Cam Mundy: I got snake bites and resized them a month later. Colin O was amazing and had great energy when I was anxious about the piercing. All the staff was really lovely and even recognized me when I came back which was a pleasant surprise.

Everything from the location, to the interior, up to date tech, music, jewelry, and the very welcoming staff’s professionalism exceeded my expectations. I got my helix pierced here and I appreciated how the piercer carefully and thoughtfully planned out my piercings, walked me through the process before and during the procedure, and made sure to check in with me to see how I was feeling. Bastian Cohen: Very sterile environment! Be warned, unless you visit their website you wouldn’t know, they are all appointment only. You can’t even get in the door without an appointment. Do not try to walk right in. You won’t get far.Their jewelry is really pretty and reasonably priced. Their piercers and staff are all super friendly. Lynn was fantastic and so nice. 10/10 recommend

Kaylyn Springer: I had my daith pierced here and had the smoothest experience! Josh was my piercer and was super kind, listened to all my questions and gave a lot of good advice. Josh also kept totally cool when I got super nervous right before the pierce LOL but it was fast and easy, and the piercing looks literally perfect. I highly recommend this shop for piercings!
Scott Sworden: Slave to the Needle is a clean and professional establishment. Daniel #bloodminer is my tattoo artist. I highly recommend Daniel and this shop. His honest and clear approach to his art refreshing. He has taken my ideas and guided me through the entire sleeve process. He is a master of his craft and myself and my family couldn't imagine being tattooed by anyone else.

Angel Boessen: Ran in because I had lost my nose piercing and needed a quick replacement late at night. The guy who helped me was really nice and helpful. I was so glad that they were open. They had a great selection to choose from.

I found this place on the way to where we were going and ran in. I wanted a hoop, so I figured this was the time. Garret was very accommodating, friendly, and nice. The vibe was great. He sat me down right away and helped me find the right size. Prices were very reasonable. I was in and out in 10 minutes, and he didn't even let me tip. The gentleman was very confident and kind, he calmed me down and in one swift motion removed the stuck earring.He was very skilled and comforting. Like this amazing man who has 35 years experience. He's friendly too, imagine that.

Robert especially was really great, I barely felt a prick and he pierced both ears really evenly. Great display of jewelry too. Expensive but definitely worth the price especially if this is your first time.

Remi Rose: Got both nostrils pierced by Franceska on Thursday and she was very honest about not being comfortable with piercing my septum due to the fact I’ve had a rhinoplasty within the last 8 months so I was very grateful she didn’t just wing it / put me at risk. I came back next day to consult with Robert who has more experience with piercings and he was able to pierce me with no issues at all. I’m very satisfied with the employees, the professionalism, and the jewelry. I love this place.

I’ve been there twice and both times, the artist are helpful and honest regarding the best thing for my piercing and healing. I’d (RatherNot): , Pierced Hearts keep a plethora of options, and don’t try to push ornate jewelry onto customers or limiting their “lower end” or “more casual” jewelry. I’ve been pierced at places that didn’t have ANY steel/titanium jewelry without gemstones or decorations.I generally don’t like traveling into the city; however, I will never have a single problem making the drive to Seattle to get to visit this shop again. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience, including how staff interacted with each other and other clients. All in all 10/10. I’ll be telling everyone I know. Jenne Pierce: Had my daughter's ears pierced by Chuck two months ago. Chuck and her team are as wonderful as everyone here says, and I'm very glad I made the choice to have the piercing done here vs. the gun at a mall. They were every bit ready to work with a kid as an adult, were patient, kind and professional. The piercings have been perfect - zero inflammation or infection. Highly recommend.

Christina Hirschman: I was referred to Dzul Ink by a friend from work. After looking at the artwork on their website I knew that I wanted Alex to do my dark romance book tattoo. I didn’t have a picture of what I wanted I only new what elements I wanted in the tattoo and the placement. When I had my first art workup sit down, I was blown away by what they came up with. They were great at offering changes to the design so it would accentuate the part of my body it was going on. They were never pushy or uncooperative when I suggested changes or tweaks to the design. During the tattoo process the staff went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. Alex was great he would always ask how I was doing and if I needed a break. When the final session was done, I was speechless with the result. I love every bit of it!! Alex truly captured the dark theme that I wanted and really made the elements come alive. I am already talking to him about my next tattoo. I would highly recommend getting your next/first tattoo with them. You will not be disappointed!

Neko Ramsay: A bit of a tight fit in a rather small shopping complex, this store is a riot of color and products ranging from jewelry to kids first perfume and accessories.I can't express how impressed I was by the staff though. In spite of a hoard of little girls running around the store causing chaos and a shopper in front of me who had to split her purchase across about 4 gift cards, I never got the impression that the clerk would want to be literally any place else but her job which is what 90% of people would.A nice, if petite, Claire's.

Karen seemed to enjoy her job and take pride in it. Her co-worker Jenny was also very helpful. I highly recommend this store for ear piercing!

Stephanie: I received my very first body piercing here when I was 18, and the entire staff plus the whole experience was absolutely wonderful. Nothing but positive things to say about this place. The shop was pretty small, yet I found it to be quite adorable and cozy. Everyone there were super friendly and professional, and they did not hesitate to make any accommodations to ensure my comfortability. I got my navel pierced and it’s one of my favorite piercings by far. They even threw in a free complementary can of cleaning solution afterwords which was also a plus. Highly recommend!

amber skye: stay calm. I’ve been here to be pierced, for retainers, troubleshooting a piercing, and help putting jewelry back in after having to take it out for surgery. Abra is wonderful and has helped me the last couple of times I’ve been in. So thankful this studio is so close to my house. The only downside is parking isn’t ideal. There is parking nearby, but sometimes I have to circle the block to find a spot. I usually just leave a few minutes early to find a spot, definitely not worth knocking a star off for!They also have quite the assortment of jewelry to chose from! Beautiful and great quality.

Not only is he ridiculously talented, he is literally one of the kindest, most genuine and all around awesome human beings you will ever find. He will take your idea and fly to the stars and back with it. During our session, he was kind, he checked in to make sure I was ok and let how I was feeling lead our session. Fun fact, you will come for the tattoos, but stay for the conversations! 5 hrs flew by.
