Mike Carlson: This visit to Lowe's was very quick and pleasant. I only needed a bath faucet diverter kit which I looked up online before heading to Lowe's. I was able to find the kit without any issues. All the aisles were well marked and there were plenty of employees available should I have needed to ask for assistance. I went midmorning in a weekday. Parking was not an issue and going through the self checkout was quick and easy.

During check out he ended up leaving thr piece behind. I called the store because it would be about 1 hr for him to make it back. Well, initially the piece was nowhere to be found but Ellie really did all they could and was able to locate the piece!! I appreciate all that was done and thr great attitude while helping me!! Simon Kahan: Needed a railing for stairs following a serpentine course up from the sidewalk to our home that we are putting on the market. Naturally, we wanted a quality solution that would make a positive first impression on prospective buyers without being a "you'll never get back what you put into that" addition. I looked at any number of prefabricated railings - none of them matched the 1920s style of the house and, anyway, would have been an awkward fit to the winding path. Well, these guys nailed it: the gorgeous, custom railing they constructed follows the stairs beautifully. And, Todd listened, thought it through, and came up with a cost-effective approach: the prefab alternative in materials would have been half the cost of this - and then there would have been the labor, so I expect where we ended up is with an elegant custom solution costing no more than an ugly headache. Thanks Blackbird!
