John Ehardt: There must be two Cascade Kidney Centers, the one I go to and the one that gets 1 star reviews. Dr. Li and his staff are a doing a good job helping me manage my end stage renal failure.

Zheng: Treated by Dr Madhuri Kandala. She is professional and caring. Flexible with scheduling and method of treatment.

Melody Scherting: I have been seeing Dr. Kandala for over 10 years. Occasionally, I have had Dr. Dooley, Dr. King and Dr. Li take care of me when it was their turn on-call. They have all responded quickly and with compassion. Dr. Kandala has seen me through ESRD, dialysis and transplant. I couldn't ask for a better caregiver. The office staff get back to me fairly quickly too and I have not had any issues. If I have had any minor issues in the far past, I have politely addressed them with Dr. Kandala and she has answered to my satisfaction. I am suspicious of the 3 very poor reviews since the names appear to be the same person. Hmmm. This is a busy practice and seriously, there are not enough nephrologists in Seattle and the Eastside to go around! I appreciate all the doctors and staff at Cascade Kidney and I have high hopes that they will continue to keep me as healthy as I can possibly be!

Marty McGowan: I am dumbfounded as to why and where some of these reviews have come from. I have been seeing Dr. Li for almost 3 years and have never had an issue with him or his staff. Dr. Li quickly dialed in on my issues and found several solutions, helping not only my kidneys but also my heart and blood pressure. He has always shown concern for me and my quality of life. He has returned personal phone calls as well as stayed in constant touch with my other physicians at Overlake Medical. Concerning getting in touch with the front desk and making appointments, there has never been an issue. Thank you Dr. Li for your fine medical care.

Rick Ledoux: Dr. Li has provided excellent care for my husband for the last two years. Originally we thought we didn't even need a nephrologist, and we should have listened to him even earlier, but when we finally did Dr. Li took all the appropriate steps to take very good care of Gary. Dr. Li is very knowledgeable and professional, and always friendly. We get good practical advice, not just canned answers based on test result numbers.

n6mz: To the others, are you reviewing a different practice? I never have a problem contacting the front desk and never have a problem booking an appointment. In fact, the last time I needed to see my doc a few weeks ago the wonderful receptionist found a cancellation for the following day. Can't ask for better service than that. The care I've received from Dr King is truly outstanding.
