Virginia Mason Hospital: Seattle: what do users think?

Alycia Stallard: I recently was inpatient due to illness. And I am impressed! It has taken me 2 years to find excellent medical care; but I found it here. With such emphasis on the employees elsewhere I felt unheard and was giving up. I even considered relocating my family!Caring, compassion and kindness are on tap here. No one dismissed my pain. No one demeaned my concerns. Finally! Excellent health care! Doctors who listened and took time to explain. Nurses with smiles. Employees working Together for Me!!!This is the place. This is My place. I've found my medical home!

Mirta Gonzalez: As a nurse myself, I appreciated the staff’s professionalism and kindness. The nurses were top notch and the doctors very compassionate and knowledgeable. Would recommend.

Mike West: My grandfather was just in and unfortunately passed away. I just wanted to say that all of the staff were really respectful and helpful during the whole time. They made sure that we all had a chair and offered us all watter and juice. They didn't rush us and allowed us to spend as much time with him that we wanted to.

Amy Kirk: and they were amazing, kind and shared info with him. Dr. Robinson and Dr. Ryan both managed my neuro needs including a shunt placement 3 weeks

Exploring Ginger: The staff here has been amazing. You ask questions and they answer them. Even the food courts food is delicious. Had their fish and wasn’t dried and was tasty, I enjoy the salad bar. Their coffee is literally an explosion of heat and will stay hot for awhile!! My only complaint is the maze to get to certain parts of it trying to figure out which takes what. Their main rooms make it feel like death. Needs to be brighten up a bit. Overall it is an amazing hospital.

Tammy Ray: Been a patient with Virginia Mason since1969 until present date. All of my team of its are awesome.

Victor K. Panda: Updating a star for better service lately. It always is my favorite healthcare center. I visit often to get food or gifts. They need to have more eyecare because appointments are far between.

Jude Kruger: Beautiful and very clean atmosphere. Took a friend there today. The doctor was kind and compassionate and scheduled her surgery for tomorrow. From check- in to EKG, lab work and setting up her surgery, all was handled by the best of people all around. The only draw back is having to drive so far to get there, coming from Federal Way. Got to say it's not the easiest place to find either unless you use GPS. It's a super big hospital so be sure to find out the name of the parking garage you need to park in and the location.

Anak ti Abroad: great hospital

UW Medical Center - Montlake | Seattle Hospital: what do users think?

Howard West: I have to agree on April 24th of 2024 The post-op surgical nurse Melissa, did everything In her power to listen to me. I have been clean for 3 months now. I did not want any opiates narcotics or anything like that. She fought for me all day long with the pain specialist The pain specialist wanted to put me on narcotics. She did not let him do it. She was on my side the whole way and I enjoyed her company. She helped me through everything that day. She even found me a nurse on South 4 floor who? She went to school with and had an extra bed for me. I think she did. At least I don't know what she did but they found but they did. They found me a nice that will fight for me up there and she fought for me too. I enjoyed my stay. It was only a one night stay but I enjoyed it. I will not change anything that I did that day. I stood up for myself and it paid off the nurse. Listen to me and fought for my for my rights to not have narcotics. Thank you, Melissa

Mikey34549: Everyone here is wonderful!!! I got a lung transplant here. Great place with great people!

Lawrence Keller II: Had a situation that required a 4 day stay , everyone was so accommodating, even got a date with a super cute CNA, been dating 5 months now 🙏✝️

Pterodactyl Treason: and my new donor heart. Because this hospital had an ECMO system, i survived my transplant. My hart/lvad had adhered to my lung which caused bleeding in the lung. It quickly filled with blood and continued to bleed for 84 minutes. It was only after inserting a catheter using fluoroscopy that they were able to control the bleeding. By that time my lung was severely drenched and the decision to put me on ECMO while i recovered was made. I remained OCM for days while my left lung recovered. There was a fear of losing my left lung as well brain injury from blood loss. I remained unconscious for 5 days. When i woke up, i was unable to speak do to vocal cord damage from long term intubation.

Atreu Maxworth: In the name of our lord and savior Jesus Christ, bless this hospital and its staff. Work through them and give them strength. Look over them and guide their hands and hearts. Thank you for making them special and imbibing them with your grace. Fit them with your most glorious armor as they do battle on behalf of their patients. Send a fleet of angels to lay wings upon the inhabitants of this building. Give all who enter comfort and peace. In nam your we trust and pray. Amen

Jolene Griffith: This is the best hospital I've ever known to exist. I was life flighted here pregnant with possible heart failure, and every nurse, doctor, and general hospital staff gave me and my baby the very best care. Every day, I was blown away with their kindness, expertise, and respect they showed me and my family. From the janitorial staff to the top administrators proved to be more than I could have imagined! I want to thank you for being so good to us!

Anna Totten: The best medical treatment I have ever received! UW took wonderful care of my mom while she was dealing with cancer as well. Parking is easy enough, I recommend the triangle garage. Every single provider I’ve seen here has made me feel cared for. From a surgeon to rehab doctors to physical and occupational therapists. I’m even willing to travel an hour to get there for weekly appointments and sit in traffic on my way home.

Superior Skill: Your Neurology and Rahab are great

Sheila: Phenomenal care - Heart Institute w/doctors, nurses, and staff. Thorough, caring, persistent ...

Red Devil: Good support for students and teachers 👏🏻

Yvonne Christensen: My family and I were treated extremely well. My husband waspleased with the care given, the kindness, and the personal attention. Doctor Schade took time to call me the wife to tell me how the procedure went.

St. Anne Hospital: what do users think?

Tina Bojorquez: so I called to make sure I was doing the correct steps before my procedure and the person I spoke with was condescending and rude. This left me with apprehension for my appointment but once I arrived I came across someone who is a true blessing and a gift at what she does. Her name is Cerisse and she was at the front desk. What a gem of a person. No one wants to be at the doctors office, imaging office, lab office etc but Cerisse was nice and respectful and so sweet. She calmed my nerves and made the rest of my day.All it takes is one person to be nice and smile and she was that person for me and for others. The people in the waiting room laughed and talked about getting a tip jar for her because she was so pleasant. Thank you Cerisse.

Steve: has always been my go-to place for healthcare and a good place for emergencies. The location is convenient, and the staff is very professional. The doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable, and they care. I went to the emergency room to get stitches on my head from an accident at work a while back. The doctor did a great job. My younger sister just had a mastectomy and was fully recovered and discharged on her second day. That is amazing. The hospital looks beautiful! The souls of individuals working at this hospital are also beautiful! I am grateful and very pleased with the staff at this fantastic hospital.

R Gairns: St. Anne anti-coagulation clinic is made up of some of the nicest, most efficient folks. From the receptionist to the techs who take the readings, I like it!

Astro Nautical: care is is fine. doctors and nurses are extremely friendly and will go out of their way on all accounts to accommodate. some of the food doesn’t need to be considered heart healthy. . Seems like they go out of their way to re-create unhealthy dishes to satisfy those cravings when just doing some hummus and fresh vegetables on a plate,, would be fine

KINGTUPU Sago: Everyone was nice and helpful that is why I give 5 stars

David Clemenson: ERs. We left those because of the incompetence and over 9 hour wait times. I'm so glad we decided to take the 2 hour drive to the Seattle Childrens Emergency Room. They saw our son within 10 minutes upon arrival, even parked my car! And the doctors knew exactly how to help my son. Anytime I am faced with needing to take a child to ER, I will drive here! Don't waste your time elsewhere!

Joshua Granberg: We had an amazing experience here. They took great care of my son when he get hurt

Dawna Cunningham: Very kind in a stressful situation

Evelyn Barajas: They were lovely people and fast.

Joseph Lemus: Strictly, clean

Veronika Gonzales: Have been coming to this Hospital for ever and never had any problems at all, we must understand that doctors and nurses are needed globally and if you don’t find out for your self , do not believe other people, maybe they had an attitude and got the same back at them. Is all about understanding that being Angel is not that easy when is a lot that sometimes don’t work.Probably 30 years and haven’t had a bad experience on the contrary good service.

Steve Sowell: The staff at Virginia Mason is by far the best service I've ever received from a hospital. From the Friendly staff during check -in, to the nurses and doctors. Was recommended by a coworker to check them out, and I'm so glad I did.

emanuel richardson: I just had my left hip replaced with Dr Clabeaux Jonathan, great surgeon, totally successful, I’m recommending him for any orthopedic procedures. This was my second surgery with him. I have two new hips within 2 years period. Everything from beginning to the end was very smooth at Virginia Hospital. Thank you doctor for helping me walking normal again with no pain.

Ryan Handler: is an absolutely amazing human being!! Very friendly and kind, a very genuine person who deserves a shoutout for simply being a good person. You guys had great service elsewhere as well, but I wanna give a special shoutout to her for sure!!

Steve Gratteau: Good directions to get around. Love the maze!

Jessica Obrien: Highly recommend this hospital! Not only did they save a loved one they were empathetic, had great bed some manor towards the patient and the family. They also continued to treat after discharged from facility. The doctors and nurses were more than willing to answer questions and give options during the most difficult time in my life so far. Thank you to the great staff of Harborview!

Nora Cisneros: After years of searching for an answer, my symptoms were here, the best hospital, the best care and the best Medical staff I have dealt with in years. Thanks to all the staff at this hospital, I am alive now and managing my medical situation in the best way with the attention and follow-up of their doctors, who are respectful, compassionate, kind and very professional.

ROBIN SUTTON: They were Absolutely Amazing!! EVERYONE!!!!

Jenn Castro “Pepper Kan” Camacho: The hospital and staff were fantastic! Everything you would want in healthcare providers. The only problem was parking! This is a huge issue. Was circling the parking structures for 1 whole hour before there was an open slot... And the parking garage had actual traffic! It was horrible. The worst part..that time you spend LOOKING for parking... You have to pay for that, too!

Kay Staffenhagen: My grandson has been at Harborview since 3/26 due to a horrible car accident. The night of the accident on 3/24, he had coded blue but was almost instantly revived. Had so many internal injuries, Providence on Colby in Everett stated the prognosis was not good. They kept him alive and transferred him to Harborview. After 8 surgeries, the compassionate care and amazing doctors and nurses he is still with us today. He has a long way to go, but he is healing. Thank you so much to all at Harborview. He wouldn't be here without you.

Peter Hames: I recently visited my brother in the ICU. I want to say thank you for all the great care and communication from all the medical team that cared for him. My family felt the compassion from each and everyone involved in his care.Thank you from the bottom of my Heart!

Julietita Kerubin (Julietita): Excellent
