Tera Jones: What a treat to stay here. The suite we stayed in was so comfortable and beautiful. I love how the bathroom was so separate from the bedroom. The building is absolutely incredible! I felt like i was in Downton Abbey. The location is, of course, excellent and mostly walking distance to where we wanted to go. Everyone was so friendly and even patient for the night we had a few cocktails. Room service was great also! Their breakfast is to die for. I'm a sucker for good eggs Benedict. The king crab benedict... wow. And the dining beyond that was exquisite as well.

Aaron Dodds: The staff were all very pleasant and willing to answer all questions and accommodations. It’s an adorable hotel with retro yet modern rooms. Very dog friendly, and even Leanne at the concierge’s desk made a special card for us with a welcome doggy gift bag!Nearby activities: Walking distance to pikes market and nearby eateries. Although since it’s in the financial district, a lot of the restaurants were unfortunately closed closed earlier in the evening even on a weekend, including viewing tower in the tallest building.

Food was always hot and fresh and the varied menu offered some excellent choices.The hotel has a great location within walking distance of anything we wanted to see. Susan Vick: World class hotel experience! This place exceeded my expectations. It wasn’t the fanciest hotel, it wasn’t even the closest to my destination, but the people who work here made this place special and my stay above average. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. My room wasn’t quite ready yet, but they sent me a text as soon as it was. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. A man named Dee who was working the parking area was so very kind and went above and beyond to bring my luggage to my room. Another front desk person, Faye, was very friendly and took the time to brew me a fresh cup of coffee because I showed up too early in the lobby and before they’d made some for the day. The little things these people do to make people feel special and welcome really sets this place apart from other hotels. They’ll even bring a plant to your room if you would like one! I highly recommend it.

Madison Plummer: and everything went wrong. Traffic set us back an hour so we were late to the show, and then, we couldn’t find parking. Thankfully, Anthony found us a parking spot which really saved us. The next morning on our way home, I realized I forgot my wedding rings in our room, 2 hours after checking out. I called, and Anthony found them and held them for me until we could make our way back to the hotel. I will forever be thankful for the patience and kindness he and the rest of the staff showed us. Our dogs were also treated really well, our room was clean, bed was comfy, and it was a great location. Thank you! The business center was broken and Balthazar Chinnell, the front office manager, was so kind to print about 40 pages for me from the back office.Food and drinks were expensive but seemed to be on par with downtown Seattle prices.About a minute walk from Pikes Market. Easy to walk places, but I wouldn’t plan on walking alone after dark.All in all, nice place to stay. Service was top notch, but expensive for a long visit as there is no complimentary breakfast, no microwave in the rooms, and the valet is expensive.Rooms: Large and clean.

This location is within walking distance of the fish market which is a musty during your visit. For those that are visiting Seattle for the first time the farmers market closes at 5:00 p.m., and as do most businesses in the area. Unfortunately, there are a lot of homeless on the streets after 6:00 p.m. at night.Rooms: The rooms are clean end spacious.Safety: As with all in your cities, be aware that it's somewhat dangerous to walk late at night around the hotel area.Food & drinks: The restaurant in this location has a limited selection. Greed for happy hour though.Noteworthy details: Within walking distance how the fish market and Starbucks.

Phillip Nguyen: We stayed at the Grand Hyatt last two conference and it was whatevers so wanted to switch things up. I really love the location. Very convenient and felt safe. Our room was great, pretty quiet. We did get an upgrade via status tier. Very easy to get to places via walking, Uber or public transit. Super close to Pikes Market. Our room was really nice and service was great all around from reception to dining to the Balthazar who responds via the Hilton app messaging. Enjoyed drinks and dessert at Fog Room. There was a $25 tourism fee or something but they give it back in dining credit and since we went for business it was like additional money for dining that technically would be categorized as hotel.

Wonderful atmosphere for after dinner drinks, but I'd eat somewhere else for the price.The breakfast offered at the main floor restaurant was just ok, our waitress was lovely, but our food took a while and had a lot of issues, and for the price there are other brunch places nearby, I'd try something else.
Michelle Bogaert: Regularly stay here with work and the rooms are so sleek and cozy at the same time. All the staff are truly unmatched, efficient, and have a genuine and calming demeanor even when the lobby is busy. Housekeeping is perfect as well, super considerate and I always feel like everything is fresh and the beds are made up perfectly every time. The bathrooms have the best lighting and amazing showers, and the room is furnished beautifully. Bonus points for the plushy robes, and walkable location to tons of cafes. Hope to be back soon!

Easton Dillehay: We checked in here for our honeymoon and were given an upgrade by the awesome front desk staff. Our room was lovely and had a very nice view of the water. The location of the hotel is perfect and it’s such a cool historic place to stay. While Alaskan Way is currently closed, there is no traffic out front and it’s really nice to walk around and easy to get up to the city. It is comparably priced to all the other hotels downtown, so why not stay somewhere historic. The only downside is to go into town, you definitely go uphill.

Located right in downtown Seattle, we were treated to breathtaking views of the Puget Sound while enjoying the vibrant scene by the water.But what made our stay extra special? Knowing that iconic musicians like The Beatles and Eddie Vedder from Pearl Jam had stayed here too. It added an extra layer of excitement to our experience.The staff were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home, and the dining options were superb. GassingYouUp It'll be OK: are that the FEES are astronomical.I mean, when I booked it showed $260 a night, YET after all the city fees, the $50 a day valet charges and such each night was about $400.I live a little bit north of Seattle and did not expect to pay a tourism fee and all the other nonsense 🤣.So, just expect to pay a lot more when checking out, I didn't see any of these fees when booking.Other than the fees just watch out for any homeless outside. Every single time I went out homeless people would ask me for money and when I told them I only had a card they would yell at me and one man tried to throw a bicycle at me 😅.

Alejandro Wences: I had a good experience with the room, the parking and the amenities, no complaints about that. The room was spacious and the parking was incredibly convenient. The only thing is that they only let you pick up your package during certain hours and charge you for "processing" the package $10-$15 per package. I was more frustrated that the package wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website nor did the front desk even know I had a package so couldn't let me know of the hours the package needed to be picked up.
g c: The hotel is located across the convention center. It is also about a five minutes walk from the light rail which can be used for traveling to the airport. The room was clean and recently renovated. It was also well isolated from street noise.The shower design is faulty. When taking a shower some amount of water will end up outside the shower area on the floor. There is no door or screen that can block the water. The checkout time is too early, 11 AM, while checking in is late, 4:00 pm. Why having such a discrepancy?Overall I enjoyed the stay there and likely to stay there again in the future.

Even though I kindly declined housekeeping for privacy, their daily discreet delivery of essentials without the need for requests like bottled water and towels, neatly packed in a bag left at my door, was impressive.Last but not least, the stunning downtown Seattle night view from the room added to the overall charm of the hotel.

Michael Ambler: between doing some work and flying home. What an amazing hotel. If you are looking for 21st century minimalism, this is not it. What it is, is clubby, cozy, friendly, with a fire going in the lobby, smiling staff, and comfortable, old-school rooms. This is the kind of place that could be a little bit of a has-been, except it isn’t: it is beautifully maintained, and good at sharing its history. Everything worked perfectly, including the extraordinary included breakfast, which featured good coffee, fresh fruit, eggs, and sausages, and a crispy five-spicy pork creation that I’ve never had before but hope I have again. If I find myself back in Seattle, there’s no doubt I’ll stay there again.
Niki Sims: A delightful trip back in time without the "boys club" feel. It's less than a block from Pioneer Square lighte rail station which is good and bad depending. The area isn't the best so please stay safe when traveling at night. People like the heckle and harass from across the street from the station the next block over. All in all very much worth the stay.

The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and it was fun to explore the history of the building through the photos and original decor pieces. The location was great and comfortable walking distance to both T Mobile Park and Pikes Place market, which we visited during our trip. We would stay again!

The hotel is located steps from the Pioneer Square Link station, which is very handy. The *only* complaint I have about the hotel itself is that the water in the shower didn't ever get hot. We are late risers though, so that's probably our fault 😂The neighborhood this hotel is located in does seem to have a fair number of unhoused folks with drug/mental health issues. I know this is a big issue in Seattle generally, and is just something to be aware of and not a reason to avoid staying here. Levi West (W&BM): Have not stayed here but the restaurant attached is nice and menu has verity and keep going to check out the cologne and perfume store also attached but seem to never be open when I get there.

Maria P.: Great downtown location. Easily walk to many tourist sites. Rooms are bright, clean and spacious.Housekeeping services are late in the day after 5pm and on-site parking is expensive. Bed was a little hard for my liking.
Samantha Robinson: Clean, organized, comfortable! I slept well. The bed was comfy and the blackout shades let me sleep in. We had a cool view from the 20th floor. We booked two rooms and they conveniently put us in adjoining rooms. Other than occasional noise from the hallways, I couldn't hear anything Else outside the room.I wish check-in was before 4pm and that they had more service at their bar/restaurant at night. Other than that, perfect!

Paul Manning: Chandra is one of the best desk staff I have ever seen, and had the pleasure to work with. She went far above and beyond to help me have the best experience I could get. Her recommendations were all spot on. She was like a desk clerk, concierge, and manager all rolled in to one person. If I ever make it back to Seattle I am definitely staying here again.
Robert Merlin: This is one of the most creative and nice hotels I have ever stayed in. The pineapple and puppy themes are welcoming, comforting and entertaining.Rooms: Plenty of space including in the bathroom. Bed is very comfortable. Lighting in some places is a little poor. I appreciated the free bottled water.

Jennifer Johnson: This is a delightful place to stay! They seemed a bit understaffed when we arrived, but, aside from that, everything was great. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nicely laid out. Little touches like a complimentary drink and pineapple cookies are nice. The decor is loads of fun and the overall atmosphere is joyous. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Larry Abel: I booked here via a conference website. As an an aged geek, I was definitely not part of the hipster demographic seen on the hotel's website. But I really enjoyed my stay. The decor is decidedly not generic hotel bland and the morning coffee and afternoon beer are nice touches. I had a basic room but the bed was fine, there was enough storage and--important for work travel--there was a real desk, with enough power points and USB sockets. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd be happy return if I get back to Seattle.Nearby activities: Stores, Convention Centre, monorail.Walkability: Near the Convention Centre, with access to public transport.
Hannah Montroy: but great for one or two people. Comfortable bed and pillows. I will definitely stay there again.Nearby activities: Walkable to many restaurants, a mall and theater. Close to the Amazon spheres as well. Close to south lake Union and like place market.Walkability: Very close to a variety of places within close distance. Safe during day and at night as well although saw a few drug users very close by on the street

Jason Newquist: I was not a guest. I dropped my keys on the ground after parking on the street about half a block away. When I left my appointment my car was gone and I had no keys! Turns out a guest turned them in to the front desk, and the staff parked the car in their garage so I wouldn't get a ticket. Took a few hours for the police to coordinate the "stolen" car with the report from the Hotel but I got it back! That service has earned my future business.

Рынок Пайкс находился в квартале, вниз по холму, и к нему примыкал ресторан с полным баром, едой и кафе. У нас было все вышеперечисленное, и все было вкусно. Мы получили фантастическое обслуживание от Эври на стойке регистрации, а также от приятного молодого человека по имени Джадд в баре-кафе. Оба были очень приятными и гостеприимными. Поблизости есть немного бездомных, однако мы не заметили и не видели, чтобы кто-то приближался или беспокоил кого-либо.
Yu Clan: Customer service was above and beyond expectations. On arrival Ryan at front desk took care of me and my family without even asking. The whole staff was attentive and very welcoming.The location is as good as it gets as its literally right in Pike Place.The rooms are a tad small but its expected of a boutique hotel in the downtown area. The decor and the furnishings really make up for it.5/5 Highly recommend would stay again!
