V.S.: I had an MRI done at this location and I found everyone from the technicians to billing folks there to be extremely helpful and kind. After relocating out of state, they were very helpful in sending my records to my new provider.
Peter Schulte: These people are quick and professional. They make everything easy such as pre-check in online. They're communications are great. If you call them they're very helpful.I've been going for several years for a CT scan and ultrasound for my aortic aneurysm. They deliver their results really quickly. They are careful and thorough. They're the best!
Alexander Mars: You might be lucky and get your appointment from the first attempt but usually it takes at least couple tries.
Elizabeth Dacus: Staff at this location are very nice. However be really careful with their scheduling team in the call center. I waited for a week for a scheduling call that never came. When I called the call center, I was hung up on. I called again and the gal said my order was missing but she would take care of it right away and they'll call me to schedule. Waited over a week and no call. I called again and got scheduled by someone who couldn't tell that the prior authorization wasn't the order and scheduled me for the wrong exam. I had moved my whole schedule around to make it for this appointment, to find out I needed to reschedule. Really do appreciate the staff at this office having to clean up after the call center, but wish this was a better experience.

Shelley McCulley: I really liked the staff here at the Northgate location. They were prompt, very friendly, and my radiologist was a dream. She took an hour's worth of xrays, and due to her diligence, I now have the spot-on views to determine a diagnosis for my spinal issues.Well Done, CDI.

Anne Petrie: Excellent service from scheduling, reception, and imaging, with added concern and testing for possible complications due to prior diagnosis. After dealing with other medical providers in the area where I am just another number in the herd, Swedish proved to be a competent, and comprehensive provider that made sure my procedure was safe and tailored to my needs.

They didn't care about me, my pain, and no responsibility about their mistake. I had to deal with their error and still dealing with it". but I have to change my review. because I called Kaylee, Ultrasound Supervisor, and she helped me with my problem. the bill was from the doctor not the Swedish Medical Imaging. She is so nice, responsible and patient with me that I was mad. I hope all of us could do the same as her.

trudi skea: department entrance is on corner of 16th and e jefferson! i entered through the hospital main entrance and had quite a journey, way out of my way! the office lobby is very small and somewhat outdated and stuffy, but the clerk was kind and i noticed that they went above and beyond to accommodate the patient in line ahead of me, who needed an interpreter for registration. the exam area is great, no complaints, clean restrooms, respectful tech who was communicative. 4/5 stars only because the entrance is not well marked from the street, and the lobby is not very inviting.

Paige: I really appreciated the extra care the technician took to make sure I was comfortable as well as help me relax and even laugh a little! The facility is very clean. The lobby is comfortable with a lot of spaced out cushy chairs magazines and a tv. The lighting in the exam room was not bright and harsh. I was even given a blanket that had been warmed. It was unexpectedly quick and painless both times I went here.
