Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals: what do users think?

Karen Fox Barreira: The location could not have been better! We will definitely be back and will be calling Seattle Oasis for our vacation needs when we return to this fantastic city!!

Gretchen Culp: Loved our stay at the 1 Bedroom Elliott Bay Oasis condo in Bell Town. Condo is comfy cozy, beautiful views of Puget Sound, rooftop view area, pool/hot tub, parking and Bell Town is close to all the sights, mostly walking distance. We love Seattle and this is a great home base. We will be staying with you again!

Andrea Jaggers: Loved the vibe and location of this place. We were able to walk EVERYWHERE - with lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The bed was INCREDIBLY comfortable!!! It was nice that the rental came with a parking pass - though we didn't need it. The ONLY complaint I have would be the attention to 'detail'... the shower faucet was practically falling off, the metal threshold into the bathroom was loose with screws sticking up, the restroom fan would come on and off at will, etc. If those little details were 'cleaned' up - this place would be 5 stars... but all in all - a good choice for the cost and location.

Mary Ferguson: . Washer/dryer handing for our 8 day visit. PARKING INCLUDED ---KEY. Try to keep the windows/sliding doors closed as the street noise was distracting for TV viewing/sleep. I would consider this my home away from home in Seattle...

Graeme Klassen: The team at Seattle Oasis was very courteous, outgoing and friendly. The condo was perfect for our stay with all the amenities of home! The close proximity to attractions makes it a definite hit. We walked everywhere within a short distance.I would definitely recommend this group and use them again next time we find ourselves in seattle!!Thanks again Darik!!!

Carol Cason: Super location and the apartment is beautifully appointed. The Oasis staff is very attentive and helpful. Cannot recommend Oasis enough.

Sally Falkenhagen: We love the Belltown location. The rental is comfortable, well-decorated and fully equipped. Seattle Oasis staff met us

Jennifer Mock: We stayed here for our honeymoon and have nothing but positive things to say about this location. It was clean and the staff was very considerate and responsive. I would stay here again if we were coming to Seattle.

Vive Apartment Homes: what do users think?

Claudette S: The staff is on top of any issue right away. Snacks and coffee for tenants, someone in the office everyday, a cookie bar for the dogs. My beef, thin walls, but that’s all the buildings anymore.

David Garcia: The best place to live

Jinny Trang: I relocated to Seattle from the east coast six months ago and couldn't be more satisfied with my choice of Vive as my first place of residence. The move-in process, from signing the lease to settling in, was seamless. Ian and Ollie make an excellent team and have truly stood out, demonstrating exceptional professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine concern for their residents. They actively work on fostering a strong sense of community.Maintenance requests are always promptly addressed, and the appliances are modern and reliable so my living experience has been hassle-free. Ongoing issues don’t get neglected for too long. For example, they’ve recently installed a security camera in the mail room. Location is very ideal and walkable. Best of all, the rooftop is a standout feature, offering views the sunset over the Olympics and a glimpse of the tip of Rainier on a clear day.Overall, Vive offers great value for those seeking a budget-friendly apartment with exceptional staff. Would highly recommend!

Junhong Kang: The service is really good. I forgot to turn off the ignition of my car, and the management door knocked on the door to remind me. I just moved and I don’t have a printer. The property management company helped me with printing and faxing. There is coffee and snacks in the lobby all year round. The property staff are always responsive and the service is very good and perfect.

Victoria John: I love living here - the location, the view from my apartment, and the friendly people in the building. I so appreciate the support and help from both Ian and Oliver. They respond quickly, answer my questions, and are so pleasant and professional. It is a joy to live here.

Rachel Seitz WA-Seattle: Moved into VIVE in October 2022 and already signed another lease. I toured 8 different properties in the Seattle area and basically the same layout and price point at all the properties. Quite a few properties had some amazing amenities that VIVE just does not offer at this time. I chose VIVE after meeting the Property Manager Nico. He was just so personable, his tour was great, he mentioned and showed me the activities that coordinates for the residents which seemed like a great time. I could tell he genuinely took pride in his community, which is so clean and it smells amazing, quiet and well cared for. The maintenance supervisor, Ollie is so efficient and takes care of any concerns immediately. I am always seeing Nico and Ollie cleaning the floors and different area as well as straightening up to make sure our property looks great! The community itself is so low-key and friendly and very pet friendly. Nico is so easy to talk to and never makes me feel like I'm burdening him with whatever questions or concerns I may have. I signed a new lease for another year at VIVE, mostly because I don't think another community can match the staff here. I do wish they offered amenities, but Nico and Ollie make up for that missing piece.

Randy Miller: Ian is a beast and has been a bright light and an encouraging soul he is the leasing specialist and an asset to the property.

Rachel D Seitz: I've lived at Vive in Ballard since October 2022. I love living here; so much when a new larger unit opened I re-signed. The staff, Ian and Oliver are fantastic. Vive is locating within walking distance of so many things in Ballard. The Farmers Market every Sunday and delicious restaurants, shops and groceries. It runs on the bus line so I know many residents that have given up their cars. There are activities via online and in person, a nice lobby where you can host a movie night, play pool or just hang out. The property is well kept, clean and secure.

Hector Villalva: Nicholas is great to work with. Answers all questions in a timely manner.

Michael Metcalfe: I love this place. Nicholas L. at the front desk is more than helpful and genuinely a great person. A stellar place to live. Always clean and welcoming. Thanx Vive!!!

Barok Imana: It is really hard to find such a thoughtful and caring management. They regularly throw events with free food. If I happened to sit in the community lounge for a bit, the manager will come over offer refreshments. Nicholas truly cares!!!

WorldMark Seattle - The Camlin: what do users think?

Keith Tittle: Of all the Worldmark resorts we've stayed at, the service at the Camlin is, by far, the best! We lucked into a penthouse suite, so, for once, our room matched the service.Walkability: Conveniently located across the street from the Paramount, and just a 10 minute walk from Pike Street Market

Chad Ross: Central to all downtown Seattle attractions, easy walk to most, light rail or monorail to others. The Camlin is as beautiful as ever, staff and other guests are always very friendly. Our room was great, 7th floor, very private and much quieter now that the convention center construction hass completed. Elevator decor has been updated and we noticed some new table games in the lounge area, shuffleboard and foosball

Chris E: to many places. Took us about 15 mins to walk to Pike Place and the waterfront. Shopping in a few blocks away. Restaurants and bars are everywhere, including across the street or around the corner. There is a public parking lot around the corner for about $35 a day or so. And Worldmark has secured garage parking for $35-40 a day. We last stayed here 10 years ago. It really hasn't changed much since then. Not sure why we don't stay here more often, other than the distance from our home.

Mark Luvaas: Very friendly staff and attentive. Great location for walking to food and activities. The game room was a pleasant surprise as well. Overall an excellent stay.Pedro helped me sort out a city parking blunder and proved to me that there is still great service to be found!

Bill Cooper: The Camlin is a great place, as it is located in the downtown area so it is close to all kinds of places. The service is good although the parking changes every time I come here, but once you park your vehicle, you can walk just about anywhere. The rooms are nice as well with enough space so that everyone is not all crammed into a small room.I have been here a few times and I will be back!

Erica: Location is in the center of downtown Seattle but doesn’t feel like it during our visit: March. Staff service was attentive and welcoming when we checked it. Front desk clerk made sure we were thoroughly taken care of by means of checking in; verifying our identity, etc. Before we checked in/met the city, two follow up calls were made to verify that we were still checking in, transportation was taken care of; making sure we knew how to get to the location. Overall, the check in experience was efficiently done and successful. We were informed about the activity of the day: wine night, offered recommendations on what to see and eat in Seattle, & also directions on how to leave by our own choice of transportation.Nearby activities: Pike Place Market, Paramount Theater, many eateries and coffee shops, Westlake Center for shopping, Sephora, many more offeringsSafety: Downtown (leading into Public Market/Pike Place has a very obvious homelessness situation. It’s something to be mindful of if deciding to walk around. Don’t be scary but be cautious and aware of your surroundings.Walkability: Location is downtown Seattle so it’s made for walking distancesFood & drinks: Pike Place Market, Paramount Theater, many eateries and coffee shops, Westlake Center for shopping, Sephora, many more offeringsNoteworthy details: The buildings are beautiful to look at including The Camlin!

The Century: what do users think?

Shivani Dave: Lived here for more than 2 years and had no issues whatsoever. We loved living at the Century. Alyssa and Esther were super helpful during the time of our stay. The maintenance staff was always on time and addressed the problems right away. We decided to relocate to another part of the city and move out was smooth too.

Junwei Wu: , great rates, and an even better management team. What’s really special about this place is that the team here cares about residents. They have regular social events and giveaways, give prompt notifications on their every decisions and changes. They once reverted the utility billing company because we don’t like the new one.Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better apartment. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to live in downtown Seattle area.

Vane C: We lived here for more than 3 years, and the community and staff has been amazing. They always say hi to you when you enter the building, and give treats or pat our dog. Highly recommend anyone who want to live in the SLU area to choose here. They really make you feel home with all the community events, friendly staff and quick respond to any of your maintenance requests.Sadly, we have to move soon since we recently purchased a home. They even gave us a bottle of champagne and a hand written card as gifts to celebrate the purchase.

Malia Farley: I love getting to visit The Century! I walk dogs downtown and often frequent the apartment to pick up and drop off clients pups. The concierge and staff at the front desks are always so welcoming and professional! The building itself is sparkling! Beautiful windows, floors, hallways and elevators! They really know how to do their stuff!

Joe Quigley: I lived at the Century for 3 years and loved it! The units are very well kept, and everyone is so welcoming and friendly! Pillar is very attentive to upkeep, and was always very proactive about communicating outages, repairs, and alarms. One time when I had my AC go out, I filled out a maintenance request and had it fixed within 15 minutes! The building itself is solid too- concrete between all the floors and high efficiency windows and insulation means great sound isolation, and I never had any problems with appliances the whole time I lived there.

Zac Cutchall: Amazing locale, central to everything. The best staff possible, everyone cares about the tenants and is incredibly helpful.

Rachel P: Best apartment building in the city

Andrea Goldstein: I have been a resident of The Century for over six years and I can't imagine living in another community. The building looks new even though it is several years old. The apartments are spacious, with many floor plan options, the amenities are great and I use them often. If you want to be able to get to events, parks, restaurants easily without driving, the location is perfect.Staff at The Century are wonderful. All are engaged with residents. The community activities are fantastic! Every week is something new, and many weeks we have more than one planned activity. Kudos to the whole team for creating such a warm community environment.

Ahalya Anshul: The building itself is one of a kind with spacious units and in built cooling and heating. Amenities are well maintained!Noah Sebourn has made a fantastic impact with his community building activities!Overall 5 stars to the Managment and shout out to the entire team!

Catherine Breen: I’ve lived here for over a year, and it’s the best place I’ve lived in Seattle. The staff are so friendly and such warm faces when I come every day. They make an effort to have social events for residents but also do their best to respect quiet time and space. Whenever I have an appliance issue, maintenance is there within a day. I’m not from Seattle, but the Century is home to me! I highly recommend living here

Bianca Aldir: . On top of that, the leasing agents and property manager are absolutely amazing people!! So amazing, I hope to continue a friendship with them even though I’ve recently moved out of Seattle. 10/10 community.

Sophia Laws: My girlfriend and I lived here together for a year and had the best experience ever. Truly it was made wonderful by the kind and friendly leasing staff who supported us, checked in on us, hosted fun events and were responsive to anything we needed. We were so sad to move! We love you Century Team!!

Sadie Schutt: The Century has made the majority of my life here in Seattle amazing. I feel safe within this community and so happy with the current staff. You cannot beat the location, especially walking everywhere!

Codey Poole: Attentive staff and super responsive to residence needs. Thank you!!

Tower 12 Apartment Homes: what do users think?

Jake Wang: , kind support, and helpfulness is definitely special. I've rented at a few different apartments across the country, and so far, no one's done it better than Tower12. I appreciate that the team is very on the ball and proactive about communicating to residents any apartment happenings, whether they were issues or events.I wanted to note that I did live here during the elevator outages/delays, trash chute, and water pipe issues that other reviews may have mentioned. This is true, and it was inconvenient. I imagine it was exponentially more painful for residents on very high floors when elevators were down/slow. The team was good about communicating updates for the issues. While it was unfortunate that some of the issues were prolonged due to circumstances outside of the Tower12 team's control, the team was clear about what was going on and communicating to residents. These issues are always risks at any apartment, and it was unfortunate it happened at Tower12. That said, I think the team did the best they could and it showed.Again, beautiful units. The quality of the construction is very high. Good, smooth drawers/cabinets, appliances, and flooring. The only thing I would add as a "wishlist" thought: it would be nice if Tower12 upgraded the door locks to be fob access, and upgraded the thermostats to be "smart" like Nest

Zach Chapman: Michael and the leasing team are extremely professional and are a joy to work with. They are very reasonable people--which can't be said for various other apartments throughout the city

Krista Rahman: Very happy with building, the staff and the location! The view from the sky lounge is beautiful!

Preston Leslie: , and it is within your price range---you absolutely should go with Tower 12. You will be so happy that you did. 5 stars is a no-brainer, highly recommend!

Camoen V: Pros:* Location. A couple blocks from Pike Place Market and a 15-20 minute walk from Elliot Bay Trail

Travelers Health And Wellness Inc.: “I have had the privilege of being a resident at Tower 12 for many years, and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the environment they’ve created. Their warm and welcoming demeanor has been consistent throughout my stay. Every challenge, whether it was a water-related concern or an issue with the elevator, was met with utmost care, empathy, and a ‘white glove’ approach. The building manager and assistant manager go above and beyond their duties. Instead of merely delegating tasks, they are always present during emergencies, offering reassurance with their proactive involvement and even just a comforting smile. Their presence not only in challenging times but also in good times makes all the difference. I wholeheartedly commend the team at Tower 12 for making it more than just a residence, but a home. I would be with this if I didn’t also give respect to Mookie and the cleaning and facilities team they work all the time. “Every day is Monday” when it comes to their dedication!!

kayla royce: We’ve lived in Seattle for 5 years and after living in buildings where they rental company doesn’t really care, it was refreshing to find a place that cared enough to learn our names right away! Beautiful views, great amenities, entire staff is friendly, caring, and everyone is quick with updates when something is happening. Couldn’t recommend living here enough. It’s the only place we have ever renewed a lease and we’d do it again!

Dustin Ray: Simply the best building downtown. The staff are the most courteous and professional of any apartment in the city. The building is modern and has every feature you could want. Even maintenance that would normally be disruptive is handled with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I cheated on them for another building in Belltown and couldnt have been more mistaken. Price point is competitive and the people are wonderful. No need to look anywhere else. Walk to the market to get your groceries. They had high speed EV chargers before anyone else in the city. Regular art and community events help you get to know your neighbors and the city better than anywhere else. You simply will not find a better view in the city than this building.

Tricia S.: , great community events every month and the best rooftop view in all of Seattle. The gym is on the top floor with an amazing view as well. The best part of living here is the staff, they make the difference! And I mean every single one of them. They are attentive, kind, problem solvers and truly get to know you. Amenities, views, etc. can be found at multiple places in Seattle but the staff is specific to Tower 12. I continue to live here because of them. They make this place a home. Thank you to all of you!

Blake Bartlett: Everything about Tower 12 from the concierge, leasing office, maintenance, amenities, apartment quality, views, and location is 5 stars. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

Sanchit Batra: was extremely patient with the tour and going over everything the apartment had to offer.Incredible rooftop view, concrete flooring, tons of amenities. Pricey rooms but comes with the location and quality I suppose

Natalie Fitzsimmons: I've lived at Tower 12 for almost a year and absolutely loved every minute! The location is ideal. You are a 5-minute walk to the market, close to endless bars and restaurants, shopping, and public transit. It's a highly secure building with awesome package service, so there's never the risk of deliveries getting lost/stolen. The monthly parking and bike storage fee is reasonable. And the views from the rooftop are insane. Plus, there's a coffee machine! The units have floor-to-ceiling windows, so there's always lots of light, and I love the super high ceilings. Everything feels so open. But all that great stuff aside, it's the people of Tower 12 that make this building shine. Shoutouts to Taryn, Christina, Ryan, Mike, Steve, and Michael for all you do! There are also monthly social events, happy hours, pet of the month, paint and craft nights, and holiday celebrations to mingle with your fellow residents. The gym is gorgeous. You can work out while enjoying stunning views of the needle, Elliot Bay, and beyond. Extra special shout out to Awan, fitness instructor extraordinaire and incredible person who hosts the fitness studio's Monday evening full body workout classes. His class has helped me build strength and pushes me to move. Special request to management/activity coordinator: can we please get another one of Awan's fitness classes added per week? Pretty please?

Overlook At Magnolia Apartment Homes: what do users think?

Amber Anders: There maintenance crew is amazing I never have to ask twice, they are prompt, kind, & curious. Really go the extra mile & always wearing a smile.

Elizabeth Winter: This is a great place to live ! Iam so happy here!

Jasmin Ponce: I would like to point out that in my experience, office staff has been very responsive, accessible and understanding. However, hallways are always "stuffy" a bit smelly due to lack of airflow, especially in lower levels. Entrances to buildings often smell like dog pee and if your balcony is near one of those, for sure you'll catch a whiff of that. The apartments are old, the cabinets have so many layers of paint that the doors no longer stay closed. My sink faucet is working but the water pressure makes it very difficult to open it, it may seem like an exaggeration but it is ridiculous the amount of force required to open the faucet. While the bathroom fans work, they are loud as helicopters and you will hear your neighbor's fan loud and clear. Oh, and there's also the package thief guy... Other than that, neighbors are nice, respectful, everyone seem to keep to themselves and seem reasonable for the most part. I gave it 4 stars because unfortunately, I've been in way worse places that make this place not so bad... which is sad.

Ali R: Lived here for four years. The experience overall was very good.Very fast maintenance response, leasing office is flexible and ready to help at anytime!

Juliette Vega: I've been here for just under a year and it's been a wonderful living experience. The staff are friendly, efficient, great communicators and just a delight to interact with. Every maintenance request I've submitted has been resolved within a day. Amenities are as advertised. The building is clean and grounds are clean and well maintained. The neighbors are friendly.

Jordan W: .3. Units. These are some of the most spacious units I could find in Seattle. They have so much natural lighting and some of the biggest balconies I've ever seen. Such a beautiful view from them as well. The fireplace is a great touch for the winter season.4. Overlook Staff. I can't remember the last time I lived in a place where it felt like the management staff truly cared about their tenants. More specifically I've worked with Ana and Claire and they're so friendly and even remember the name of our dog!Cons: These aren't cons to me, but I know others may feel differently.1. Parking. Parking in the complex is paid but less expensive than other places I've paid for. There is street parking but it can be a pain sometimes especially later in the evening to find a spot close to your building.2. The units, may not be as updated and modern as some would like. I find them to be quaint, and cozy.3. There are times when we can hear the people above or below us walking around. We also live by stairs and can hear people going up and down them as well. More often than not, it is not an issue. But if you're sensitive to those kinds of things I'd advise looking at a unit not by the stairs.Overall I highly recommend living here. My roommate and I will be here until they kick us out :

Gracie Brown: Staff at overlook is super friendly & helpful, I toured with claire & she was super personable & made it a great experience!!

Haley Martin: Staff super helpful, especially Claire !!

冰淇淋 Bīngqílín: Alex the gentleman in the office was extremely helpful, kind, respectful courteous professional he made us feel comfortable addressing all our concerns. I highly recommend this apartment complex and really like there new management leader Alex.

RISEN KING OF GLORY JESUS: Alex Findlay the community director has been extremely sincere and professional helping us since we've lived here we've had different situations arise that are just part of life and he was very professional didn't take it personally handled them in a business like manner extremely sincere prompt caring and I really appreciate that I've been around the block a few times and ran into my sheriff professional people and I'll just say that the team you got under Alex right now with Claire as well is phenomenal! If I was Overlooking at Magnolia I'd give Alex a raise definitely he is a good fit for that position Claire as well. Shalom thank you for making me want to keep living here .

Kathy Peters: Always, always, always super professional, clean, and they go above and beyond to fix everything quickly. Can’t say enough positive about our maintenance crew!!!

Orion: This was my first home in Seattle and the staff in the office is so incredibly helpful that we chose this complex over another in Northgate with in-unit w/d. We were in the K building and didn’t have any issues with pests or package theft at the time. Parking is priced reasonably, you can hear trains and the Ballard bridge, and the units all are reasonably priced. Magnolia is pretty car centric but the 24, 33, and 31 busses are relatively reliable if you can tolerate the hills lol

N D: First of all, we are newcomers to Seattle and United States. We came here last year in April. I spent may be 3 or 4 night time calls from so far and there was a significant time difference in time zones. And I received so warm attitude and understanding of our movement and changes in life. The team of Overlook at Magnolia supported from initial steps and named us as "super heroes". They helped a lot from the application process. The application process went very smoothly. Exceptional attitude!!! If you are willing to find one of the best and quiet neighborhood in Seattle, it is Magnolia.

Villa Academy: what do users think?

Brent Wastman: Trimming bushes in the summer heat.

Helen Ell Tran: Pretty school with good teachers and well manner kids. They even have yoga mats for kids and care about kids with food allergies.

Heidi Goldsmith: Villa has been great for both my children who have very different learning styles. They both have benefited from the smaller class size and the connections they have made with their teachers. My son feels truly known and valued as a student and his self-confidence has increased greatly due to the wonderful teachers he has had. This in turn has had a huge impact on his academic performance. As a parent I love that the social-emotional development of each child is just as valued as the academics.

Pat McCabe: .I'd also like to offer a rebuttal to "Google User" with the one-star post from a five years ago. Villa students from my daughter's class were accepted into Lakeside, Seattle Prep, Holy Names, SAAS, Bush, University Prep and others. If you meet with the enrollment team, they will privately share with you test scores, high school placement, and they are building their college placement database. I know a number of Villa grads who have gone Ivy League and to other highly selective schools.

Dagmar Jacobs: Our son joined Villa Academy in 6th grade in 2014. Coming from a fabulous public elementary school we were looking at many different options for middle schools and finally chose Villa Academy. Could not be happier with the choice. The transition to middle school for our son our son was wonderful. He felt right at home. Villa is a wonderful place for social and academic growth.

Yvette Moy: And parents, let's be clear: the school is unapologetic in making sure every parent participates not matter how big or small. Everyone is welcomed and respected. It is one thing as a parent to say I really love the school. It truly is another to watch my boys bound out of bed daily

David Ferrero: and a curriculum that sometimes seems haphazard and faddish

AMLI 535: what do users think?

K C: I lived at AMLI for about 3 years. It was an overall pleasant experience, the staff was really friendly and helpful with any questions and difficulties I had. Shout out to the maintenance people for being responsive and efficient too.I recommend checking out the actual apartment before signing a lease, just so you know what the view and feel is like. The gym is small but has good coverage, I mostly used the cardio machines, but sometimes machines and dumbbells. There's also free coffee/tea in the lounge area, which was awesome and convenient if you didn't want to brew your own.The best thing was the location because it was close to the Lake and I could go walk by it any time. This was really good in the summer. There are some drawbacks which is more of preferences, but it might not bother you:If you are not a morning person, the garbage truck is very loud and comes for pick up early, like 6-7AM. I was facing Pontius Ave N. I am a morning person and wake up at 6AM usually, so it didn't bother me.Walls are pretty thin, from bottom too. I had made couple noise complaints while I lived here. Which were resolved, after reaching out to management. If you want a good view, you won't be getting it here, the building is shorter and adjacent to other apartment buildings. You will see other people's apartments. Windows aren't tinted so you won't have much privacy, especially at night. Natural lighting will be hard to get unless you have your blinds up.If view and morning noise doesn't bother you, AMLI 535 is an amazing apartment choice. There's a lot of good restaurants and its walking distance to Whole Foods for groceries. And not too far from Capitol Hill if you are trying to get there. There are also buses close by.Thank you AMLI Staff for making the apartment experience great.

David Coville: Had an amazing tour with Lilly and enjoyed the experience so much, we applied to move in. Super excited to make AMLI home, thank you so much.

Julius Flores: Been living here for 3 years now and still loving everything about AMLI.I appreciate all the staff that puts so much into creating a safe, fun and enjoyable environment.Love the amenities that they offer and also able to use the other buildings amenities is amazing.Love the cute, fun community activities that they provide. I also admire how they updated the facilities.Love AMLI!!!

Yang Xu: Friendly and helpful staff

hallie hill: A great community, with a very supportive leasing office! I love the outreach and fun raffles held.

Sru: 4/23/2024 true to their commitment of building an environment - friendly community, the management team celebrated Earth Day with cute free saplings from Verde and Co. It is these things that make living here so enjoyable. Also, Verde and Co is such a a cute shop. If they were open on weekends, I would be broke by now. 🤣

Anushka Tak: Lived here for 1.5 years. Management is amazing and responsive. Great amenities and spacious and comfortable apartments.Management goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable life.Only room for improvement in disturbance in noise due to frequent construction/garbage activities.

Karan Maheshwari: I've lived at Amli 535 for about 2.5 years. It's been a fantastic experience. Never encountered any issues with staff, building or my apartment itself. Now that they've renovated the units and the building itself, it looks even better - the interiors are really nice! The leasing office staff has been super helpful and always catered to all our needs with great speed! Thank you!

Rajaraman Rajaraman: Good. Value for money

Haku Hayashi: Con:1. Typical SLU: construction noise from time to time, trash truck noises, possible highway noise nearby. Note almost all apartments in SLU have these kind of problems, but units might suffer differently.2. Sound proofness is not the best you can expect. Footsteps, dog bark, loud music can be heard. If your neighbor is a night owl, good luck to you.3. Laundry machine in unit seems old.Pro:1. Spacious unit, great price2. Staff is friendly and helpful, they address concerns real quick3. Maintenance team is quick as you can expect.

St. James Tower Apartment Homes: what do users think?

Haley Monson: Just moved in and can’t say enough good things about Edgar and his brother - their maintenance help and response time for a few mounting needs have made moving in a breeze. Thank you!!

Colleen W.: I’ve lived in the St James apartments for 5 years. Every lease renewal I like to check out other spaces to ensure I’m in the best place and I can confidently say that I am. While the building isn’t as new as others, and I do not have a W/D in my unit, the layout makes sense, I have a real bedroom and full size kitchen appliances. The laundry room is convenient with 4 washers and 4 dryers so laundry is not a time suck. The management and maintenance are the best. Strong communication and friendly. They schedule community events and make you feel truly at home. The location speaks for itself. I love being in the heart of Fremont.

Bethany: This is a very well maintained building. Edgar, the site maintenance manager is such a friendly and outgoing person who allows ensures that everything is taken care of in a timely manner. I would recommend this building to whoever is considering spending time here whether it be at the gym or apartment complex. Beautiful view of the canal as well.

Arjun Sridhar: Great location, management responds promptly. Maintenance is very quick to respond and does a great job

EJ Bridges: and Edgar

Tayler Tucker: . Definitely would recommend.

Gianno Maliani: This apartment has excellent staff, with Edgar and Marcus truly providing great service. They also have a spectacular 24/7 gym in the same building.

Rebecca Butler: These are the views from my balcony! My apartment is just as beautiful on the inside. I have lived here for almost 2 years, and it truly feels like home. I started out in a one bedroom, and when I needed to upgrade to a 2 bedroom the process was super easy and straightforward. The whole building is immaculately clean and well kept. The views are gorgeous from everywhere. I have always felt safe, especially with the multiple doors and security desk. And honestly, the best part of all is the people. The manager and head of maintenance are genuinely kind and have gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They're incredibly responsive to all my maintenance requests, and they always check in to make sure things are still going well. They have also organized several rooftop barbecues. My neighbors and I absolutely love them and always look forward to them. Everyone gets treated like a VIP here! If you're looking for a home that feels like home in every way, this is the place! 🙂

Stacee: I have been living at St James Tower for more than a year now.Marcus and Edgar are the friendliest and most helpful people you’ll ever meet in an apartment management office. The building is located in a great location, right close to the Burke Gilman trail and all the fun stuff in Fremont. The view from the rooftop and some apartments are unbeatable.Only 4 stars because I honestly think the management company could invest some more work on the 24-hour maintenance line. Our elevator was down a few times during the weekend and we called that line but they didn’t fix it 🤷‍♀️ When Marcus was back on Monday, he got it taken care of right away. But then what’s the point of the 24h maintenance line if that line doesn’t deal with urgency? There was another time when water was cut in our building on a Saturday morning, I called the 24h maintenance line again and the lady who answered the phone snapped at me and said too many people have called about that same problem so I should just wait. That answer was ridiculous on so many levels 🤷‍♀️

Nathalie Martinez: Marcus has been a pleasure to work with! Excellent customer service and made us feel comfortable with the whole process. Thank you!

Roger Herrin: I've been a resident for several years and really appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff. It's a great location and the views are fantastic.

Laura E McClain: I would absolutely jump at the chance to live there if a unit opened up!

Gayle Ghiotto: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,Value

Evan Ziebell: St. James Tower was my first "home away from home" when I moved to Seattle four years ago. I could not have made a better choice for my first apartment. The building is positioned in a walkable location in Fremont. The rooftop deck offers spectacular views of Mount Rainier and Lake Union. The sense of camaraderie among the residents and staff provided an unmatched experience for me. Adrienne, the Community Director, is quick to assist residents and resolve any issues. Edgar, the maintenance Service Manager, is extremely skilled and professional at every encounter. I recommend this community to everyone I meet. While it's true that Seattle is a difficult city to meet new people, St. James was the place I made lifelong friendships and memories that I will cherish forever.

Kate Silverman Larsen: Fantastic location and attentive management. A great place to live!

Hal Friday: I've moved every year since I was 18, and this is the first time I have had a purely positive experience with building management. adrienne makes this place safe, cozy, happy, and efficient. she is so thoughtful. someone give that woman a raise!!!

The Maxwell Hotel - A Staypineapple Hotel: what do users think?

Paul Manning: Chandra is one of the best desk staff I have ever seen, and had the pleasure to work with. She went far above and beyond to help me have the best experience I could get. Her recommendations were all spot on. She was like a desk clerk, concierge, and manager all rolled in to one person. If I ever make it back to Seattle I am definitely staying here again.

Jen Kaplan: .

Robert Merlin: This is one of the most creative and nice hotels I have ever stayed in. The pineapple and puppy themes are welcoming, comforting and entertaining.Rooms: Plenty of space including in the bathroom. Bed is very comfortable. Lighting in some places is a little poor. I appreciated the free bottled water.

Gail Cowling: , there was a water bowl and doggy poop bags

Jennifer Johnson: This is a delightful place to stay! They seemed a bit understaffed when we arrived, but, aside from that, everything was great. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nicely laid out. Little touches like a complimentary drink and pineapple cookies are nice. The decor is loads of fun and the overall atmosphere is joyous. I would highly recommend this hotel!
