Charissa Shuttlesworth: I'm always perplexed by the other bad reviews for this place. This is my second Seattle pregnancy and every ultrasound I've had has been completed here. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, and I've never had to wait very long to be called back.

Will update when I have my ultrasound.****After the appointment, I am so happy with this place. Our Ultrasound tech was so knowledgeable. I think her name was Susie. My husband and I really enjoyed her, we had an awesome experience. We also got ALL the images and videos from the ultrasound like an hour later which I was totally pleasantly surprised by!! Would recommend this place.

V.S.: I had an MRI done at this location and I found everyone from the technicians to billing folks there to be extremely helpful and kind. After relocating out of state, they were very helpful in sending my records to my new provider.
Peter Schulte: These people are quick and professional. They make everything easy such as pre-check in online. They're communications are great. If you call them they're very helpful.I've been going for several years for a CT scan and ultrasound for my aortic aneurysm. They deliver their results really quickly. They are careful and thorough. They're the best!
Alexander Mars: You might be lucky and get your appointment from the first attempt but usually it takes at least couple tries.
Elizabeth Dacus: Staff at this location are very nice. However be really careful with their scheduling team in the call center. I waited for a week for a scheduling call that never came. When I called the call center, I was hung up on. I called again and the gal said my order was missing but she would take care of it right away and they'll call me to schedule. Waited over a week and no call. I called again and got scheduled by someone who couldn't tell that the prior authorization wasn't the order and scheduled me for the wrong exam. I had moved my whole schedule around to make it for this appointment, to find out I needed to reschedule. Really do appreciate the staff at this office having to clean up after the call center, but wish this was a better experience.

The outcome of the ult was not good as we had suspected - but the staff throughout the clinic was magnificent, especially Tessa the genetic counselor. They set up every appointment for you, they answered any and all of my questions, they set up my other appointments outside of Swedish and prepared me for that. I could not be more grateful to have been sent to them, I can't thank them enough. 3
Sharley Gilbert: We had a great experience at our appointment yesterday. Everyone was nice and polite from the moment we walked in. We were nervous about the appointment due to the lack of information given to us by the OB office that referred us. Our ultrasound tech was wonderful and explained everything she did and was looking at. The doctor came in and was so friendly and made us feel so much better about our situation and he just reassured us that everything was going to be ok. All of our questions were answered and we felt heard about our concerns. We could not have asked for a better visit.
Kaylyn: I went to Swedish Maternal Fetal Medicine weekly for months and every single appointment I had could not have been a better experience. They are so on top of everything, I felt so well taken care of. The doctors and nurses took their time to talk to my husband and I and made sure we understood everything, and we never felt rushed. Giving birth at Swedish was an equally amazing experience. Super thankful for everyone who helped us.

I wasn't crazy about all the doctors but most of the doctors were good enough. We had a hard long delivery but my emergency safe section was successful. In the aftercare was good as well.

Amberley D: Shoutout to Lisa for my wonderful experience here: my appointment was at 7am and I was almost 10 minutes late- i felt so frazzled but the receptionist was very nice. Quick ID and insurance card scan, e-signed the forms and was taken back a few minutes later. Lisa was with me the whole time and made me feel so comfortable. She talked me through every component of my over hour long MRI and was incredibly respectful of my privacy. I was nervous and MRI can be really jarring bc of the small space and loud noise but she kept me posted through the headphones when it was going to get loud and kept me apprised of time. Thanks Lisa!
Susan Underbrink: With a history of cancer and Ortho problems, I have had many MRIs and steroid injections - and i am claustrophobic . I always ask my dr to use seattle radiology because the staff is welcoming and efficient and the equipment is much newer and spacious than the machines I have been in in Swedish.

trudi skea: department entrance is on corner of 16th and e jefferson! i entered through the hospital main entrance and had quite a journey, way out of my way! the office lobby is very small and somewhat outdated and stuffy, but the clerk was kind and i noticed that they went above and beyond to accommodate the patient in line ahead of me, who needed an interpreter for registration. the exam area is great, no complaints, clean restrooms, respectful tech who was communicative. 4/5 stars only because the entrance is not well marked from the street, and the lobby is not very inviting.

I love that at Bows-R-Bow ties they print out some of the best but also send you all the other images and it’s so nice to just have them all saved on your phone.Always quick to respond and get appointments scheduled, I love that they will text back VERY timely if you have any changes to your appointment. During a snow storm in December they were very thoughtful with texting to make sure we were okay making it in and able to accommodate coming in later or earlier due to the weather.I love how excited they get while doing the ultrasound, it instantly makes you excited!Very knowledgeable about what they are looking at and it puts this first time momma at ease!Will 100% be back for more ultrasounds and recommend them to every momma I know!
