silvana again!!

We've also amassed a large collection of recipes over the years, and the kids can recreate their favorite dishes and desserts at home.
