Zack Sargent: Saved my daughter's life with a liver transplant. This is one of those situations I wish I could give 4.5 stars, but while I usually "round down," this is the exception where I'll keep it at 5 stars.Similar to some of the other reviews, I think this clinic is short maybe 1 or 2 back-office staff to help with communications. We had a couple of mix-ups along the way, and I think it is because everyone here is so busy. The care we received was 100% top-notch. The doctors and the coordinators made sure the process was transparent to us, and I appreciated that a great deal in our time of despair. We knew it would be difficult to get her on the list, but we persisted until she was. We spent time in the ER every couple of weeks dealing with the side effects of liver failure. Compared to all the thousands of interactions with Swedish nurses, doctors, liver experts, surgeons, ICU staff, etc., etc. over the course of a year, only 2 or 3 were "negative" in any way. I always felt the staff had my daughter's best care at heart. The fact she is still alive to tell the story washes away any hiccups along the way.She's 8 months post-transplant at the time of this writing and doing well.
Jessica Griffith: The care these folks give is outstanding. I am 1 yr+ into a kidney transplant and am doing wonderful.
Oleg Grigoriev: Let me start with that I am not a transplant patient, but the same location handles liver deceases in general. I might update my review but so far my experience was a very solid 4, tentatively putting 5* cause I cannot really highlight anything wrong aside of sometimes weird phone communication processes. When I had a very separate issue with incorrect scheduling these guys were able to find a fairly quick spot to see me for a very concerning case. Since then being an existing patient if there are no suitable appointment slots but my doctors says that he needs to see me, then he is seeing me. I don't know how they shift priorities or try to compress the visits between patients but I do appreciate the ability to the see the doctor when we need to meet. Dr. Pankaj Rajvanshi nicely balances the communication using MyChart to send updates regarding my tests, doctor's messages and requests to meet in person. I do not know how will my case go, but I definitely feel more protected since I started being a patient here.

Laura Van Hoy: Dr Jonov was very kind, straightforward, and honest with me right from the beginning. He made me feel comfortable asking questions about my breast augmentation and asked me what results I wanted. When I told him I wanted a dramatic change he said that we can definitely do that. I wanted to go as large as possible because I know I have a large frame. He said we could use the saline 800cc implant and fill it to 960cc.The procedure was explained to me so well that I felt completely confident in my decisions by the time of the surgery.The surgery went well as planned. They sent me home prepared with all medications and an after sugery garment. I came back the next day to be checked out and everything looked great. Narn: I went here for botox TMJ treatment with Darya Schmidt. It was a great experience! I have been really struggling to find relief between doctors and dentist appointments for months. The consultation was fantastic, she answered all my questions. Even though it is still early I have already seen great improvements that medication and PT couldn't achieve.
