Virginia Mason Hospital and Seattle Medical Center: what do users think?

Veronika Gonzales: Have been coming to this Hospital for ever and never had any problems at all, we must understand that doctors and nurses are needed globally and if you don’t find out for your self , do not believe other people, maybe they had an attitude and got the same back at them. Is all about understanding that being Angel is not that easy when is a lot that sometimes don’t work.Probably 30 years and haven’t had a bad experience on the contrary good service.

Steve Sowell: The staff at Virginia Mason is by far the best service I've ever received from a hospital. From the Friendly staff during check -in, to the nurses and doctors. Was recommended by a coworker to check them out, and I'm so glad I did.

emanuel richardson: I just had my left hip replaced with Dr Clabeaux Jonathan, great surgeon, totally successful, I’m recommending him for any orthopedic procedures. This was my second surgery with him. I have two new hips within 2 years period. Everything from beginning to the end was very smooth at Virginia Hospital. Thank you doctor for helping me walking normal again with no pain.

Ryan Handler: is an absolutely amazing human being!! Very friendly and kind, a very genuine person who deserves a shoutout for simply being a good person. You guys had great service elsewhere as well, but I wanna give a special shoutout to her for sure!!

Steve Gratteau: Good directions to get around. Love the maze!

Harborview Medical Center | Seattle Hospital: what do users think?

Jessica Obrien: Highly recommend this hospital! Not only did they save a loved one they were empathetic, had great bed some manor towards the patient and the family. They also continued to treat after discharged from facility. The doctors and nurses were more than willing to answer questions and give options during the most difficult time in my life so far. Thank you to the great staff of Harborview!

Nora Cisneros: After years of searching for an answer, my symptoms were here, the best hospital, the best care and the best Medical staff I have dealt with in years. Thanks to all the staff at this hospital, I am alive now and managing my medical situation in the best way with the attention and follow-up of their doctors, who are respectful, compassionate, kind and very professional.

ROBIN SUTTON: They were Absolutely Amazing!! EVERYONE!!!!

Jenn Castro “Pepper Kan” Camacho: The hospital and staff were fantastic! Everything you would want in healthcare providers. The only problem was parking! This is a huge issue. Was circling the parking structures for 1 whole hour before there was an open slot... And the parking garage had actual traffic! It was horrible. The worst part..that time you spend LOOKING for parking... You have to pay for that, too!

Kay Staffenhagen: My grandson has been at Harborview since 3/26 due to a horrible car accident. The night of the accident on 3/24, he had coded blue but was almost instantly revived. Had so many internal injuries, Providence on Colby in Everett stated the prognosis was not good. They kept him alive and transferred him to Harborview. After 8 surgeries, the compassionate care and amazing doctors and nurses he is still with us today. He has a long way to go, but he is healing. Thank you so much to all at Harborview. He wouldn't be here without you.

Peter Hames: I recently visited my brother in the ICU. I want to say thank you for all the great care and communication from all the medical team that cared for him. My family felt the compassion from each and everyone involved in his care.Thank you from the bottom of my Heart!

Julietita Kerubin (Julietita): Excellent

Laurie Gates: I have to take my sister there every three to four months. Everyone is very caring and professional.

Charlie Mosiman: Efficient as usual

Dom Fetherston: . Thank you to the staff who work hard AND who include warmth, good communication and healing in their skill sets.

Richard Gori: My wife had a cervical fusion ayUWMC and I have to say she was and is being treated fabulously. The support is amazing from the CNA, RN, PT, OT and Social Services. This is by far her best hospital experience.

Olivia Szabo: I had an excellent experience in the ER here. The staff did their best to lighten the mood and provided "little comforts" that made a difference - even though I could tell they were slammed. Every staff member I interacted with was very kind and patient. Dare I say a "pleasant" trip to the ER.

Kindred Hospital Seattle - First Hill: what do users think?

mini ripperton: This is not an easy job to have. Especially when you're so short-staffed. While we were at the harborview hospital those nurses were horrible. The nurses here are actually talking about recovery. They're only doing what they can with what they have left. Which after harbor view isn't much. I think the people who work here are really good at what they do. And they're very careful because of the work they do. It's not easy working in a place like this I'm sure. I thank you for keeping my son alive. I will forever be grateful to this hospital no matter how long he lives.

Austa de la cruz: I’m not sure why people have such bad things to say about this place. My husband is currently here, has been for a few weeks, and has received better care here than he did in the icu at Valley. Anytime I or his family have had a concern about something the nurses, pulmonologist and /or pa’s as well as his case manager have made sure to be available to answer any questions and address our concerns. My husband came here with an infected trach tube, which valley said and did nothing about and the wound care team has been great at taking care of it and it is healing very nicely. There have been no issues with my husbands skin as they clean him well and turn him frequently. When I read the reviews on here I was initially very concerned but they have exceeded what these reviews gave me the impression of. The staff that work here are human and can’t be perfect but they try to do everything they can. Maybe more people should have a little grace for the people that are working so hard to care for your loved one, you have no idea how hard their job is physically and mentally.

Greg W: Thank you all the hard working folks who cared for our son Paul.

Mike Berkey: The staffing here very nice I appreciate the care about me and treatment they look out for there patients. The food is decent..

Kike Luciano: Very clean Hospital and clean environment, very friendly Medical Staff and Case Workers very helpful they really took good care of my wife Long Term Care.

Bradley Inniss: . She made me feel safe and taken care of. Right along side her was Princess, any compliant I had or issue, it was quickly and smoothly addressed by Princess. As a healthcare worker myself, I was extremely impressed how Princess. She advocated for me from dietary issues with the kitchen to having doctors addressed my needs when I felt I was not being heard. My family was also very pleased with Princess and Catherine professionalism and ability to follow through on task. As a fellow nurse, I was grateful for the nursing and CNA staff. They are some names I cannot recall but staff like Duncan, Roman and many others really were attentive to my care and had me, who has over 10 years in healthcare, impressed and would give them 10/10 for their care, advocating, ability to motivate, encourage and stay on task. From the kitchen, I would like to thank Dedrea who to me has gone above and beyond on the call of duty. She always made sure to try to get the menu, diet taken care of and was always a joyful spirit when collecting orders. When she was not there, it felt like the kitchen did whatever they want. She single handedly appeared to keep the kitchen staff on there toes and would even collect orders for the days she would be off but on those days the kitchen staff appeared to not follow the dietary orders which could be problematic. When it came to occupational therapy, She was extraordinary and really got me through tough sessions that increased my progress tremendously. Daniel, Melissa and other staff from PT services are top of the line. Truly people dedicated to the care of their patients. I found that I progressed extremely quickly and much faster than anyone thought I would but most importantly, safely. I want to take this time to thank Kindred’s staff for taking care of me. Thanks to Dr. Co and the provider staff for their care.

Amy Myles: The staff was amazing! Beginning with people such as Princess H and Catherine H who kept track of my care. Thank you!

Brian Nall: Great place to work. We have many caring professionals here doing their best to help patients. No one is perfect, but we are striving to improve on everything we do each day.

Howard West: I have to agree on April 24th of 2024 The post-op surgical nurse Melissa, did everything In her power to listen to me. I have been clean for 3 months now. I did not want any opiates narcotics or anything like that. She fought for me all day long with the pain specialist The pain specialist wanted to put me on narcotics. She did not let him do it. She was on my side the whole way and I enjoyed her company. She helped me through everything that day. She even found me a nurse on South 4 floor who? She went to school with and had an extra bed for me. I think she did. At least I don't know what she did but they found but they did. They found me a nice that will fight for me up there and she fought for me too. I enjoyed my stay. It was only a one night stay but I enjoyed it. I will not change anything that I did that day. I stood up for myself and it paid off the nurse. Listen to me and fought for my for my rights to not have narcotics. Thank you, Melissa

Mikey34549: Everyone here is wonderful!!! I got a lung transplant here. Great place with great people!

Lawrence Keller II: Had a situation that required a 4 day stay , everyone was so accommodating, even got a date with a super cute CNA, been dating 5 months now 🙏✝️

Pterodactyl Treason: and my new donor heart. Because this hospital had an ECMO system, i survived my transplant. My hart/lvad had adhered to my lung which caused bleeding in the lung. It quickly filled with blood and continued to bleed for 84 minutes. It was only after inserting a catheter using fluoroscopy that they were able to control the bleeding. By that time my lung was severely drenched and the decision to put me on ECMO while i recovered was made. I remained OCM for days while my left lung recovered. There was a fear of losing my left lung as well brain injury from blood loss. I remained unconscious for 5 days. When i woke up, i was unable to speak do to vocal cord damage from long term intubation.

Atreu Maxworth: In the name of our lord and savior Jesus Christ, bless this hospital and its staff. Work through them and give them strength. Look over them and guide their hands and hearts. Thank you for making them special and imbibing them with your grace. Fit them with your most glorious armor as they do battle on behalf of their patients. Send a fleet of angels to lay wings upon the inhabitants of this building. Give all who enter comfort and peace. In nam your we trust and pray. Amen

Jolene Griffith: This is the best hospital I've ever known to exist. I was life flighted here pregnant with possible heart failure, and every nurse, doctor, and general hospital staff gave me and my baby the very best care. Every day, I was blown away with their kindness, expertise, and respect they showed me and my family. From the janitorial staff to the top administrators proved to be more than I could have imagined! I want to thank you for being so good to us!

Anna Totten: The best medical treatment I have ever received! UW took wonderful care of my mom while she was dealing with cancer as well. Parking is easy enough, I recommend the triangle garage. Every single provider I’ve seen here has made me feel cared for. From a surgeon to rehab doctors to physical and occupational therapists. I’m even willing to travel an hour to get there for weekly appointments and sit in traffic on my way home.

Superior Skill: Your Neurology and Rahab are great

Sheila: Phenomenal care - Heart Institute w/doctors, nurses, and staff. Thorough, caring, persistent ...

Red Devil: Good support for students and teachers 👏🏻

Yvonne Christensen: My family and I were treated extremely well. My husband waspleased with the care given, the kindness, and the personal attention. Doctor Schade took time to call me the wife to tell me how the procedure went.

Thomas Michael: Overall, very good experience. The quality of care for my daughter was top-notch. If I had any complaints, it would be that the security guard checking us in at Ocean six was incredibly rude. He was probably early 30s, dark hair. Didn’t catch the name. Really dark energy, And really super rude. As the first person that I interact with coming into a Children’s Hospital, which is already a stressful, generally serious situation, you guys should have somebody with excellent bedside manner. That dude was the opposite. Please consider firing him. Thank you that is all.

katayoon fasihiani: NAKAMURA, JORDAN HARUO have been incredibly friendly and attentive during each of my son’s appointments! Always a great experience at sports therapy.

Muzammal JAVED: We came today along my 8yrs old daughter, because she was not feeling well. We have been taken care of very well. Sarah Agtarap was a nurse practitioner who took care of her.We were highly satisfied with her care, concerns, advice and knowledge. She was very careful not to hurt my daughter 's throat while swabing her for infectionWe highly appreciate their support and hardworking.

Brieanne H: Dr. Meehan is beyond a 5 star surgeon. He has been my son's main surgeon since he was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma. He removed my son's 6lb melon sized tumor completely with no complications and negative margins. Then most recently, my son had a partial bowel obstruction from adhesions. He removed all adhesions without creating perforations in the bowel and did not have to resect any portions of the bowel.I highly recommend him as a surgeon. Not only did he perform the surgeries well but his bedside manner is phenomenal. He made us feel comfortable during very hard times of waiting for surgeries and recovery. He explained all of the procedures and challenges to us perfectly. We have had struggles with many struggles during our sons treatment at Children's. He just happened to be the kid that ran straight into every single obstacle he possibly could instead of leaping over them. We spent probably a total of 8 months all together inpatient at Children's and really worked hard with us during these moments. They allowed us to express our frustrations and worked with us to make things possible.I attached 2 pictures, one of my son where we started vs today. Thank you Children's for making this possible.

Isabelle Peron: at the cutting edge of what can be done today. Doctors, staff who fight very hard to try to save, to cure, to find new treatments. A very strong relationship with patients and families. Thank you very much for receiving foreign patients. Thoughts of Matéo 💕😢, Madigan 💕😢, Robin 😢,The following is not for children's but is very IMPORTANT.A word to all the laboratories

Tiffany My: The people in ER are so wonderful. My daughter is 18months and had something stuck on her pupil, so you can imagine how difficult it would be to pin down a baby to get it removed. They were knowledgeable, professional and very sweet to my girl. We were there for 2 1/2 hours with the procedure alone took less than 10 min. I’m very grateful

John Portillo: Changed my life fr fr💪🐢

J: My toddler had their first ever surgery recently and we had a great experience. Please utilize Child Life services — toys were given and kept them busy. The CLS also introduced the gas mask in a fun way that was tailored to my tot’s interests. No tears were shed. We were given a phone and was updated on our tot’s surgery. We also had the case # which was listed in different areas of the hospital. We ate in the cafeteria while keeping an eye out on our tot’s case. A smooth overall experience 💯

Amber Hawkesworth: My son was transfered by ambulance to Children's late at night. The nurses checked us in immediately and got us settled in the emergency room. They were sweet and even brought us a big tray of snacks and food. They informed us that there were no rooms available upstairs and we would have to wait until morning. That was the only uncomfortable part. We had no blankets, pillows and we were up for more then 24 hrs with an extremely sick baby. We got admitted the next morning. That room was our home for the next 5 days. Doctors and nurses worked endlessy and gave AMAZING care to our son. In the end he was diagnosed with Kawasaki Disease. Because of the doctors and nurses my son will not have long term side effects. This hospital is amazing.

Kaiser Permanente Capitol Hill Campus: what do users think?

Rick R: Primary Care visit with Dr Roberts at Kaiser Wa Capital Hill. Visit was scheduled in 1 week. Assistant and Dr Roberts provided excellent care!

Jane Nipius: The doctor and nurse are nice. But I spent 61 min parking at the garage. I got charged $5 for parking. I was waiting in line for the first person to pay. By the time it is my turn I got hit for $5 parking fee due to 1 min over the free parking time. I would suggest some grace period, like 5 min. Just do not feel good about this: too cold blooded new parking fee. I am not happy about it.

Megan Fisher: Dr. Miranda Eisman at Kaiser OBGYN is an excellent provider. She is incredibly thoughtful, patient, and knowledgeable. I felt listened to and safe. If you can see her, you are lucky!

Stephen McCallister: The "main building" is really two buildings, north and south. Parking is tough in the neighborhood, although the facility has underground patient parking, free for short periods but paid for longer visits. Disabled parking is available, but keep in mind it's a few levels down in the garage, not on the first level of parking. And speaking of parking, you validate/pay in the south building before heading to the elevator. Overall, this place is clean and functional, if a bit institutional-feeling.

Ozella Rose: Urgent Care at Kaiser Capitol Hill was the best I have ever experienced. Dr. Jonathan Scheffer and the medical team was knowledgeable and provided me with care that was personable, and professional.

Valeria Aguilar: This is the best quality of care and service ever received in any other hospital. Staff is responsible and professional in any way . Thanks Kaiser Permanente.

Kathy Hoxit: The care I received at Kaiser Urgent Care was exceptional. Roland and the attending physician went above and beyond to remove my ear wax. Frankly,It was better than similar care I have received at the doctor's office. Urgent Care seemed light years ahead in their practice. Kudos to Urgent Care on Capitol Hill in Seattle.

Robert Bamford: Dr made thorough assessment & clear explanation

Carol Dorothy: Dr.Azeem and his staff are nice, attentive, thorough, and they answer all my questions at each of my visits.

Joseph Douglas: It's a hospital. Not much you can expound on

Lacey Pierce: Dr Alexander Yuen Hin Hui and all assistants were very kind, patient, helpful and knowledgeable in clarifying all of my questions. I really felt cared for.

Kathleen Michaud: Very good patient care and great team of nurses, MAs and doctors

Garrett Betancourt: There was ZERO wait time. Also, all levels of the process were incredibly comfortable. Check in, triage, nurse and doctor were all very nice people and cared very much about my situation.I LOVE THIS MEDICAL FACILITY!

WYLIE MARAAN: Everyone was so amazing. There was zero wait time to be seen. I don't even think I made it to the waiting room before they called my name. All the nurses and doctors were so friendly.

Hannah Baek: Wanted to share our experience since there are of course many extremely positive and extremely negative experiences that tend to prompt reviews. My partner needed to be seen for a possible broken thumb Sunday night. This is the order of events:9:40pm - Checked In9:43pm - Immediately triaged9:55pm - X-ray done of hand with tech10:20pm - Received and reviewed X-ray results/diagnosis with physician10:35pm - Physicians fitted a brace and answered any lingering questions10:40pm - Out the doorWe were in and out within an hour, and luckily it seemed almost no one else were there at the time. Our treatment was kind but efficient, although one of our main concerns maybe could have been addressed a little more thoroughly. I have no reservations about returning if we need to follow up or have another accident.

Linda Pan: I am Pan Shuming. I was invited to Sweden for a medical examination on March 5. This examination was the same as last time. The doctor was very professional and the doctor was very good. I felt warm! Thanks also to Swedish Hospital for providing medical equipment and warm environment! Thanks to all the staff! Thank you to the government for providing very good benefits and services to the elderly!👍👍👍🙏🌹

Jenna Henderson: General Internal Medicine, and I cannot thank that team enough for how well they treated me. They were kind, attentive, expedient, and thorough. I have been in a lot of hospitals, and this was the best experience I have ever had, by far. If you can choose which ER to go to, I recommend Swedish Ballard!

Uruk Black: Great E.R. usually not busy. Great hospital, perhaps the best in Seattle! Nice people, too!

Cascade: I have always had a wonderful, thoughtful, caring experience here. All of the people I have met, and have helped me are kind and compassionate.

Heather Zhang: I went here for a walk-in lab draw for doctor-prescribed blood tests and it went smoothly. The wait was brief on a weekday afternoon, and even though I get very nervous around blood draws, a calm and professional phlebotomist was very skilled and made the whole process quick and stress-free, and I'm grateful to him for that.
