During the research phase, I was assigned a team that showed me the sun cycle of my property, reviewed my PSE bills, and designed a system that would best supply my power usage. During the install phase, the team who installed it were very professional. They kept me informed several times each day and explained every step of the install process. They started and finished on time. Upon completion, I was given a very detailed explanation of how the system works, maintenance concerns, warranty, monitoring system, and safety concerns should a PSE power outage occur. Great customer service all around. Glad we did this installation.

When doing the installation, they presented a variety of options for how they could run the lines on our house and garage and they did a great job accommodating our requests. The final product looks great, produces power as advertised, and was installed in just a few days without too much disruption.
