I have moved several companies over the years and this move by far was the smoothest EVER! They came out and walked through our location, took inventory, offered solutions for packing then went to the new location to see the spaces and where they were moving us to. They were very thorough and we were impressed with the questions they asked and how we got a well thought out estimate. The moving crew was friendly and efficient. I got to work with Schelly to pick out our cubicles and she was an absolute delight. Schelly listened to exactly what we were looking for and our budget. She never tried to sell us something we didn't want just because it would make a bigger sale. When it came time for delivery/installation their team was quick working, very nice and made our space look amazing. We could not be more pleased with our new furniture and we have had many compliments on it. The colors, fabric and desk top surfaces are amazing and definitely not like the cubicles you are used to. The guys on our team are very happy with their work spaces. I would 100% recommend that if you are in the market for new or used furniture that you go see Schelly with NW Modular in Tukwila.

William Morrison: These Guys were good to work with, couple things really stood out. First, I was in a hurry to get the house ordered and set up and they went to great lengths to make sure things kept moving. I personally set up the site for the mobile and I had miscalculated the size of the gravel pad required to maneuver the mobile into place and so they were unable to set the mobile. Even though it was my fault the mobile could not be set they made a really big deal about the delay and the owner made a point to call me personally to work through the recovery schedule.I also was surprised at how thorough they were on the final walk through, generally I was very satisfied with the house but the few concerns I did have were noted and addressed in short order.Honestly it was an all-around good experience. I would say to those looking to get a mobile that you need to go into in knowing that it is a process and there may be some hiccups along the way, but the end result is a quality house for less money and less time than a conventional stick built.

Our home burned down, and after dealing with insurance, lender, permits, etc., it's been over two years since we've had a house, and we are so happy to have a home again! James is very professional yet human enough to understand what you’re going thru and does his absolute best to exceed expectations. Communication is a 10/10 and while building our home, he was available to chat at a drop of a dime. I ask a lot of questions and James made sure my questions were answered and if it wasn’t in his wheelhouse he’d reach out and get back to me ASAP. He set me up with a contact for home insurance since Allstate booted me after our house fire. Didn’t rush me…I changed my home about 4 times and changed specs easily over 20. He’s a patient guy and I’m glad I was able to have him do our project. The boys and Eric and quite cool too. We’re still buttoning up our home but I’m glad we chose Heritage n James.

ryanne mardini: Around a year ago we decided to purchase a house to place on our property in pacific beach and we decided to go for a manufactured home because of the price and the timing. At the time things were really expensive and there were not a lot of available builders. I decided to go with heritage home center and I met a gentleman named James and he was a sales associate. Let me begin to tell you that James was not only a good associate but he was a great gentleman. He did everything he said he would do and made the process to be so simple. He managed the project so beautifully. With me being so busy running a business, I have no time to travel ti Pacific Beach to check on the project so he kept me in the loop and managed the project on my behalf and a couple days ago we did our final walk through. I tend to hold some units as rentals and would generally move to an LVP or similar for those units, but after seeing how tough this stuff is I’ve started using it everywhere.
Karthik Jaganathan: patiently explained all the various options. They have great environment friendly options for countertops, hard and carpet flooring, decking and even siding and the prices are not unreasonable.
