Elizabeth Hardy: I was in Seattle and had to visit the flagship store. I also had my favorite salad. The Cilantro Line Chicken Salad in the Cafe is wonderful. It had been a while since I had been in a Nordstrom so it was a nice shopping visit.

Plus, all the store associates have really great customer service skills. For today’s visit, we were assisted by Slater. Raleigh: . Slater was the calm to my storm. He asked me what type of terrain I would be on and knew exactly which shoe would be best. Slater helped me find the perfect size and fit and helped with color selection based on neutrality with clothing and hiding dirt.***Update, after walking in the shoes 10 miles a day with no break in period, my feet felt amazing. They were great on cobblestones and slick surfaces. My mom ended up taking the shoes because she was having trouble with the ones she brought and the Allbirds relieved her symptoms. Now I have to buy another pair for myself.

He’s charismatic, personable, but most importantly knowledgeable in his trade. My sandals will be shipped home without any charges! Jae Lee: I made like 4 returns/exchanges because I’m pretty indecisive and never shopped at Aldo before and they were super friendly. Unlike the one in Tacoma mall, they returned my unworn shoes without nitpicking the state of the brand new shoes. They also carry more sizes at the store compared to the one in Tacoma. If they don’t carry a certain size they will help you order them to your house so you get your shoes without having to pay the shipping fee. They never really brought that up at the Tacoma location. Michelle was such a sweetheart and she helped me with so much patience.

I have wide feet.So last week, the people at Woolly Mammoth fitted me with the most exquisitely comfortable pair of Keen work shoes. After wearing them for less then a week, they are the most comfortable but sturdy pair of footwear I have owned in many, many years.I can't speak highly enough about them.

I was really just browsing and didn’t expect much but a sales rep approached us and took so much time and care measuring my feet, giving me hiking socks to try, and letting me try some shoes. Marcus Monaghan: This is the only retail store left in the area that treats people right. I’m there 15-20 times per month and customer service is always good. They are pleasant and willing to accept returns and honor price matches without any trouble.
Rathish Kumar Rajendran: One of my go-to stores is Target. It's always tidy and well-organized, and the staff is helpful if I can't find a product on the shelves. I appreciate the frequent email notifications about promotions and deals, and the wide range of products makes it easy to find what I need. I prefer using self-checkout at the end, which is quick and convenient, usually taking no more than 3 minutes. While the rewards program is moderate, overall, I highly recommend this store to my friends.

Nick Hardwick: This Target somehow got better ever since the ones in the U District and Ballard closed. Sure some items are behind locked doors, but the store is well staffed and well stocked so you're not waiting for long. Plus it's now full of actual security who can keep the insides safe from the out, so I feel even more safe going than before. If this is how big retail stores are headed in this area, can't say I'm disappointed with the results here.
Rizza Tan: … relies heavily on their self-checkout machines, which is constantly short 95% of the time upstairs & downstairs… shopping baskets needs some washing / cleaning like with physical soap & water.

Emily Senchyna: It's about what you'd expect from an upscale shoe store. Expensive shoes but you get what you pay for - quality shoes and good service. My friend bought shoes here and seemed to have good service from those helping her but never felt pressured to buy things. Cute little shop in University village.
Steve Midas: Offered up some nice specialty shoes. Limited selection but high-quality stuffs.

Justin Lee: Got a pair of Tsukihoshi here. They are relatively hard to find. The staffs are friendly and kind. The collection of shoes are excellent.
