Roberta Frazier: So sad to see them go.

James Woodard: The staff could not be more caring for their craft and customers!

Jennifer Tran: Great selection of house and outside plants. Also a good place to find boutique-like gifts. If you are looking for a gift for a plant-lover, I certainly recommend. Though the prices are higher than Home Depot or Walmart, they are truly local and it's great to support them!

Felipe Herrera: Great nursery with great prices and a very helpful team. We weren't really looking to buy anything but the staff and the selection were so great we took a couple small I door plants. They mostly carry outdoor plants and flowers but it's a great place to find beautiful plants!

Gnyanesh Gandhe: Great selection of plants, furniture and fun items!

Kristine Tran: I absolutely love this store, they have a good selection of outdoor plants that’s perfect for containers. Everyone is super helpful and love that it’s women-owned as well. Picked up a bunch of healthy plants and will be returning to get more.

Urban Feed and Garden: what do users think?

Lauren Spears: Excellent nursery with helpful and knowledgable staff! Thanks for all your gardening advice!

Micah Clark: !

Sarah: Very friendly and helpful, informative staff💚Beautiful selection of indoor house plants, including air plants. Parking was close, easy, & free. Large variety of outdoor plants, flowers, and shrubs. Abundant yard supplies. There are even pet supplies inside as well.

Vance: Great little store. Great products, selection and prices.

Andrew Holland: A gem in Beacon Hill! A surprising variety of plants in a relatively small space. I got some great advice for Washington varieties of vegetables that I grew from seed and they are doing spectacularly this season. My favorite part of visiting is the dogs.

frank martinez: This independent nursery is a gem. The quality of plants is very high; especially compared to the big box stores. The plants are healthy, native to our area; and appropriate for urban gardens [i.e. growth size]. We also love the thoughtful curation of pots and other accessories that compliment the plants; to help you design a beautiful garden.

B J: Great little nursery with helpful staff and great selection for its size!

Ari Winter: What a dream store! Pet supplies, plants and beautiful pots, discounted plants that need a little love...will come again.

Steven Kopelman: Such a great plant nursery, first time there! Large selection of unusual PNW plants & shrubs. Will definitely be back soon!

Nicole M: What an amazing neighborhood garden store. The prices are super reasonable and the plants are high quality. Plus, they have a shop cat 😸

Magnolia Garden Center: what do users think?

Zach van Schouwen: Solid urban garden center with a pretty good plant selection. If I'm in Magnolia, I'm usually stopping here.

Sunil Khale: Low-key, but genuinely awesome if you're looking for plants

Keirsten Vest: Great nursery! Too bad I can't afford the prices here.

Paul Carr: The friendly and helpful staff at the Magnolia Garden Center helped me select and plant flowers in several large flower pots in my yard. Plants went in early this spring and have been evolving beautifully ever since. Never had such success with potted flowers before.

Zach Lauzon: Awesome selection of plants, supplies, and pots!

Sandra Ochoa: Helpful staff, great plants

Jessica J.: Very cute and well stocked plant shop and nursery! It’s in a little shopping district with some good restaurants and coffee nearby. I went in looking for a climbing rose and the clerk was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me pick between the 3 they had in stock.

E NS: and it just looks so good thank you.Besides that, the accessibility and parking are so easy in this neighborhood. If I ever moved far away, I would definitely have this be my go to nursery in the area. It might be a personal preference, but the shopping experience of going to a smaller place like this, versus a bigger place like Swanson’s feels way more relaxing. Some people have mentioned it is expensive but that’s most places are when you live in a city like this.. If you want affordable you’ll have to spring for Home Depot 😭- I reported Stephen Jones review to google

Nakisa Dehpanah: I got many indoor plants from here and after couple months they all still look great and healthy and growing so fast! Love my plants!

Louise Lapus (louiseez): Got the loveliest plant babies!! So excited to plant them. This place has the cutest stuff and very organized. I really liked the variety of plants and supplies they had.

Marc Savidge: The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! Always a good visit!

gingerlyfingers: A City Gem in a Tough World 😍

geofre: Not much for indoor plants or garden statuary but their outdoor selection is fantastic. They don't seem to be doing anything with terrariums anymore which is a bummer.

Tonya Perfect: Such a great experience each time I shop here. So grateful for the extra kindness Jones gave me today with the bird watching gift. Her suggestions were much appreciated. I'll be back and you should pop by too.

Allan Timlick: Great plants. Super nice, helpful people.

Fred Matthews: Got sweet pea seeds but they didn't have a ythi g for them to climb on.

Joshua Baez: My favorite plant nursery in all of Washington! Love the selection of plants and the amazing staff. They offer great classes and community events too.

Indoor Sun Shoppe: what do users think?

Sharon Pettit: Have known from Steuber Dist now gone started in the 1930s Indoor Sun Shoppe have been original and unigue.i worked with the store in the early 1980s and was one of the best retail plant store. Keep it going and bless you for what you doThanks Jon @ Steubers

kasey kotsiris: sean was incredibly helpful and kind during our first visit to the shop. He helped us pick out some perfect pet friendly plants that will work in our apartment setup and with our very beginner plant knowledge. He took a lot of time to make sure we were happy with our choices, can’t wait to go back! Definitely recommend everyone to go here, you’ll be super happy!

Asa Symons: Always great selection and customer service, and were very helpful when one of my plants was damaged in transit

Monica: My favorite plant shop in Seattle! Amazing selection, great prices, and helpful staff!

Jessica: , and they were selling the same plant of the same size for literally double! Just goes to show how Indoor Sun Shoppe is very reasonably priced compared to a lot of other small plant shops these days! I also appreciated that they didn’t charge a repotting fee when you buy a pot with your plant-which is kind of a rarity these days. Most places add an additional fee for that. Will be my go to spot from now on!

Carlie Phillips: Awesome plant store. Tons of healthy plants, lots of options for pots, will drill hole in the pot for you.

Kyle Huber: This is, hands down, the best plant shop in the city. The staff are knowledgeable and super helpful. Prices are very reasonable compared with other shops nearby.

Tamara Logan: We found a great selection of very healthy plants. Stag was very helpful.

Walt's Organic Fertilizer Co: what do users think?

Kelly Phelps: I buy my soft rock phosphate from Walt's. It is the only "true' rock phosphate in town, and is always in stock no matter the season. TIP: For any tomato transplant trim the lower stem of all vegetation leaving about 3 inches of leaves at the top. Throw in a handfull of rock phosphate in a hole deep enough for 10 inches of stem plus the root ball, backfill with your choice of soil, and enjoy the your tomato plants.

Vincent Rowland: Charming little garden shop with a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Ethan Szmania: Been coming here for years. Knowledgeable staff, warm smiles , rich compost, nice selection of native plants.

Max Shenfield: , locally sourced where reasonable, and local open pollinated seeds

Chad Mccaughan: Amazing little place! Staff is very knowledgeable!

Shaun: Friendly knowledgeable, awesome.I went to Walt's organic fertilizer store hoping to find his old formula but I picked up what they recommended my friend recommended me to go here. I'm glad I checked it out. I'll be back next year for my spring, summer crops.

KnightReiteR: Very neat little shop. Has a great selection of nutrients and uncommon plants. Very helpful people.

JENASCIA CHAKOS CARTER: Excellent service and selection! They are one of the few places that carry the worm tea concentrate that my plants love but I always end up leaving with something else, whether it be plants, amendments, tools or knick knacks! I just got a 6' fig tree for my mom when I went to restock my worm tea...

Katie Tompkins: The absolute best shade grass seed. Honestly, we tore up our yard, reseeded with Walt's shade mix and in 6 weeks the grass looks phenomenal. We have a very shaded backyard and the growth we've seen is unbelievable.

Frank Ming: Lots of helpful books. Birding supplies. Centrally located, north of UW. More than birding, they provide information that explains the ecosystem in which birds live their cycle of existence.

Daniel Knodle: Great people!

Debra Morrison: Lots of great stuff to buy and super helpful and knowledgeable staff. I needed to buy some binoculars and the staff spent over 15 minutes with me trying out a couple pairs and patiently explaining the differences. Great cause, great shop, great staff!

Amanda Cohn: Cheapest bird seed I’ve found, knowledgeable staff, great selection.

Jane Hadley: This is a great place to go to buy binoculars or slotting scopes. They have a good selection and great service. If you ever need repairs, you can do it through them. It's also a great shop for books, guides, toys, birdseed and all things birds.

Shapeshifter123: for ages and today I finally went in. This shop is an absolute treasure! They have so many books, binoculars and all things birds! They sell a variety of things, and are run by very nice people. I couldn’t resist some coffee and stickers for me.I love that they not only have a shop for all your birding

Eric Crockett: Thanks, as always, to the Birds Connect Seattle Nature Shop. Sarah helped me get my binoculars sent in for repair, and got me a loaner to boot. Wonderful optics expertise. I couldn’t resist picking up a book to help me study for me next trip while I was there. Always a good experience.

Sky Nursery: what do users think?

Hayley Bridwell: Pros: overall great to just walk through if nothing else. Super helpful staff and a really great variety of plants.Cons: Plant provided with misleading or lack of information. I once had let staff know that the Rue on display tagged as "great for tea" from the distributor is, in fact, toxic to ingest. Just bought some baby's breath to find out that apparently it's a noxious weed in WA with no notice on how to manage it.I'll still shop here and be very particular on what I purchase, but I have concerns on the research/knowledge of staff and their distributors.

Debra Doser: This place is amazing. They are still in the early preparations for the planting season, but I found so many things that I already want.So worth a trip!!

Joe Sestrich: Here's your top quality source for anything plant or landscaping. They're not cheap, but they do offer value.

Emily Brie Equi: Great selection and knowledgeable staff

Alex Sargeant: Still large.

Uncle Ike's Central District Marijuana Dispensary: what do users think?

backwoodtejay: Beast deals and an very kool crew every body who works here is good staff.

Mira Farrow: There are several very helpul staff people here and it is very accepting of alternative indentities. Lou recently was very helpful and spent some very appreciated time helping me identify specific strains that are best suited to my medical and lifestyle needs. As someone with more than a passing education on such matters I appreciated the tone, the words they used, their clear understanding of what I was asking about without complicating it with too many if/or choices and/or industry jargon. Felt like I was speaking to one of my favorite grad school professors about some vexing issue. As noted, there are three other staff members there who are also very good at doing this. Lou just really made my day.Only complaint is that as a pedestrian I always fear and dread navigating that very car-centric parking lot. Since they blocked access through the liquor store deck it is manifestly even more dangerous. Too many people pull in and out of it without thought to people on foot in this high pedestrain use zone. It can at times be very dangerous so be aware and cautious. I have brought it up randomly with staff and mostly I just get acknowledgement, empathy, combined with shrugs when it comes to solutions, hence minus one star.

Melissa Bravo: The staff here are all so friendly and helpful! Yaz was especially patient with me as a beginner. She took the time to recommend good products and explain to me almost everything. I had a great experience and will definitely be back!!!

Theo Akker: All good

A. G.: during COVID.I'm grateful to the entire team for recommending different 💪effective pomades for my arm after my injury. These folks are always professional🤓, informed and make the industry look well!Always grateful to you all in whatever small 💸 way I can be 💚.

Ash Thompson: I hate the goofy decor but I can always get the biggest bang for my buck getting flower, vape carts or infused prerolls compared to other shops.

Luisa Aleman: Jorge is our guy!! Always coming in clutch with stellar recommendations AND truly excels in the customer service area. He always has our pre-order ready to go as soon as we walk in. Thanks Jorge!

Matt Shepard: My regular shop, deals are good and the friendly staff Pre-oders also make it fast

T Lia: This was a few days ago. I placed an order online because I didn't feel like being social. David was my tender. He brought a lil moon to my dark night. Highly appreciated you good vibes me man 😎
