Johanna Huber: Watch artisians @ the on site glass blowing shop. Then pick & purchase your favs. Employees extremely helpful. If visiting have your order mailed to your home. A beautiful company uniquely Seattle that has generously given back over $100 mil to charity.

LauriV Bertagna: Beautiful product and good causes, what could be better?

Steve Midas: This is for the location in Madrona.Great service & care to the patrons. There is a window to show the glassblowers at work.We ended with two for the house. This place is not cheap by any means. But the quality of glass is well-known. Part of the proceeds goes to supporting the community giveback.Midas 5-stars for the boutique feel & custom glasses.

Adrian Ramsay: Beautiful hand blowen glass works, amazing service ... lots to love about this business, ask about their foundation... it's very cool

Elm Candle Bar: what do users think?

Kendra Edwards: UPDATE: We did not end up taking the company up on their generous offer, as it was a little far for us to want to drive back to Seattle so soon, but I did want to update my review and add another star.We found that these candles perform really well when used with a candle warmer, rather than lighting the wick. I've had people comment on the smell of it as soon as they walked into our house when the candle was several rooms away under the warmer. So I'd say keep expectations managed with how well these might perform, but the smells really do get a chance to shine in different situations. It might be better to make the wax melts instead of the candles if looking for a stronger scent.ORIGINAL REVIEW: So my fiancé and I went here on a date, and the experience itself was a lot of fun! The employees were friendly and helpful when choosing scents and we really enjoyed it. The price was pretty expensive for 2 candles, coming it at around $90, but I knew going in we were paying for the actual experience as well not simply a candle. My only real issue is that I just wish the candles were a bit better quality. The candles tunnel horribly even when we made sure to burn until the tops were melted, and waited the two weeks to light it. His also just does not smell very strong at all, but that could be as a result of the scents chosen. Mine is a bit stronger smelling, but still not on the level of other, cheaper candles that I have. All in all, it's a fun date and I don't regret going, I just probably wouldn't go again as the actual candles themselves don't seem to be of the quality that the price reflects.

Austin Arnold: Great place for a date night! Will definitely go back

Chrysztyna Rowek: Great concept, and Daia

Brittany Osborn: Really enjoyed this place! The people were so nice and knowledgeable, the amount of scents and what you can choose from was great. Little pricey, but the quality and experience makes up for that!

Siobhan “Sha-Bam” Grogan: We had the best time, Deia was serving us today and they were so kind and personable we had the best time and I feel like we learned so much. I am so excited to go back and make another candle with Deia and I will be bringing more friends! I am over the moon with how my candle turned out and can’t wait to enjoy it at home!

Aaron Milner: They were phenomenal and gave us so much help understanding how to build beautiful candles. But Daia also gave us so much good space and artistic liberties. Perfect balance of help and space to have the most fun.

Jenna Bittner: Absolutely incredible experience here. Deia and Mckenzie made my experience better than I would've ever expected. My friend and I also got the chance to talk with Mikey and Bailey as well, the employees are so incredibly kindhearted and genuine.

Christina Messer: We had a total of 8 ladies here and we all had a blast!! The instructions were super clear, and everyone helping was so wonderful! All the ladies loved it and want to come back to make another one! Thank you for making this such a memorable experience!

Paige Allen: and there are SO many unique scents. There were 4 of us and we each had a totally different scent and they were all fun. Also, smell the bread candle, it's totally insane. You can smell the crust!

Rinda Ann: Great place to go for a date night. A little pricey but you pay for both the experience of making the candles and the candle itself. We loved it. I have used the candle I made quite a few times since we went and it smells amazing, and is a really well made candle. We are going to go to their Point Ruston location for our 1st anniversary next month, very excited!

Ly Vu: , you can leave immediately with your custom-made room sprays and diffusers. This flexibility was much appreciated by our group. The ambiance of Elm Candle Bar adds to the experience. The place is clean, welcoming, and stylishly laid out with a plethora of choices that inspire creativity. What made our visit exceptionally memorable was the staff. They were not just knowledgeable about scent combinations but also exuded a friendly, attentive, and accommodating demeanor. Mikey, in particular, provided excellent guidance on scent combos, enhancing our experience. One of the most surprising aspects of this experience was learning how mixing scents can reflect personal tastes and preferences. It was a journey of self-discovery and bonding, as each of us learned more about ourselves and each other.I wholeheartedly recommend making an appointment at Elm Candle Bar. It's a perfect way to take a break from the hustle and bustle and indulge in a relaxing, creative, and joyful activity. Whether you’re looking for a unique gift or a fun outing with friends, this place is a must-visit.

Ruth: Arranged for the organization I work for to go there as the start of a day retreat. We have a very high rate of diversity and really needed something to help bond us without too much pressure. I thought Elm Candle Bar would be fun for our team who needed a break, but everyone being able to choose their own scents and mix and match them produced something no consultant could ever attempt- cultural safety.Individuality came through so strong in this place and it was what we needed as a team. I highly recommend this as a place for professionals to book and don’t place a limit on what your team can create, you won’t regret it.

Erika Brower: Great experience! Employees were extremely helpful, kind and personable. A little on the expensive side but it was a great anniversary date.

Patrick Mazzuca: Fantastic date with my partner to make these great candles. I was worried that I would end up with a candle that didn’t smell good but with the help of the team there we both walked out with candles we love. Have to wait two weeks to burn but smelling them every night as they settle has been equally as fun! Great date and a really cool result.

Shannel L: Sister made surprise appointment for us and it was a blast. The place was clean, inviting and cool in the summer heat. The whole team made the experience fun and relaxing as we picked our unique scents by having fun banter and being patient. Mikey gave great guidance for scent combos and Ashley gave great take home tips and exciting news that has us wanting to come back with friend and family.Make time in your busy lives to book an appointment here and enjoy yourself while making a unique gift.

Alair: what do users think?

Cari Murray: How have I never sang my praises for Alair through a review?! I love Alair so much. It has been my happy place, my candle mecca and my gift-giving savior since the day it opened. You can always find something unique and silly, and the staff is helpful, funny and kind.Highly recommend following them on Instagram if you're not already -- and if you live far away, peruse their online shop asap! They offer curated gift services, which means they'll get as detailed and specific as you ask. I had them create a "happy divorce" package for one friend and a "happy 40th, you're still a college BFF to me!" for another one.Locals, you can also rent the space for private shopping parties during Christmas time -- it's the best way to shop with friends during a busy season!

Julia: Fabulous and unique gift shop in West Seattle! I love the selection of hand made/small batch gift cards, candles, soaps, shower steamers, and more. Warm staff make it an inviting and fun space.

Heather Weizsäcker: VERY cute shop with easy street parking. The items in this shop are beautifully curated! The aesthetic in the shop is so satisfying. Things are grouped together so well. I absolutely loved looking at everything. The nice human working was super friendly and fun to chit chat with, too!

Ketti Johnson-Plant: Love this store!

Roz Mascio: I love this store and sad to see its closing. I'm wishing them the best of luck as they move on to better endeavors. They have a lot of great items and cards to choose from

Miranda Harris Hamlin: Alair is one of the best gifts shops in West Seattle! Every time I go it's like a treasure hunt because they have so many amazing gifts in there. Everyone who works there is so wonderful and happy to answer any questions or give gifting advice.

Allison Curd: Go here. All the time, for everything. This is your go to for birthdays, holidays, achievements, just-because. I also recommend their gift boxes. They have put some together that had the most wonderful surprises in them!

Elizabeth Cantero: Best West Seattle gift shop I have ever been to! Love every thing, wish I had $$$!! You will find most things all “West Seattle” which is nice. We have a sticker on our car from Altair that says, “West Seattle is for Lovers” 😍

Claire Sites: I LOVE ALAIR!!!!!!! Such a fun place to purchase everything you could ever possibly want or need!!!!!

Nicole Jackson: Alair has been my go to gift shop for years. I discovered them when I randomly won an Instagram contest of theirs and have been a loyal customer since. They have something for everyone — and I mean EVERYONE. their goods are high quality, their staff are fantastic, and I love their punch card system for greeting cards. I can’t recommend Alair enough!!!

jodi wenn: Best gift shop in West Seattle!

Peter Schulte: We needed gift wrapping. Shandon and friends made it happen even on the days they were closed. My wife dropped off the gift. She said it looks like a great little gift shop. The gift wrap was really special! They said that all donations for gift wrapping go to charity. We like that!

Mindy Jones: Just a gem of a local shop! Friendly and amazing staff, and equally amazing owner. Everyone remembers my son and what he likes and what he is into and they always have something in stock that he will love. They have great selection of stuff so you can pick up last minute gifts and a quirky card or you can just grab a treat for yourself. I have never made a purchase here that I didn't love. I'm a big fan of their cookbook selection in particular! It is my go-to source for pens too!

The Vajra: what do users think?

Spencer R: A cute little shop, and a sociable keeper.I wish I had gotten those prayer flags.

Grant Rogers: Favorite spot to buy incense in Seattle! So many to choose from and the vibes here are incredible. And its always hard to leave without adding to my crystal collection!

Amrisha Dubey: Absolutely beautiful shop. Amazing fragrances to choose from. Forest mist, Jade Iris and waterlily are some of my favorites. Incense sticks- precious forest, vajra & blue dream are amazing. I am sure there are several others I have to try. Many religious things that are really good. Quality stuff & a wonderful lady running this shop 🏻

Nicholas Szirmai: Awesome crystal shop!!! Great selection and very friendly, knowledgeable staff!!!

Crystal Marino: Had a wonderful visit at The Vajra today. I went in looking for a meaningful gift to give a friend who is moving. The shop owner was so kind and informative. Made me feel very welcome and was just very easy to talk to. They have a large selection of crystals and other treasures at very affordable prices. Thanks so much. So glad I came in!! Will be back.

Heather Cotter: First of all, this place smells amazing! If you need any type of incense, this is your place for sure! They had a small selection of crystals and jewelry along with the Oracle and Tarot cards. Definitely friendly staff and worth the visit.

Benjamin: , The Vajra was way more affordable and had a MUCH better incense collection. There are zodiac incense packs here that I think make super fun gifts, each one is a different scent and they’re quite affordable. I came at 3pm on a Tuesday and the garage door was closed which was a bummer, but I came back the next day and they were open. If you get the chance to visit, this is definitely the best place for crystals and incense in Cap Hill

Ava Castello: , per regulations they were only allowing one person at a time or two of the same household. Lots of beautiful jewelry. Awesome employees, and very knowledgeable. They allowed me to purchase their last selenite tower that was on display

SD Marshall (ə): Stepping into this place is like letting all your senses “come up for air.” If you need special gifts without breaking the bank: look no further! Eclectic enough to have something for everyone while still being genuine. I strongly recommend their incense brand too! Rachel is super cool and an ideal guide for helping you find what you didn’t even know you needed! Truly special 💙

Alyshia V: Awesome little shop full of great little items. Lots of items for your altar, gemstone jewelry and a wonderful selection of incense. Hand painted items, prayer flags and malas too. Highly recommend if you like authentic items from India and Tibet. Staff is helpful and friendly 😸☺️

Z. Mann Zilla: A wonderful and charming little shop! Fantastic place to look for incense, charms, and divination decks. Staff is very friendly as well. Always have a wonderful experience when I shop here.

Frederick Clanahan: Glassybaby in Bellevue stands as an exquisite haven of beauty and charm. From the moment one steps inside, the shop unveils a symphony of elegance, mirrored in the stunning collection of glassware that adorns its shelves. The ambiance exudes a serene allure, inviting patrons to explore the exquisite craftsmanship showcased in each piece. What truly distinguishes Glassybaby is its exceptional staff. Their warmth and expertise weave seamlessly into the fabric of the experience, elevating it to an unforgettable encounter. The employees, with their genuine passion and knowledge, guide visitors through the collection, adding depth to the appreciation of these masterfully crafted glass treasures. This establishment exudes a first-class essence—a testament to its commitment to excellence. Every aspect, meticulously curated, speaks volumes about the dedication to providing patrons with an exceptional journey. However, the only minor challenge one might encounter is parking. While the allure of Glassybaby beckons, navigating the parking situation might require a bit of finesse. Yet, this small inconvenience pales in comparison to the grandeur of the experience awaiting inside. In summary, Glassybaby in Bellevue is a quintessential destination for those seeking beauty and sophistication. Its enchanting ambiance, paired with the expertise and warmth of the staff, creates an unrivaled experience. Despite the slight parking challenge, the splendor of Glassybaby remains undiminished. Five stars illuminate its doorway, welcoming all to revel in its brilliance.

Lydia Worthington: Beautiful handcrafted, one of a kind pieces. This is such a wonderful place to go for gifts, especially for housewarming parties and anytime when you are unsure of what to get someone. You could never ever be disappointed by a glassy baby holiday or birthday package because anyone would appreciate these exquisite hand crafted pieces. You will love getting to serve drinks in the pretty glass tumblers and you will get so many compliments from guests. On top of that, this business supports humanitarian and environmental causes.

Mary Ann Panner: This Glassybaby store is my favorite. The ladies are so helpful. They give you amazing customer service, they help give you ideas of what goes well together and are so happy to pull anything out they have in back to make sure you get just the right glassybaby.

Loreen Parkerson: Very friendly and helpful employees

Chris M: These are very nice looking and quite varied I am amazed by the popularity for how much they cost. Staff is usually very helpful and there are an amazing amount of choices. It's a nice gift for someone, but we have already accumulated far more than we need.

李俊毅(Chun-Yi Lee): This is a very unique hand-blown glass shop with a wide variety of glass cups and their patterns have different meanings, which is very unique. The shop assistants have a wealth of professional knowledge and are very patient in introducing products to customers. However, because it is handmade, the price of the cup can easily reach more than 75 USD. It is recommended to consider before purchasing for personal use or as a gift.

Laurie Moloney: So many colors; so hard to choose.

George Trainor: 😁

Susan Feldman, Realtor: ! ❤️

Cadam: Very helpful and friendly with a great selection.

Bo: such friendly service here!!!

Amanda Sava: Friendly and helpful service!

Watson Kennedy Fine Living: what do users think?

Nick Villanti: Small place but a lot of variety. A little spendy for what they are selling. You have to ring the front desk before entering which is unique.

Ella Schwartz: This is a nice store, and its inventory is pretty nice. Lots of good brands. I did feel like the woman working the store was following my friend and I throughout the store. When we walked in she kind of followed us around "busying" herself. Like refolding already folded blankets right next to us.When we went to leave she had to release the door to let us out. At first this kind of felt like we got locked in. But upon calling the staff said the door was just broken. But without proper signage it definitely felt like we were locked in.Overall good products, weird experience.

Alissa C: I normally don't like browsing stores, but I walked in randomly with a friend and this store changed my mind. I loved the vibes! It smelled amazing thanks to all the candles and other aromas, and they had such great jazzy background music that I asked the store about it. Turns out they have a Spotify playlist which I now use whenever I want to cook.Anyway, great store, and the miscellaneous assortment of household and bath items were interesting. I probably wouldn't buy anything here because it's ridiculously overpriced, but it's still a fun and relaxing store to browse.

Matilda Louree: I live in Dallas, when I am gift shopping or treating myself, I always check in to see what’s available!

Paul B: My first time at this little gem was when we had friends visiting town, and they stayed at The Inn at the Market. It is tucked away in the corner and is the most marvelous shop. I go every time I am in the area now and always find something for myself or someone else. Filled with the finer things, you will find the perfect gift for that hard-to-please person, or something special for yourself. The staff are so friendly and welcoming.

Fernando Perez: comfort and good atmosphere

c j: Sure, it's a little pricey. But it's my go-to spot for gifts for my EXTREMELY discerning Aunt. Complimentary gift wrapping year round, too.

Sylvia Pelekane: This is my "go to" for special gifts and fav products. Store is bright, filled with enchantment and staff is helpful. Love this store

Vivian Garcia: Stopped by after seeing their Seattle themed items through the window. Was looking for cards, but wanted to leave with the whole store. Great place for gifts for anyone at any budget.

Maura Lambert: The most delightfully curated Mecca for gifts from the soul with a bit of sparkle for good measure! I have been marveling over this store for two days now, wishing for more treasures, but charmed with the Hemingway dishtowel my husband secretly bought me while we shopped! Do not miss it!

V: My mother loves this store, so I visit from time to time to get her gifts. Always expertly put together, a wonderful collection of items for the home. Friendly helpful staff. Smells divine, as well.

The Handmade Showroom: what do users think?

Mandy Ma: So much fun and good vibes. Must come!

AS Bloom: If you're on the hunt for a combination of high-quality craftsmanship and originality, look no further than The Handmade Showroom. A massive selection of PNW goodies for everyone from coffee connoisseurs to mushroom enthusiasts and everything in between. A focus on sustainability is evidenced by their many products dedicated to sustainable living. The shop is beautiful and I could get lost in it for hours, with no shortage of inventory for all types of shoppers.

Rich Phillips: Lots of really interesting and unique things in this store, all at fair prices. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They have lots of cool stickers and quirky clothing to choose from. We didn't buy anything that day but went online and purchased a Christmas gift that was shipped very quickly! We took the light rail from Northgate so parking was not an issue. If you're looking for something that you won't find everywhere else, this is your store!

Elizabeth Teng: and place online orders- I just did so recently when I saw some cute pins being featured on their social media. The items I ordered were packaged with care and I appreciate the handwritten note regarding some of the pins I had ordered! I'm happy to support this small business and look forward to seeing what products they curate next!

Ken Hoekema: I really liked this shop. I don't do much shopping while on a road trip with my wife. I typically leave her to her pursuits while I look for good local beer and food. This place was different. Very high quality and unique products and gifts are found in every corner and of the store. And all handmade, like the name says. If it was somewhere other than a mall, I would give it a 5.

Tyra Lee: They have some great local artists items. Love the Factory 43 T-shirts. The staff is friendly, and they go above and beyond to help.

Sherry Feijoo: Lots of awesome gift options.

Em Hudson: Super cute shop on the 3rd floor of the Pacific Place Mall that features handmade items from independent vendors both local and further away. It is the sister store of Bezel & Kiln on the 2nd floor. The employees are very friendly and conversational. I enjoyed my experience and bought some cool stickers! Will definitely return another time and can 100% recommend to others!

jacob aucoin: 10/10 customer service, and i loved the handmade necklace

Heavenflavor Choi: Second time stopping by this place. It is more likely a fairytale shop to me when I entered. They are full of cute gift ideas. People who work there seem pretty happy and knowledgeable of their items. I had a very relaxed happy time in there. Thanks to the people who work there and wish you the best of luck with more people in.

Janelle Donovan: Great shop with a variety of items! Staff are super friendly and I like that for each item it says the artist and where they are from.

Cody Freeman: Absolutely worth checking out and supporting! Very cool local art and gift possibilities, and the owners are so nice and go above and beyond for customers - something happened to a print that I bought there years ago, and I asked them about it and they were able to tell me who the artist was and point me to where I can get another copy of it.

Wangyang Xu: One of the best gift stores in Seattle. Featuring creative and passionate artists.

Antoinette Cannon: Great unique items. Very clean and organized store. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Michael Crow: It has nice goods at reasonable prices
