Susan Wiggs: Excellent selection of furniture many different price points. But the reason I'm such a fan of this shop is the service. One of the chairs we bought there a number of years ago broke, and they sent someone out to fix it free of charge. More recently, we had a great experience buying a special order sectional from Patrik. He was knowledgeable and extremely accommodating as he helped us get the perfect piece at the best price.

It's very stylish, very comfortable and you can feel how well made it is and how high quality the leather and other materials are. I've been working with DWR's customer service team for some time now trying to locate a replacement part for my generation of the chair. It's been quite the quest, indeed.Here to express my appreciation for a service team that is supporting the maintenance of a product that they didn't process themselves. It's left a very positive impression on me as a customer that they've been willing to help with this oddball case. It also reinforces that the manufacturer and its affiliates take lifelong product care seriously. Here's to hoping we can find the parts. Thank you regardless!
R Kaur: The store has a very personalised no nonsense customer service style which I appreciated, letting you walk through the store- the design associate would come over to help you out every few minutes, in case you have questions. After we shortlisted a few products Renee sat down with us and helped us with the shipping timelines before we ordered, along with recommendations for other pieces which we decided to think over before purchasing. Since these are high value purchases having someone work with us was wonderful. I highly recommend coming into the store rather than ordering online esp. to have a look at the visual merchandising to identify your particular style and inspiration for how you may want to set up your home.

After some issues with the table, two replacements later, I now have a story to share of what excellent customer service is all about. Erica: Roche Bobois were present so we were already feeling at home. Mom found a beautiful "dolphin" leather/wood/chrome chair by Cedric Ragot, French industrial designer. Well worth the $6k+ including ottoman. It's really a sweet feat of fluid architecture, creating motion within the wood and outward. Or as I call it, a leather chair with a PORPOISE!

Friday Hunt: My review is from the other end. I love his mid- century modern style, when we downsized we consigned several large pieces of furniture and are very pleased at the professionalism there.He is clear, organized, and prices things to sell quickly but also making enough for both parties to be happy with a 59/50 split.He will also consign IKEA pieces if their style fits in, but at a lower price to make sure they will sell.The shower room is always clean, and there is enough space to display all the pieces attractively.All in all, I’m very happy, and if I needed any furniture that type, I would definitely shop there.

Flowers, doughnuts, and a lifestyle store - it's a trifecta of perfection.What sets them apart is not only their warm customer service but also their thoughtful collection of under-the-radar, new, and established designers, each offering quality and timeless appeal. Additionally, the beautifully curated line of children's clothing, along with a charming mix of vintage toys, books, and other household wares, is a treat for the eyes. I dropped by last week, and Abigail made me feel so welcome, offering several great suggestions and ideas for a dress that ultimately led me to find one at their online store.Pro tip: I highly recommend joining their newsletter and following them on IG. They have outstanding, generous sales, and their shipping speed is truly remarkable. For instance, I ordered an item from their CA store on Saturday morning, and I received it before noon in Seattle on Monday – and with free shipping with a personalized note!

Yü Wu: Stopped by Flora and Henri the other day and found it chic and neat. They have all sorts of random stuff nicely displayed, their products are quite unique and interesting, but overall it's a bit all over the place without a clear central theme. There are some clothes, home goods, books, kids' toys, etc, you'll have a fun time here if you simply enjoy wandering around in a beautiful boutique.

It's apparent the owners thought carefully about the lifestyle products they wanted to carry and didn't just dropship everything like most boutiques do these days. There were a lot of delightful products to play with in your hands and books to thumb through curiously.

David Fischer: This is the gold standard of shopping centers in Seattle. Forget Bellevue Square, this has better stores. The top brands are all here with a much wider selection of stores and restaurants, not just a bunch of fast feeders, clothing and jewelry stores like most malls. We always like checking this place out when in central Seattle.
