Seattle Vacation Home: what do users think?

Gabriella: , is perfect for families. The living area is large and brightly lit, and the sleeping areas are each separated by a floor such that those awake don't have to worry about disturbing those asleep. The bed we slept in was unusually comfortable for a rental and the furnishings were attractive and welcoming, while leaving plenty of space for us to spread out our stuff and feel at home. Best of all, Lynne and Andy were incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. We felt welcomed and extremely cared for and cannot wait to stay with SVH again!

Jay Kuykendall: Great host, nice property, really worked well for us in terms of location and keeping stress levels down. Very upfront with all rules and policies, quick to respond to any communication. We would gladly stay at one of their properties again!

My Roberts: in was clean and close to everything. Lynne always responded to emails or texts right away. I reached out to see how close this home was to my new job site and she responded right away! She also reached out during my stay to make sure everything was going well. If needed they will grocery shop for you before you arrive

Kelsey Thrush: Love ❤️

Liam Vovk: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,ValueAndy from Seattle Vacation Home's set the bar extremely high for landlords! Very professional service and clear communication. He gave us significant and meaningful help during our tenancy. Highly recommend!

John Rugebregt: A well-stocked Safeway is just up Madison within walking distance. Our friends who we traveled with enjoyed the downstairs bedroom and we had the spacious master suite upstairs. Sparsely furnished and uncluttered, the room nevertheless had a very comfortable king size bed and ample closet with plenty of hangers. The bathroom had a spacious tiled shower with plenty of on-demand hot water and large fluffy towels. What made the location perfect for us was the ease of getting downtown on the 11 bush line, or to Seattle center on the 8, both straight shots from stops two blocks from the house. Extensive public transportation combined with the ease of ride-share services make Seattle a very easy city to navigate. Communication with Lynne and Andy was efficient, friendly and helpful. We did not meet them personally but felt that they were available to assist us if we needed more. We're happy to give this vacation home our fullest recommendation.

Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals: what do users think?

Karen Fox Barreira: The location could not have been better! We will definitely be back and will be calling Seattle Oasis for our vacation needs when we return to this fantastic city!!

Gretchen Culp: Loved our stay at the 1 Bedroom Elliott Bay Oasis condo in Bell Town. Condo is comfy cozy, beautiful views of Puget Sound, rooftop view area, pool/hot tub, parking and Bell Town is close to all the sights, mostly walking distance. We love Seattle and this is a great home base. We will be staying with you again!

Andrea Jaggers: Loved the vibe and location of this place. We were able to walk EVERYWHERE - with lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The bed was INCREDIBLY comfortable!!! It was nice that the rental came with a parking pass - though we didn't need it. The ONLY complaint I have would be the attention to 'detail'... the shower faucet was practically falling off, the metal threshold into the bathroom was loose with screws sticking up, the restroom fan would come on and off at will, etc. If those little details were 'cleaned' up - this place would be 5 stars... but all in all - a good choice for the cost and location.

Mary Ferguson: . Washer/dryer handing for our 8 day visit. PARKING INCLUDED ---KEY. Try to keep the windows/sliding doors closed as the street noise was distracting for TV viewing/sleep. I would consider this my home away from home in Seattle...

Graeme Klassen: The team at Seattle Oasis was very courteous, outgoing and friendly. The condo was perfect for our stay with all the amenities of home! The close proximity to attractions makes it a definite hit. We walked everywhere within a short distance.I would definitely recommend this group and use them again next time we find ourselves in seattle!!Thanks again Darik!!!

Carol Cason: Super location and the apartment is beautifully appointed. The Oasis staff is very attentive and helpful. Cannot recommend Oasis enough.

Sally Falkenhagen: We love the Belltown location. The rental is comfortable, well-decorated and fully equipped. Seattle Oasis staff met us

Jennifer Mock: We stayed here for our honeymoon and have nothing but positive things to say about this location. It was clean and the staff was very considerate and responsive. I would stay here again if we were coming to Seattle.

The Century: what do users think?

Shivani Dave: Lived here for more than 2 years and had no issues whatsoever. We loved living at the Century. Alyssa and Esther were super helpful during the time of our stay. The maintenance staff was always on time and addressed the problems right away. We decided to relocate to another part of the city and move out was smooth too.

Junwei Wu: , great rates, and an even better management team. What’s really special about this place is that the team here cares about residents. They have regular social events and giveaways, give prompt notifications on their every decisions and changes. They once reverted the utility billing company because we don’t like the new one.Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better apartment. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to live in downtown Seattle area.

Vane C: We lived here for more than 3 years, and the community and staff has been amazing. They always say hi to you when you enter the building, and give treats or pat our dog. Highly recommend anyone who want to live in the SLU area to choose here. They really make you feel home with all the community events, friendly staff and quick respond to any of your maintenance requests.Sadly, we have to move soon since we recently purchased a home. They even gave us a bottle of champagne and a hand written card as gifts to celebrate the purchase.

Malia Farley: I love getting to visit The Century! I walk dogs downtown and often frequent the apartment to pick up and drop off clients pups. The concierge and staff at the front desks are always so welcoming and professional! The building itself is sparkling! Beautiful windows, floors, hallways and elevators! They really know how to do their stuff!

Joe Quigley: I lived at the Century for 3 years and loved it! The units are very well kept, and everyone is so welcoming and friendly! Pillar is very attentive to upkeep, and was always very proactive about communicating outages, repairs, and alarms. One time when I had my AC go out, I filled out a maintenance request and had it fixed within 15 minutes! The building itself is solid too- concrete between all the floors and high efficiency windows and insulation means great sound isolation, and I never had any problems with appliances the whole time I lived there.

Zac Cutchall: Amazing locale, central to everything. The best staff possible, everyone cares about the tenants and is incredibly helpful.

Rachel P: Best apartment building in the city

Andrea Goldstein: I have been a resident of The Century for over six years and I can't imagine living in another community. The building looks new even though it is several years old. The apartments are spacious, with many floor plan options, the amenities are great and I use them often. If you want to be able to get to events, parks, restaurants easily without driving, the location is perfect.Staff at The Century are wonderful. All are engaged with residents. The community activities are fantastic! Every week is something new, and many weeks we have more than one planned activity. Kudos to the whole team for creating such a warm community environment.

Ahalya Anshul: The building itself is one of a kind with spacious units and in built cooling and heating. Amenities are well maintained!Noah Sebourn has made a fantastic impact with his community building activities!Overall 5 stars to the Managment and shout out to the entire team!

Catherine Breen: I’ve lived here for over a year, and it’s the best place I’ve lived in Seattle. The staff are so friendly and such warm faces when I come every day. They make an effort to have social events for residents but also do their best to respect quiet time and space. Whenever I have an appliance issue, maintenance is there within a day. I’m not from Seattle, but the Century is home to me! I highly recommend living here

Bianca Aldir: . On top of that, the leasing agents and property manager are absolutely amazing people!! So amazing, I hope to continue a friendship with them even though I’ve recently moved out of Seattle. 10/10 community.

Sophia Laws: My girlfriend and I lived here together for a year and had the best experience ever. Truly it was made wonderful by the kind and friendly leasing staff who supported us, checked in on us, hosted fun events and were responsive to anything we needed. We were so sad to move! We love you Century Team!!

Sadie Schutt: The Century has made the majority of my life here in Seattle amazing. I feel safe within this community and so happy with the current staff. You cannot beat the location, especially walking everywhere!

Codey Poole: Attentive staff and super responsive to residence needs. Thank you!!

The Oxford Seattle-Downtown by Kasa: what do users think?

Luna Hayes: Wonderful! The room was Amazing! I didn't want to leave.. the price was ridiculously low. I almost don't want anyone else to find out about this place. Oh and the people that work here are super nice and really helpful. I accidentally reserved 2 rooms on one night instead of one room for two nights; they answered my text quickly and were great about fixing it. Location couldn't be better..hop skip or jump over to Pike place market, tons of restaurants and bars within blocks. This Hotel is My new Favorite

Vincent Jones: I have stayed at Kasa the Oxford twice now, and each time has been fantastic. Clean rooms, easy to access, plenty of amenities. It's literally a studio apartment with all the necessities in it. You get a fantastix view of the area from the higher floors. Only problem with it is the location. I stay there for conventions, but end up having to walk past hordes of homeless from Kasa to the convention center, but that's my only gripe with it. Everything else is fantastic.

Theresa Herold: Rooms: Had everything!Nearby activities: Close to pike Market, first Starbucks, the Seattle wheel and the aquarium!Walkability: You can easily walk to several activities and metro stations, just be careful around the 3rd Avenue with the people. There were some sketchy ones out there.

Tower 12 Apartment Homes: what do users think?

Jake Wang: , kind support, and helpfulness is definitely special. I've rented at a few different apartments across the country, and so far, no one's done it better than Tower12. I appreciate that the team is very on the ball and proactive about communicating to residents any apartment happenings, whether they were issues or events.I wanted to note that I did live here during the elevator outages/delays, trash chute, and water pipe issues that other reviews may have mentioned. This is true, and it was inconvenient. I imagine it was exponentially more painful for residents on very high floors when elevators were down/slow. The team was good about communicating updates for the issues. While it was unfortunate that some of the issues were prolonged due to circumstances outside of the Tower12 team's control, the team was clear about what was going on and communicating to residents. These issues are always risks at any apartment, and it was unfortunate it happened at Tower12. That said, I think the team did the best they could and it showed.Again, beautiful units. The quality of the construction is very high. Good, smooth drawers/cabinets, appliances, and flooring. The only thing I would add as a "wishlist" thought: it would be nice if Tower12 upgraded the door locks to be fob access, and upgraded the thermostats to be "smart" like Nest

Zach Chapman: Michael and the leasing team are extremely professional and are a joy to work with. They are very reasonable people--which can't be said for various other apartments throughout the city

Krista Rahman: Very happy with building, the staff and the location! The view from the sky lounge is beautiful!

Preston Leslie: , and it is within your price range---you absolutely should go with Tower 12. You will be so happy that you did. 5 stars is a no-brainer, highly recommend!

Camoen V: Pros:* Location. A couple blocks from Pike Place Market and a 15-20 minute walk from Elliot Bay Trail

Travelers Health And Wellness Inc.: “I have had the privilege of being a resident at Tower 12 for many years, and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the environment they’ve created. Their warm and welcoming demeanor has been consistent throughout my stay. Every challenge, whether it was a water-related concern or an issue with the elevator, was met with utmost care, empathy, and a ‘white glove’ approach. The building manager and assistant manager go above and beyond their duties. Instead of merely delegating tasks, they are always present during emergencies, offering reassurance with their proactive involvement and even just a comforting smile. Their presence not only in challenging times but also in good times makes all the difference. I wholeheartedly commend the team at Tower 12 for making it more than just a residence, but a home. I would be with this if I didn’t also give respect to Mookie and the cleaning and facilities team they work all the time. “Every day is Monday” when it comes to their dedication!!

kayla royce: We’ve lived in Seattle for 5 years and after living in buildings where they rental company doesn’t really care, it was refreshing to find a place that cared enough to learn our names right away! Beautiful views, great amenities, entire staff is friendly, caring, and everyone is quick with updates when something is happening. Couldn’t recommend living here enough. It’s the only place we have ever renewed a lease and we’d do it again!

Dustin Ray: Simply the best building downtown. The staff are the most courteous and professional of any apartment in the city. The building is modern and has every feature you could want. Even maintenance that would normally be disruptive is handled with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I cheated on them for another building in Belltown and couldnt have been more mistaken. Price point is competitive and the people are wonderful. No need to look anywhere else. Walk to the market to get your groceries. They had high speed EV chargers before anyone else in the city. Regular art and community events help you get to know your neighbors and the city better than anywhere else. You simply will not find a better view in the city than this building.

Tricia S.: , great community events every month and the best rooftop view in all of Seattle. The gym is on the top floor with an amazing view as well. The best part of living here is the staff, they make the difference! And I mean every single one of them. They are attentive, kind, problem solvers and truly get to know you. Amenities, views, etc. can be found at multiple places in Seattle but the staff is specific to Tower 12. I continue to live here because of them. They make this place a home. Thank you to all of you!

Blake Bartlett: Everything about Tower 12 from the concierge, leasing office, maintenance, amenities, apartment quality, views, and location is 5 stars. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

Sanchit Batra: was extremely patient with the tour and going over everything the apartment had to offer.Incredible rooftop view, concrete flooring, tons of amenities. Pricey rooms but comes with the location and quality I suppose

Natalie Fitzsimmons: I've lived at Tower 12 for almost a year and absolutely loved every minute! The location is ideal. You are a 5-minute walk to the market, close to endless bars and restaurants, shopping, and public transit. It's a highly secure building with awesome package service, so there's never the risk of deliveries getting lost/stolen. The monthly parking and bike storage fee is reasonable. And the views from the rooftop are insane. Plus, there's a coffee machine! The units have floor-to-ceiling windows, so there's always lots of light, and I love the super high ceilings. Everything feels so open. But all that great stuff aside, it's the people of Tower 12 that make this building shine. Shoutouts to Taryn, Christina, Ryan, Mike, Steve, and Michael for all you do! There are also monthly social events, happy hours, pet of the month, paint and craft nights, and holiday celebrations to mingle with your fellow residents. The gym is gorgeous. You can work out while enjoying stunning views of the needle, Elliot Bay, and beyond. Extra special shout out to Awan, fitness instructor extraordinaire and incredible person who hosts the fitness studio's Monday evening full body workout classes. His class has helped me build strength and pushes me to move. Special request to management/activity coordinator: can we please get another one of Awan's fitness classes added per week? Pretty please?

Shafer Baillie Mansion Bed & Breakfast: what do users think?

Debbie L: I just loved this place. The neighborhood is full of old beautiful mansions. The house is absolutely beautiful, with the old original craftsmanship that you don’t see anymore. The host was warm and welcoming. I want to go back as soon as possible.Rooms: Like stepping back in time to a simpler life.Walkability: You can walk to some restaurants and parks from here.

Roland dela Cuesta: shower stall. The linens and towels are high quality, such as you’d find at a high end hotel. The best part of our stay was the hospitality of the proprietors. We were sent an information email prior to our arrival. We were greeted at the door by the innkeeper, Brenda, who handed me a J1772 adapter for the level 2 Tesla charger so that I could charge my non-Tesla PHEV. It turned out to be the personal property of the owner, Ana Lena, who was so kind to lend it to me for the duration of our stay. The breakfasts were excellent which included a home made, hot item each morning, cheeses and sliced meats, fresh pastries, and my wife’s favourite, fresh bagels with lox and cream cheese. Orange juice and freshly brewed coffee is available at breakfast with Keurig coffee available at all times. Mandarin oranges, biscotti, cookies, chocolates and cold, bottled water were also available all day.We plan on staying at the Shafer Baillie whenever we find ourselves in Seattle and will encourage our friends and family to do the same.Rooms: Luxuriously appointed bedrooms.Food & drinks: Excellent, fresh home made breakfastNoteworthy details: EV charger on site

Victoria: We loved this place and were sad to leave after 3 nights. It is up on a hill and above the hubbub of Seattle in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood but only a couple miles from the heart of the city. Walk around the streets up here to see the architectural beauties that were built when craftsmanship was king. The continental breakfast is top notch. There are goodies left out for you at all times. Everything is kept beautifully. The room was spotless. The owner is very sweet, generous and unassuming and has created a masterpiece here. Stay in top floor Southeast or Southwest ballroom if you don’t mind stairs. We hope to return for a longer stay one day.

Katherine Madden: We held our wedding at S-B Mansion and it was everything we wanted. Ana Lena and her staff went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly and that we had everything we needed. They are an exceptional group of people. I cannot thank them enough for all they did. We also stayed in one of their rooms for the weekend and it was a beautiful place. We plan to go back again. Thank you!Rooms: beautifully decorated and very comfortable

Janet Beilharz: so you heard everyone. This didn’t bother us in the slightest during the day or even when sleeping. It was a little hard to fall asleep with it, but it wasn’t anything that would stop me from staying in that room again.

Ray Ziemer: We stayed at the Mansion May 20-22 of 2023, returning after our first stay in 2018.Everything was exactly as we remembered except perhaps even better. The room furnishings are all period specific which my wife loved, but even better, the mattress was perfect. So glad they did not choose original mattresses!!The photos online speak for themselves, and they are true to life.If you are staying in Seattle this needs to be your first choice.Food & drinks: Many options within walking distance. If you get a Chance to do the chef tasting at nearby Carrello , it's a must.

Casey Homes: Absolutely beautiful place. So nicely decorated and spacious, the photos do not do it justice. The owners and innkeeper were so pleasant. Very easy to chat with at breakfast. And breakfast was delicious as well. Lovely croissants, smoked salmon, hot casserole, make your own parfaits, wonderful coffee.Location is great as well. Very quiet area, easy street parking. And quick walk over to 15th Street for coffee and shops. Or even down to Pike St with all the restaurants there too, only took about 20 mins! All in all, wonderful building, great location, kind staff and delicious breakfast. What more can you ask?!

Rebekah Garrett Ripley: was spacious and sparkling clean. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets. The breakfast was continental with a delicious baked entree each morning such as egg soufflés and blackberry cobbler. All so good. Brenda and Anna are wonderful host…thank you both so much!! We hope to return to Seattle again soon and will definitely be staying at this beautiful B&B.

Stephanie D: this historic B&B, located in the Capitol Hill District and steps away from volunteer Park, is a great place to stay when visiting Seattle. The rooms are clean and well-maintained with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Breakfast is enhanced continental and coffee and tea and snacks are always left out for guests. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am visiting Seattle.

Warwick Seattle: what do users think?

Ms Amaral: Also joined the hotel rewards online & had free wifi once there. Not a bad part of town at all- not even at 10pm, felt like it would have been fun for a quick walk around, but we were tuckered. My kiddo loved the built in desk area for his laptop & I liked all the pillows- for propping up to watch TV after a long day of travel. When we arrived the desk clerk was incredibly kind & helpful, suggesting their onsite restaurant before going to the ferry. It opens at 7 am, but we sadly had scheduled our Uber for then, so could not partake. If staying & going to ferry you could get by leaving at 7:30 ot only took 4 min to get to ferry by car...next time! We looked in before we left the next morning and it was a very nice looking restaurant, wish we could have sat down. As a disabled person I have to say it worked well for me, elevators were quick, and felt very safe in the hallways, but would have been great if there was help opening all the doors to the lobby- with luggage it was difficult. And a sign next to the ice bucket in the room letting us know where to get ice- I tried calling the front desk- but it wasn't always answered, so I tried exploring for ice machine on my own- unsuccessfully. My son kept remarking on how quiet it was for being in the city & that we could not hear other guests- thick walls- we never heard a sound. Also the manager was quite responsive to all my questions whenever I called so it made us feel welcome. We arrived just as the room service was ending, but Doordash was allowed to bring food to us, but we ended up tuckered so ate snack we brought. All in all a very good experience, highly recommend.

Karl Seitz: . No continental breakfast without some type of upgrade, parking was $42 per night extra, and no elevator in the parking garage or access to the hotel from the garage except the ground floor. Rooms were decent but nothing super nice. There was a bit of mold on my shower curtain but otherwise clean. $100 per night incidental security deposit which I wasn't informed of while booking on the phone. It's not a bad place to stay, great location, and pretty comfortable overall, but the stay will definitely have me look closer at the fine print when booking hotels in the future because I felt worried about being nickel and dimed the whole time I was there. If I was more informed prior to arrival I probably would have felt better about the stay, but that's on me.

W Seattle: what do users think?

Maria P.: Great downtown location. Easily walk to many tourist sites. Rooms are bright, clean and spacious.Housekeeping services are late in the day after 5pm and on-site parking is expensive. Bed was a little hard for my liking.

Samantha Robinson: Clean, organized, comfortable! I slept well. The bed was comfy and the blackout shades let me sleep in. We had a cool view from the 20th floor. We booked two rooms and they conveniently put us in adjoining rooms. Other than occasional noise from the hallways, I couldn't hear anything Else outside the room.I wish check-in was before 4pm and that they had more service at their bar/restaurant at night. Other than that, perfect!
